My stay was absolutely amazing. The room and bathrooms was nice and clean. I enjoyed the free breakfast plus happy hour.

Excellent breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle service to the airport free of charge and very useful: lift was set to exactly fit our itinerary

Stayed for 4 days with a family of 5 in 1 room. As windows cannot be opened and room service was cancelled due to shortage of staff and hardly any racks to hang up towels, they did not dry and room was moist and humid

The pros outweighed the cons so it was a good experience.

The atmosphere was inviting. Breakfast was delightful and the bartender made our experience very enjoyable. He engaged in the conversations and he was funny. He recommended the salmon and I had the best salmon for dinner a the bar.

There was a little issue with the bedding which the hotel addressed immediately. But the mattress was not at all comfortable. It appeared that the bottom half was more elevated than the top half. I felt like I was sleeping on my neck.

Friendly staff! Excellent breakfast and happy hour. The front desk person was able to move me to a better room after I let them know about issues in my original room

My original suite had a frayed couch and table that had scratches, water marks and the stained finish was worn off. I let the front desk know I wanted a different room as this one doesn't meet the expectations of a suite at an Embassy Hotel. Also some people in front of me and then next in line received a gift bag and I didn't. I figured it was probably for some type of membership, but I was surprised they didn't explain whatever perks members have.

Too expensive for what you get

I liked the close distance to the airport and very friendly staff, and unfortunately that's pretty much everything good about this hotel and its facilities.

The room was not 100% cleaned before my check-in. I had hair in the bathtub, there was a used tissue behind the couch (and I guess It's still there). The hotel is very loud - you can literally hear anything on the hallways and sometimes in others room. I hate for this rated hotels to not have the amenities for each guest but have the big refillable bottles - So cheap, It belongs to the cheap motel on the I-70. Breakfast is a disaster for 4* hotel. If you stay for more than 2 nights, the third you'll be ordering something for breakfast from outside the hotel. If you get tired of an omelete, potato, bacon and pancakes. If I stay here ever again, It will be just because I have to, not that I want to.

Loved the complete stay! glad I chose this hotel, was a lil pricey but worth every penny!

The hotel was beautifully decorated, welcoming and clean! Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nice! Breakfast was delicious!! Wish I could book this hotel in every time!

Stay was better than we expected

Breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs were cold and not good. Sausage was burnt. Not many options to choose from. Like fruit, pancakes, waffles. Omelets we’re outstanding!!! Staff was very nice and helpful tho.

I love this hotel! Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The manager’s reception is wonderful and the made to order breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great.

There are really no negatives, except it’s a little pricey, but we’ll worth it.

Great room and conveniently located near airport but no 24 hours shuttle to airport

The Hotel is nice and room very spacious and confortable, all mostly new and close to the airport which was my main priority of the stay. The breakfast was pretty good and included in price.

No room service, the restaurant closes after 9 or 10, the shuttle to airport is not 24hours and i had a very early flight as a lot of people who travel do reason to stay in an airport hotel and no private driver or other options of transportation so i had to call an uber to take me.
