Amazing apartment
Lovely to stay - was cosy and close to beach. Despite cooler weather was great to enjoy the coast cafes and restaurants from such a well equipped residence. Will have to visit again!

Beautiful, big and bright
Beautiful, big and bright apartment with an amazing view. Kitchen is very well equipped and good to have a laundry room. Few minutes walk to Lennox Head shops. I cannot fault this rental as we had the best time and felt at home during the duration of our stay. If one thing, there is a faint smell due to the window seals being exposed to the sun. But once we open the doors and let air through it's hardly noticeable. Thank you Valentina for opening your home to us.

Lennox Head
Upon arrival there was a notice on our door
informing us of ‘construction work’ for the next 8-9 weeks! The early morning noise of the power tools was horrible to say the least. Very disappointed to learn that the host knew about the planned work but failed to mention it!

A superb and one of kind accomodation!
My husband and I, together with a couple of friends, have really enjoyed our stay at this very cosy home at Lennox Head. We felt that this accomadation was one of our highlights when we visited Byron Bay for the first time. It gave us the balance of having a real relaxing holiday at this property and the fun that the rest of Byron Bay has to offer. The place was really clean and just exactly as the photos in the website. I can say that I agree with what you can read from the other reviews. Would highly recommended this place coz apart from the cleanliness, functionality and the amazing view that this place has to offer, it's also accessible to most of the main locations around the area.

Ants infested
The place was seriously infested with ants, especially the kitchen & living area. Would’ve appreciated if they’d alerted us, so we could’ve been better prepared.

Gorgeous apartment and location
Absolutely loved it. Great spot - peaceful and quiet but close enough to everything. Really well equipped and beautifully presented accommodation. Only qualm was no wifi which was surprising for accommodation of this calibre.

Million dollar view
Booked this property last minute due to another booking (from different site) being cancelled on us. This ended up being a great find, saw whales and dolphins playing in the ocean right from our lounge room. Property is spacious and nicely decorated with everything you need. Would definitely book in the complex again but different apartment as we need WiFi. Also, considering price point, a few extra touches like provision of torches and candles as we had no power for a short time on first night we ended up going to bed at 8pm. Maybe binoculars knowing that you can spot wildlife from property and attention to detail with cleanliness resulted in loss of one star.

Fantastic location
The Quarterdeck has to be one of the best locations in Lennox Head! Great view of 7 Mile Beach, great facilities and beautiful apartment!

Lennox Head
Overall the experience was good but we had trouble with the hot water it wasn’t clear how to turn it on and once we did it didn’t seem to work so had some cold showers. Also the power was out for part of or last night and morning. I asked for a partial credit for that time but the host has not responded to my request so I am a bit disappointed about that. Anne Feely

Beach Waves Sunshine Views Relaxing Lennox Head
Well equipped Apartment and great outlook. Very spacious and very quiet. Wonderful walking tracks everywhere and Lennox Head still a nice village with great coffee shops, bakery and good little supermarket. Only two downsides- new firmer beds needed and WIFI very poor which included limited phone calls with calls dropping out but a short 10 minute walk to Lennox shops and all good. Perhaps the strata of this 24 apartment village need to review this problem.

The Quarterdeck
Arrived to find a lovely apartment, much larger than the pictures show. Has a fantastic view out to see where we did manage to see a whale in the distance!
The Two bedrooms are good size and having two bathrooms a bonus. Easily accommodate two couples or small family. Has all the tools in the kitchen you need to be self sufficient.
No wifi and phone reception not the best but a bonus if you want a break from technology and just relax reading a book watching the ocean!

Stunning Ocean Views
Our stay at the Quarterdeck would be one of the most memorable holidays we've ever had. The lullaby of the ocean sent us into dreamy relaxation mode as soon as we arrived. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked with equipment for all your holiday needs although for guests who like to cook at home, you will need to bring your own basic cooking needs such as oil/vinegar and seasonings. The bed is super comfy. Everything is sparklingly clean and Lennox Head is only a short distance away with great shops and restaurants.
The only downside was the lack of wifi and even with Telstra, almost no signal for mobile broadband at all, so if you do need to stay connected for work, you'll have to go into town with your laptop/device. That being said, we weren't there to be hooked on screens and junk light... we loved sitting on the porch and watching humpback whales splash and play as they passed. It was very relaxing to watch the hangliders floating mid air from Lennox Head and the walking track around the head is easily accessible from the front of the property and we recommend walking up to the lookout as you'll have great whale spotting from there. If you're going during whale season, Out of the Blue Adventures was superbly satisfying. We went on a 3 hour cruise on a boat of only 15 or so and saw mother and baby whales up really close! The Book Room in Lennox Head run by Karen is an amazing little nook to find yourself a good read (bigger store in Byron) and the Gelateria is a must! Could not have picked a more perfect place to stay!
Oh my, we walked in and pictures just do not do it justice! It is so open and spacious and we had a room facing the ocean where I could hear waves crashing each night. We walked every morning either on the beach or up the bluff, trails were perfect and only a 10 minute walk into town to eat. The whales were jumping, you didn't even need binoculars! The beds were comfortable, the space was comfortable and overall it was amazing! It is so nice we would gladly live there forever! It was nice having 2 bathrooms, 2 rooms, the kitchen was perfect stocked with everything we could need...I just can't gush enough! It was our favorite spot in our whole trip of Australia and New Zeland!

We had a fantastic warm week away, very relaxing watching the whales breach from outside the apartment.
The apartment was comfortable and well appointed with everything you need.
We would highly reccomend coast for an evening meal, they do great coffee too!

Wonderful property & views
Such a lovely, spacious & clean apartment with awesome views. Very well decorated. We loved whale spotting from the patio and main bedroom. Close walk to town along the beach board walk. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Valentina

Excellent property and location
21 Quarterdeck is an exceptional coastal property with excellent facilities and brilliant scenic location. Spacious apartment with all facilities, very comfortable bed. Views are excellent with Lennox Head on the right, and the beach stretching past Lennox village on the left. One of the best coastal locations we have stayed throughout Australia. Very good value for money compared with other local properties. Would recommend highly, and love to return! Note Telstra connectivity is poor and so is Net-wifi would be a helpful addition.
