Had been recently decorated very clean with kettle and tea making facilities plenty of hot water although the shower pressure wasn’t very good. The location is very close to the train and bus station.
The worst thing about the room was the noise from the road. The other thing was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good.

Location. Comfy beds.
Front door had a key code - not needed as the door was broken and did not lock. There were no staff at all, keys were just left in the hall to pick up. There was no information in the booking saying this was the case. Reasonable room, however, bathroom is very dirty, lots of hair in the shower, black, mould and stained shower, dirty sink around the taps, and pedestal of the sink, dirty floor around the edges, and around the base of the pedestal of the sink. Yuck

The location is the only good thing about this place.
It was the dirtiest place I have ever paid for! The room was deinitely not cleaned after last visitor. The duvet seemed to be fresh one, but not the sheet neither the pillow cases. I found someone's hair in my bed. The bed was collapsing to the one side, so only half of the bed was usufull. The toilet was disgusting. It looked like only the new towels were brought. Few hours before my arrival I received information about the contactless servis, so there was no reception. I only stay there becouse it was for the one night only and I had no choice.

The boarding house was overpriced. Bathroom was dirty and in bad condition. Shower door was hanging off. There is no breakfast offered. Bed was old with a big divot in it and was uncomfortable.

One bath towel with frayed edges all around, more like a rag.
Curtain hooks missing.

Location was good.
Upon arrival greeted by a rude owner who told us we should check our e mails.
The property had an odd smell in the communal entrance and stairwell, the room smelt of smoke.
The sign said bed & breakfast and we were told to go to McDonald's or Morrisons. Not a great experience at the berkeley. The shower was a complete joke no pressure with water hardly coming out, it would take a year to wash ones hair at this b & b.

The water in the shower was hot and the shower had good water pressure. The central location. The staff member that we encountered was courteous and apologetic.
No one answered the phone when we wanted to enquire about parking and bed arrangements. We left a message but no one called back. Dirty carpets. The room had clearly not been cleaned for a long time.Hair and dust on skirtings. Dirty toilet. Bedding not changed, we found hairs and stains etc. We requested new bedding but preferred to make the beds ourselves once it was provided. Someone's old plaster left on the radiator. Furniture dirty. Chair cushion filthy.

Extremely filthy. Hair everywhere. Moldy shower. Sheets definitely already used. Bed was beyond uncomfortable. Mattress worn completely out. Room lock not safe at all. Weird smell of paint and heating. No staff. Unannounced camera behind the main door.

Shower didn't work, fell to pieces when switched on. Actually hut my wife on the head and was quite painful
None of us could shower. £123 for one night and no proper washing facility is abysmal. Room wasn't totally clean. Window and mirror dirty. Pungent plugin air freshener smell all through house is very off putting.

Alright for one night. They are clearly trying to improve it as there was masking tape where they had been decorating
When the door was locked you could still open it. There was a lot of cleaning which could have been done there was mould in the bathroom, coffee up the door and skid marks in the toilet. Bed had a massive dip in it one side

no staff, tried ringing both numbers given and they went to voicemail. i needed a hair dryer that’s why I was calling. room was filthy, shower full of mould and toilet had poo all over the bowl. paid £90 with no breakfast included… not that I would of eaten there anyway. water went off when having a shower, tried to call the owners again but again no answer. walked through the front door and smelt of onion and cig smoke.
