Last minute booking -staff obliging and good value. Clean and lots of provisions in share kitchen. Garden has potential to be beautiful but at the moment out of control.
Didn’t realise it was a room in a share house but turn out fine because we were the only guests. I was in a hurry when booking and just thought it was a motel room.

very clean and comfortable and i was looked after far better than i could have expected when i had any issues or concerns
it was a bit far from town or any shops unless you have a car.

The location was very leafy and pretty.
I don't think this kind of shared accommodation is suitable for people travelling with pets. We felt very restricted in our movements around the place and spent most of our time in a ver small bedroom with our large dog.

Quiet location & room & facilities extremely clean & comfortable. Extensive gardens keeping the owners busy trying to bring order to them. Hosts very pleasant.
Nothing.

The communal area, lounge room and kitchen were available for use. The pool was great and the room was large. The guest house setup was unexpected but worked well for what we needed
The location was out of town. This is a large house with many rooms and a communal area, like a guest house. There was some noise from other guest (probably mine workers) leaving early in the morning

This was a quiet place to stay. Perfect for me as I had been travelling nonstop for over 24 hours and needed rest.
I really liked everything. It met my needs completely.

The general surrounds may be a "work in progress" but the actual accommodation could not be any better. Excellent bedding and linen, quiet and location close enough to town but also far enough away to seem like a country property. We would stay there again if a reason to visit Singleton area comes up again.

We self-catered during our stay, but it was great being able to use the kitchen facilities and also make use of the lounge area for relaxation upon arrival. Great location too, quiet and away from the main highway into town! Meg was a lovely host and was very accommodating while we were settling in.

Meg was there to greet on arrival, the place is immaculately maintained, quiet, well serviced (coffee, milk, soaps, towel, wifi) & parking is right next to the room.
