very happy with the apartment and thought it was very good value for money

The Apartment accommodation was perfect and was fully equipped with everything you needed, It felt like a home from home. The beds were so comfortable and and whole apartment was spotless. The View from the huge balcony was spectacular. I would recommend this apartment and will certainly be back.

Loved it! Highlighy recommended.

I loved the location and proximity to all main attractions of Dubrovnik. Also the Bellevue beach was a highlight and a short walk from Apartment Paco. The property terrace overlooking Adriatic Sea is the main highlight of this place. All bedrooms were good size and comfortable beddings. Well equipped kitchen. The owner quick and responsive e to all need.s. Fantastic experience!

It is not very specific to this property but indirectly :the road to get to it was very up/down the hill with one way traffic and very challenging to park. Uber drivers would not get to the pick up spot and some would cancel the ride. We damaged our rental car parking due to steep hill and high curbs and walls obstructing traffic views. I realize parking was not included but indication “street parking” was not indicative of the experience.

Superb

The apartment was amazing, clean and good furnished. The view from the balcony is stunning, the beach is also nearby and the Old city within a walking distance. The host was super helpful and accommodating.

Great view and a very responsive host.

A lovely view of the sea from the balcony and living room. Not far from a bus stop and also around the corner from a well known hotel which makes it easy to catch a taxi if needed. A decent grocery store and bakery were nearby so we could buy groceries for a light breakfast and evening snacks.

It is on a steep hill but so is every other accommodation in Dubrovnik. Some construction is happening in the neighbourhood.

Lovely host but apartment not suitable for travellers with luggages.

Balcony facing the sea and room sizes are good. Host is lovely and helpful but not the Management staff whom I initially communicated.

Apartment is on 3rd level. Very challenging to bring up luggages. The management team is not helpful. Information given by them is wrong with luggage storage and kitchen facilities. As tourists new to Dubrovnik, the management team of Paco is really a thumb down. We couldn’t get good help from this team. Our stay brightens up only after we are connected with the lovely host.

Good

The apartment is nice and clean though rather outdated (1980?). Hosts are very nice and accommodating. Constant smell of sewer from restrooms but I guess it is a problem everywhere in Dubrovnik in older buildings. Hard to walk/drive to with little place to park on the street. Amazing views and a beautiful beach nearby (Bellevue). Neighbors aren’t welcoming to families with kids.

Apartment with sea view

Beautiful antique style interior and beautiful paintings. Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is very close to 2 beaches on foot. Nice fluffy white towels. It has everything you need, including washing machine and air-conditioning. However the flaps of air-conditioning are broken on both air-cons, so it obstructs the air flow and prevents the room gets cool. Only very little coffee left in the container for 4 adults. We bought our own coffee. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maja :)

Very good

Very spacious flat with nice balcony and view over adriatic sea. Perfectly suitable for 4 adults and 2 childrens.

One of the rooms is very small and not comfortable. So it's harder to live for 6 adults.

Stunning apartment

Such a beautiful apartment with a terrace that looks over the sea. Simply amazing. Facilities excellent, location about 15 mins walk from old town. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need . It was such a pleasure to stay here. HIghly recommend.

A gem in Lapad! Spacious and clean property with lovely views.

Terrific view and access to Old Town and Lapad beaches. Super clean and spacious, especially for the cost. Definitely appreciated the air conditioning! Hosts were kind, communicative and gracious. A gem!

The only downside is the stairs and hills to/from the property. Totally not a problem for mobile adults but taxis generally wont come down the hill so if anyone in your party struggles with hills/stairs, it could be a difficult for them to move back and forth from the property.

Nice apartment overlooking the sea

The host was very communicative: I've got a message right after reservation. She always replied immediately and asked us if everything was all right. The apartment is big, nice, with terrace overlooking the sea. The old town is in 15 minutes walk. Seaside is 5 minutes walk.

Anyone would kill for the view.

- Good location to get anywhere. Quiet. 1 min from rocky beach, 5 from nicer one, one short uber away from kickass one. - Killer view, could stay sitting on the terrace forever! I mean.. how?😀 I need this at home. Ha they even provide binoculars! - The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Good english. Apartmet is equipped great, its all there.

Because the view was so good I stayed in more than I wanted😀

Quiet and relaxing with an awesome balcony

The apartment was well maintained and had a gem of a balcony were we sat for breakfast tea/coffees enjoying the sun. All rooms were spacious with two bathrooms, one shower, to keep everyone happy. Of the three bedrooms there was a very large master with two smaller rooms mine was particularly comfortable and enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep. The shower unit and kitchen all pretty functional which you expect at this price range. Location wise it's a healthy walk into the city (20-30mins) with some parts uphill (This is Dubrovnik) and you need to negotiate 55 steps from the ground floor to the entrance of the apartment. Like all the apartments we booked in Croatia the landlords have been wonderful and this was one different.

My only gripe I was led to believe this was a cliff top apartment overlooking the Adriatic - it was not! The apartment is sat one block back in a narrow side street. For those driving suggest you call in advance to learn where you can park.
