This place really surprised me. It was a nice little place that seemed to have it all. We stayed in a 2 bedroom small little house that was apart of an awesome community. They had security and maintenance people all over the place so you never felt like your car would get broken into. The little stores and cafe we located within walking distance and so were the park and outside gaming places. I really liked it here. The beach is a short walk to a secluded place with lots of sand and driftwood to build whatever you wanted. Everyone seemed really nice. I wish I could have gotten to eat at the nice restaurant there, but I didn't get a chance to this tone. The house itself was extremely clean and very new feeling. All of the beds were really nice and comfy. I went there for a digital detox for my family so while there was a TV and wifi, we didn't use any of it. So I couldn't tell you if it was good or not. The only thing that could have been a big issue was the check-in times. They would like you to check in after 4, but the office closes at 7. So you have a 3 hour window if you want to make it into your house because the front desk gives you the door code. We got there in time, but had no idea that that could have been a big issue. It was also really cool there because we saw so many deer. There was a big buck near one of the houses on our way to the community center. It was so cool. I will definitely be coming back.

The property itself is fine. It is a few miles from the main town center but close to the North Jetty and Damon Point. My main problem with the location was the lack of WIFI. It worked the first night and then never worked again. I called maintenance, and they reset the router, but it still did not work. They said they would call the provider but the WIFI never worked again during my stay. Please read the details carefully; the agreement said there was WIFI, but they do not guarantee it works. What's the point of offering it then??? On the plus side, I have not been charged any unreasonable fees that were unclear from the start. The house itself was clean enough as well. I will update this review as necessary.

Quiet and clean. Wifi was not available right away and they were quick to respond and had it available as quickly as possible. Food at the restaurant was amazing!

Facility and amenities were as described. Everything was as expected and had no issues with any equipment. Do recommend ensuring anything essential needed for children be brought, such as dishes, condiments, and games. Overall, amicable stay and will book again.

The cottage is absolutely lovely! My friend and I stayed there for a long weekend with our kiddos and it was the perfect home away from home. The only thing I wished it had are hooks either outside or in the garage to hang wet gear after it’s been rinsed, and some privacy/rain screens on the deck to help keep it dry. Overall, we had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip. Thank you for the wonderful experience and memories for a lifetime.

We loved this beach house! This was a quick trip to make up for our cancelled summer vacation. The kids had so much fun. The property and area are new, clean, and super cute. We loved the back porch and the kitchen was a dream! The only two issues we had: The fire alarm batteries went out around 4-5 am and woke up the house. Unfortunately younger kids don’t go back to sleep after that. When it happened again around 9pm the next night we called the off site maintenance who promptly fixed the issue. We would have called sooner but we didn’t exactly know what the problem was and assumed it was an one-off situation. The second thing is that the mattresses are awful along with the pillows. I’m not overly picky about my bedding but they were not great.

We stayed five nights at Grays Star cottage. I was totally happy with everything about our stay. Check in was fast and accurate. The property was immaculate with newer construction. Quiet neighborhood fairly close to all the activities we were interested in. Perfect getaway for one or two couples.
