BOOKING NOW FOR SUMMER AND FALL OF 2024. 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM IN HOUSE. ANY ADDITIONAL PEOPLE STAYING FOR THE WEEK WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $1000.00 PER PERSON. NO PETS. New hardwood flooring in 1st floor entry foyer, living room and dining room and 2nd floor bedrooms/hallway. Beautiful 3 story furnished home only 100 yards from the beach. The 1st floor consists of a front to back living room, kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and pantry with stack laundry, formal dining room which seats 4 and 1 full bath. The 2nd fl has a bdrm with a king bed and a 2nd bdrm with a queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed including 1 full bath. The 3rd fl includes a 4th bdrm with a king bed and the 5th bdrm has a queen bed including a crib and 1 full bath. ALL 5 bedrooms and the living room have their own window AC. Outside features a 12' x 30' deck including wicker chairs and a heavy duty timber dining table, a shower with hot and cold running water and a wooden picnic table on the front lawn. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Cable TV and Internet. A security deposit in the amount of $1,500.00 is required for all stays.

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. The decor is very cozy and inviting and the home has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Bob and the owner were very accommodating and easy to talk to. We home to come back next fall too!

My family and I rented this house for a reunion week the past two summers and are already looking forward to the summer of 2019. This is a well-cared for property in a great location - one block from the beach in a quiet part of OOB, near Ocean Park. The layout of the house with spacious bedrooms on both the second and third floors allows for plenty of privacy. The yard has beautiful old trees, and the porch is lovely at any time of day. We have created many wonderful memories here - we love this house!

We had a sensational stay at 28 Seaside Ave in OOB and here's why! We first met Bob as we came in from our long trip and showed us the home and its amenities. The Home and Property functioned well and it was truly "]Steps to the Beach" as advertised. The house was clean and spacious and functioned well as it met all of our needs for our stay. We very much look forward to staying next summer and to see the updates the owner has made to the property. See you in 2019!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Bob met us when we arrived and showed us around the house. He also recommended a couple of restaurants which we enjoyed. The four bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We felt this house offered the ideal northeast coastal experience we were in search of.

Bob was great to work with! He greeted us and shared info about the house and the town. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and there was plenty of room for four couples. It is close enough to the beach that we could hear the waves from the front porch. Wish we would have had more time to stay and enjoy the house and Old Orchard Beach!

What a great spot ! very comfortable, well stocked, room for everyone, close to the beach. The setting is perfect for a family stay...Made our 4 generation get-together a success ! Bob welcomed us upon arrival and is readily available if needed.. couldn't ask for more !

Only steps to beach. House very clean. Bedrooms VERY large. Owner greeted us and showed us around house. Air conditioners throughout house WiFi in house Had my 2 daughters and their families with plenty of room for Everyone wonderful house and beach was beautiful. Great vacation! Planning on going back next year.
