Very near sm mall seaside and the apartment room is great

Needs more maintenance especially AC and beds, the AC of one room that i booked is broken and they gave us an electric fan for the room but its still very hot at night. The double decked bed in the same room has a broken ladder handle resulting for my aunt to fall and get bruises and wound.

San Remo Secure Unit

The 2 bedroom unit gave good space - the refrigerator was a great help with cooling drinks at home.

The kitchen utensils need improvement in order to cook properly. No exhaust fan for cooking smells. The guards did not make it easy for booking in. The key holder could meet new guests at the gate to see them through security without any problems.

Love San Remo community and its a safe place to stay.

The swimming pool, gym and the cloth hang area. SAN Remo Staff are approachable. Accommodating and friendly.

It's stated that internet is provided during our stay but we only got internet connection on the second day and Thursday. The rest of our 5 day stay it's not working anymore. :(

The Room is enough For us

Location is not accessible To my meeting place.

The aircon in my Room is not Cold and There’s a hidden fee like The one time payment For The club which during my booking it did not appear. The place is not accessible , transportation is hard you Will always Get a taxi which is expensive.

Perfect if you have a car with you

The amenities, the 2 bedrooms, and so affordable

The location. You need to have your own car because it is quite distance away from establishments. If you have a car, this is perfect, but if you don't, i suggest getting a unit near establishments because transpo here will be so costly.

The door of the room locked themselves and not very helpful The livel 6 room not enough stuff to use like rice cooker or a pot etc. Very poor place to stay for the price.

The room is great. The host is responsive.

No convenience store at the property, that we still have to go outside. The location is so remote, and we had to wait for a while to get a ride. The internet access is very slow.

Just okay. First time in all the properties I stayed before that I get to have a negative feedback.

What we liked: the location, comfy beds, aircon, fast wifi (though sometimes it get slow).

A lot. Knowing that we were staying for 3 nights, and we were a total of 4 adults (2 were senior) and 1 toddler, they must've anticipated things that we might need during the stay. In the kitchen, number of plates was okay, but we only had 3 spoons, 1 fork, 1 teaspoon, and 1 glass (seriously? for 5 people?). The double electric stove was broken; of the two, only one was working, and the temperature can't even be adjusted! There was a small trash bin, but was only provided one trashbag, no extra at all (really? for 3 nights?). But, the very big thing that triggered us to notice all the downs of this property and the entirety of our stay was the parking space. We spoke to two people. First person was kind and assisted our questions, and very responsive when asked minor inquiries about the property. But the second person (said she was the host or owner, whatever) was very rude. The night we arrived, we called her to ask for parking spot. When she said she couldn't help, who wouldn't get disappointment, right? I was! When asked for any other options she can offer, she dropped the call and never answered our following calls. She was not proactive at all in offering options. We found a parking spot later that night, thanks to the guard on duty in that bldg; he really went up to our unit twice or thrice that night to help us get a parking spot.

Love the place but next time, please answer the calls and do not block the number of your client

We love the room since it can accommodate everyone and it was near the amenities.

I was scared and furious at first because I thought I was scammed by the host, I kept calling the number they provided here but they won't answer and even blocked it. We had to wait 30 mins for another number (the manager I suppose) to answer us so it was kind of frustrating and disappointing.

it was ok for it's price especially if you're only looking for a place to crash. AC was cold.

location was great as it was accessible to SM seaside.

Everything was great and comfy. The facilities were very clean especially the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay in Sn Remo Oasis. Thank you so much. May God bless you more and more.

The location of San Remo is far. It is so hard for us to book for a ride in going to our destinations.

Nothing.

I wont recommmend this place . Definitely not a good place to stay, small rooms which are very different from the photos posted. no parking space available at all, they even advertised that there is no need for any parking reservation. the host has to look for other vacant parking slots from a different building when we arrived. there are other hotels way cheaper and more decent than this serviced apartment. not worth the penny.
