Other Information
Please note that the villa has steep motor access, making a car highly recommended for optimal convenience. The key handover takes place through the Interhome agency in Le Lavandou. Additionally, air conditioning is available but limited to 25°C.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room villa with a total area of 160 square meters, featuring beautiful furnishings and a living/dining room with a panoramic window. The living/dining room is equipped with a flat screen, CD-player, and a hi-fi system, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. The villa has three bedrooms: one room with two single beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower, and air conditioning with access to the terrace; another room with a king-size bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, also leading out to the terrace; and an upper-floor room with a king-size bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower, double hand-basin, and air conditioning. There is a separate WC on the main floor and another on the upper floor.
Amenities Included
The villa comes fully equipped with a large kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a dining table in the kitchen, and the living/dining room opens to a large terrace measuring 150 square meters with terrace furniture and four deck chairs. Other amenities include air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
Other Information
As you plan your vacation, you can look forward to a beautiful distant view of the sea from the large terrace. The villa also has electric heating, a TV (channels only in French), a smoke alarm, and a wine cellar. The maximum capacity of the villa is six people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. While enjoying your stay, you will have access to all the amenities mentioned, including air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, microwave, television, and more.
