Owner was friendly, he picked us on the station 2 times: from the airport and after coming back to Hurgada. Generally he was very communicative and always ready to help.
Both locations of the apartment were good, we liked that.
Owner was also ready to negotiate the price when we were leaving apartment for couple of days.
There was a lot of things which were not OK, for example first apartment was dirty, ants walking on a walls, not comfortable bed, almost no windows and overall not good standard. Second apartment was better, but still something was not working for example AC, internet etc... I had feeling like bedding was dirty on both apartments.
For this price generally there is normally better standard in Egypt...

Nice cozy place, extremely helpful owner, good location, close to everything. It’s not 5 star hotel, but that’s not either what we were looking for. Just enough for what we needed. Owner helped us to sort boat trip to snorkelling around Giftun island and swimmimg at Orange bay. That was the highlight of our stay in Hurghada.
