Fantastic holiday home in a great private location and views. Comfort and amenities of this beautiful and clean holiday home exceeded our expectations. Our dog has also appreciated the green surroundings:) Wish we could have stayed longer...

The accommodation was very nice and spacious. Clean and very comfortable. Large kitchen and spacious sleep areas. Our kids loved it. Close to the beach and other fun stuff.
The facilities within the resort was all fully booked. So we could not even use the pool once, but each time we scope the pool there is 3 people in a huge pool. Arts and crafts was nice, staff a little unfriendly.

Good location looking out at the meadows
The bed was very uncomfortable

Lovely extra wide caravan in a perfect location on the site. It overlooked fields and was in a nice quiet area.
It had everything you needed and was clean and very comfortable. The caravan park was great for small children as was the beach but was not keen on the local area itself. Hasting was a nice seaside town to visit.
Area was a little run down.Beach and caravan park were lovely.
Was disappointed the parkdean site did not have a recycling system for the waste.

Fabulous location, very quiet with views over open fields but only a few minutes walk to the centre.
The lodge was really cosy, much bigger than we expected, very well equipped and lots of information in the pre-arrival email and in the folder at the lodge.
Short walk to the beach and lovely to be able to take the dog with us.
We’ve a plug-in hybrid car but couldn’t park right next to the lodge to charge up - not normally an issue but with the petrol situation it would have been good to have somewhere to charge the car.

The mobile home is well equipped and spacious. Set on the edge of the park right at the back so relatively quiet. Views of the wind farm and Dungeness power station in the distance.
The resort park it is on. Description of proximity to the beach is a joke. Even the reception is more than 5 yards from the beach; the mobile home is at the far end of the park so this is grossly inaccurate and was one of the reasons we selected this property- disappointing.

Location of the Lodge is excellent with everything we needed. Love the quiet location. The weather was great but had it changed I'm sure we would have been fine. Heating was good.
A little oversite from the cleaners I guess left a bucket of cig butts on the decking from the previous booking. Something the previous booking I think should have cleared.

The location of the lodge, it was very clean and tidy
The campsite entertainment was a bit chaotic and unhelpful

The lodge was very spacious, and set in a very quiet position on the Parkdean Resort. I’m so glad we were away from the centre with all the activities, but close enough to visit them if we needed to.
Children loved the play station 4.
Bedrooms were a good size considering. Great kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Comfy lounge and dining area.
Lovely decking with views across the fields. We took our own portable BBQ - so made the most of the outside space.
The beach is within walking distance although it is a stoney beach at the top. Sand when the tide went out. Lovely and quiet.
The lovely Sandy beach was further down and opposite Pontins - it was heaving. However a gorgeous beach and the children loved it. We did need to drive there though.
Shortage of parking close to the lodge.

Our second stay and we loved every minute of it! Situated in a quiet corner of the park, close to the facilities but far enough away to still have a peaceful and relaxing break!

The lodge we stayed in was clean and had a really good outlook over the fields.
I booked it for the grandkids and was very disappointed that there was nothing really open on the resort.we managed to get 1slot for my grandson to go swimming ,just as well my granddaughter didn’t want to go! The water was freezing! The splash pad was also shut! We spoke to other people that had brought passes and still couldn’t get a slot.they need to up there game as people will not return there!

The caravan was lovely it was well equipped my husband myself and dogs had a lovely stay, we didn't buy entertainment passes so can't review the park entertainment or pub food on site used the fish and chip takeaway once which was okay,The Owl pub by seafront was nice, dog friendly and good food. Would recommend to stay here.
A clock in the caravan would of been nice. The shoe rack which it told you to use was broken so unable to use.
