The house is right on the beach, so you can enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the sunsets. The house consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchen which was perfect for my family of four. One room has a double bed, the other room has 2 single beds. There is no living room so no sofa for any extra guests, the max would be 4. The outside space was nice with sun loungers and greenery and the table and chairs which we used as our dining table. The house comes with all the basics you need in the kitchen including a kettle, pots and pans, dishes, etc. They even provided a sponge and washing up liquid as well as a snack and bottle of wine which was nice.
There was a misunderstanding regarding towels (I had emailed asking whether we needed to bring towels) and then got given out to by the host (who lives on-site) when we used the towels that were in the house on our outings. I do not appreciate getting given out to and it made the rest of the holiday quite uncomfortable as the host lives on site. Her daughter did however then provide beach towels to us which we were able to use for the remainder of our holiday. I would have just brought my own, if I had known we would need to. She also gave out to my husband because we had put our toiletries on the vanity by the sink (that happened to be wood) and there must have been drops of water splashed from the sink onto the vanity. Funnily enough I had thought to myself who uses wood on a vanity underneath the bathroom sink when you know water will stain. Regardless, again, I did not appreciate getting given out to by a host or having my husband given out to. If you are concerned about drops of water on your vanity, please consider changing it or putting a glass top on it.
Host kept coming into the house when we were away, I found that strange as all our personal belongings were there.
Internet was iffy, I would not depend on it if you need wifi while staying here. There is no TV, so bring a tablet to watch downloaded stuff.
This rental is not a stand alone house. It is on a plot with the owners house and another rental unit, so do not expect much privacy while you are outside.
Finally, very important is that there is no parking by this rental. The parking that is available is along a narrow road that leads to the beach. From which you can easily walk to the house (less than 5 minute walk). The parking on the narrow road is quite limited, I visited in low season and parking was a bit difficult at times (definitely go with a small car rental as any spots to be found are tight!). I can only imagine that parking during high season would be an absolute nightmare.

The views to the mountains were beautiful .. and out to sea … the house was comfortable and clean . We liked having a garden to relax in … this was well equipped with sun loungers and chairs and shade .
We didn’t get off to a good start , the website stated we could access the property from midday . When we contacted the owner , we were told that our access was at 3pm . When we told her what the website said , no apologies .. just a statement that the cleaners needed time .
The description included a washing machine , ironing board and iron and hairdryer . None of these were provided .
When we contacted the owner , she arranged for her mother (on the same site ) to wash our clothes and provide us with the aforementioned items . This was done with bad grace from the mother thereby creating an atmosphere ! We were told the beach was accessible and sandy . It isn’t outside the house .. it is a mass of boulders and pebbles . Our intention had been to swim at least once a day … this was impossible without walking to the other end of the bay .
