SIX WORLD CLASS SKI RESORTS within a one hour drive. Obviously Breckenridge is the closest area, but A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain, Keystone & Vail are all within easy driving distance of our home. We suggest you plan your ski days based on the snow accumulations and road conditions. Simply the BEST skiing in the world is right down the street!
WINTER ACTIVITIES FOR NON-SKIIERS
If skiing or snowboarding on 2,208 acres spread across four mountains isn’t enough, here are some other activities to keep your winter vacation in Breckenridge interesting and exciting.
Gold Runner Alpine Coaster: This coaster offers a new, thrilling way to get down the mountain. Riders sit in two-seater cars and control their speed around twists and dips on coaster track perched about four feet above the ground. The track meanders through the forest and alongside the ski runs on Peak 8. It’s such a blast, you’ll want to do it again. Store your skis at the entrance and ride in ski boots.
Dogsledding: This unique adventure gives you the opportunity to ride in the sled pulled by frisky Siberian huskies and then be the musher who runs the dogs. Guides teach you how. The tour goes for an hour on a plowed track through the woods just outside of town.
Snowmobiling: Explore the backcountry on a new 550cc Polaris snowmobile that you drive in one, two, or three-hour tours with Good Times Adventures. These fancy machines are equipped with hand warmers and back rests; snowmobile suits and boots are available for free.
And more: There are also sleigh rides; ice skating and hockey; Nordic skiing and snowshoeing; free sledding at Carter Park; historic tours; music; theatre.
GREAT GOLFING & MOUNTAIN BIKING throughout Summit County. We have 5 terrific golf courses and endless mountain bike trails for all of the outdoor enthusiasts!
By renting this home you are one side of a shared home (duplex)

Clean and organized home. Very thing one would need from Netflix, hot tub to pool table. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Overall the place is beautiful really large. It looks like the pictures we had two challenges which we worked really close with the property manager on Megan and they were resolved very quickly first challenge was the check in the keypad didn’t work to Edison, but we worked through that successfully, the second challenge with the broken coffee pot which again was remedied. Megan went above and beyond getting some coffee lovers a new coffee pot delivering it personally, which was very nice and highly recommend this place. You’d enjoy it and Megan is very very responsive.

Great property. Looked as advertised in the pictures. A little noisy as it backs up to the main road but still a great view out the back.

We chose this property because there were three king beds and a private hot tub. Every June, my adult children, their spouses and children, my husband and I spend a weekend at a cabin in the mountains. It is most comfortable for them if I can find king size beds. To find three at this price point is challenging. The dining table is also large and fits the whole family comfortably for eating and games.
We used the hot tub several times. The setting is quite beautiful and it was rainy during our stay. I was so thankful it was covered. Being in the hot tub at 4a (after baby’s 3:30am feeding) with the fog settled in on the mountain, watching the sun rise and having time for a meaningful conversation with my son is something I will always remember from this trip.

The accommodations were lovely! Lots of space for many people so, my family of 6 with two adults and four children, had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The hot tub was private, clean, and wonderful. It gets to 103* which is important to me since I hate hot tubs only getting kind of warm and not hot. It’s always a disappointment. Really, really, enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable, location was nice.
Being off the road wasn’t a problem for us. It wasn’t very noisy and not as many people on it at night and most people were driving carefully so not super loud. I do suggest bringing earplugs in case there are people in the other property that is attached. The walls between the places are a bit thinner, especially if they have the music up. I’m not a light sleeper so the bass wasn’t bad for me but my husband had to put in earplugs and my kids were like “what is that noise?”.
We thought it was a bit odd to have to strip the beds before leaving. I know it’s customary to put in a load of wash before you leave and run dishwasher but when paying a $300 cleaning fee, I just found the bed stripping a bit odd. Maybe that is a new thing in the time of covid but we’ve not had to do that in other rentals previously. Not a big deal, just stood out to us. So they only change the beds that were slept in and people strip the beds. If someone napped on a bed and then didn’t strip it before they left, then that bedding would not get changed before the next renters occupied the place. You just hope people are doing what is asked of them in the name of cleanliness.
Overall we would definitely stay here again and have recommended to others!

The best memories have been made!!
Great location and perfect property for all ages! With our party of 10 we had plenty of space and the kids could play with the sleds right in the yard/snow! We ate in more than dining out and being able to all sit together at the same table was a plus!

Amazing home and owner!!!!
I highly recommend booking this home for several reasons. It's top of line luxury and even more beautiful in person. The owner is prompt with responding and making sure everything is perfect for your stay. Megan has paid attention to every last detail to make you feel like a VIP. The home is stocked with spices and every kitchen utensil or appliance imaginable, as well as, the bathrooms stocked with hair appliances, towels, and hand soaps. My husband and I booked it for our anniversary vacation and loved every minute in the home. We will definitely book it again very soon!!

Very nice home. Very accommodating and helpful owner and staff!
The house was beautiful and nicely spread out for our group of 7 adults. Lots of privacy, yet cozy feeling. The views from the house are gorgeous and it’s just off Hwy 9 so very easy to get to. A very short drive (maybe 7 mins) from Main St. in Breckenridge and the gondolas. We dropped off the college age kids in the mornings, parked at the gondola area and walked the town, stopping for breakfast or lunch, or shopping. The house also has a nice, snow covered side yard with discs provided that the kids enjoyed sliding down after snowboarding, in addition to a nice size hot tub. It’s also only a 15 min drive to Frisco, Dillon and Keystone. We had an issue with our rental vehicle, being a 2-wheel drive when we were hit with a snow storm and road traction laws were put into affect the day we were scheduled to check out by 10am. The owner, Megan tried really hard to help us find a solution while allowing us to stay in her home well past check out time until we found transportation to the airport. Her cleaning lady, Sara, showed up in a big 4-wheel drive suv and once she realized our predicament, she worked so fast to clean, change sheets, etc all around us just so that she would have time to get us to the airport in time for our flight and also out of the house before the next guests arrived. She also made calls to friends to see if anyone could take us because she was worried she couldn’t get us there in time because she had to make sure she completed her job first. She was our lifesaver! We had to abandon our rental there which Megan kindly allowed us to do, and piled in Sara’s suv to get to the airport. Thanks to these ladies, we made it timely and safely! Crazy last day experience and absolutely wonderful and accommodating owner, beautiful home, excellent location and awesome staff! We would highly recommend this place and plan to come back! THANK YOU MEGAN AND SARA!!!!!
