Wonderful property with a beautiful roomy home. Everything you need is there. Cove is sand bottom and you can walk out to beautiful Cayuga Lake. We kept our boat at their dock. If it was too windy we rented a slip at hibiscus harbor. Easy in and out. Homeowner was so welcoming and open to any question. You will love it

We had a wonderful stay- this house is just as described- with a beautiful lake front- ample sitting inside and out to enjoy the lake view.
House was clean, and very well stocked. Didn’t need to bring anything but food and drinks!!
If you’re planning a Finger Lakes getaway- this place is perfect!!!

Wonderful and relaxing. Lake was nice. House had everything you needed

The house exceeded every expectation!
It offered so much space and so many activities for everyone! We all loved using the kayaks, the pool table and just relaxing on the massive deck! It is an amazing property!

Beautiful well maintained place with nice managers/owners

Clean, comfortable and a great location. And we really had fun with the ping-pong table, four of us were really into it. Renting a pontoon boat half mile up the road turned into a great day.

We had a very nice long Labor Day weekend at the house. The house was the perfect size for my family. 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean and comfortable and was in a nice shallow cove on the lake. The cove did get very crowded with boats that would anchor there for the day but that did not bother us. The only issue we had was that there were a lot of bees that were somehow getting in the downstairs and there were some that were already dead when we first got to the house, making me think it was an ongoing problem. Thankfully none of us are allergic, just more of an annoyance having to keep a watch to kill them as they came in.

We had an incredible week! Our group of friends have spent a week in the fingerlakes every summer for years. This house was by far our favorite. Spacious. Clean. Amenities. Location. All fantastic. The only thing disappointing is that it’s booked completely for next summer already.

Had a great stay. Everything was wonderful. Only complaint, not enough garbage cans. We were on vacation so obviously didn’t want to spend time doing dishes and used paper plates. The garbage cans were 80% full before we even used. Other than that it was an amazing time!

This property was absolutely amazing! We spent the weekend with 3 other couples. The guys spent most of their time playing pool and poker while the ladies spent time upstairs by the fire enjoying each other's company. The hot tub was an added bonus as it is December and we couldn't enjoy too many of the other outdoor amenities. The location. Was also Fantastic and close to local breweries and wineries, so we enjoyed an afternoon away from the house too. The house was fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Tina's communication with me was also great prior to our stay and even throughout the stay. We can't wait to have another couples getaway at this location in the future!

Three generation family gathering of 10 people fit comfortably in the house (with kids on pullouts & cots). We loved location near Aurora, Auburn & Skaneateles! Enjoyed visiting all 3 towns… the best part of house for us was the top floor porch which we used everyday all day. The cove was quiet all week & great for kids as water height is shallow…. The dock could use some improvement but was fine for us - we used the dock at nearby marina for our family member who needed better access to enter boat -which was easy to do. The weekends are crowded in cove with party boats but we didn’t mind watching the action for the 2 days that was happening. Sunsets are incredible! Loved having the kayaks for our use! Sunset kayaking was wonderful. Kitchen is well designed for a large group & stocked for cooking. The house was clean & there were plenty of towels, use of washer dryer which was great, lots of extra blankets/ pillows etc also. Tina was very attentive & only small issue we had was a bee nest in a planter which she dealt with immediately! The rest of house was pest free! It would be great to have more outdoor dining space on porch (Although couches were comfy!) but we carried the picnic table up & enjoyed using that each evening for our meals. All in all it’s a very good place for a family gathering on beautiful Lake Cayuga! If you enjoy tastings we loved Heart & Hands and our time at Aurora Brewing company for pizza night!

We couldn’t be happier with our rental. Best equipped VRBO we have ever had. Right on the water, stunning sunsets, breakfast and dinners enjoyed on the expansive porch, and so much room inside for our group of 10. Because the cove does not have a drop off for a long way out, our young grandsons had a lot of freedom on their kayaks and when swimming. Quiet cove all week and on the weekend turns out it is the place to be for lots of boaters. Had a wonderful time with our family!

Fabulous home with gorgeous sunsets.
House was great to accommodate our family get together of 6 adults and 5 children (Ages, 8 and under). Very clean and fully stocked with all you need for your stay. Located in the cove where the water is shallow, made it easy for the kids to enjoy swimming and canoeing. It is a favorite spot, especially during the weekends for the boaters. The outdoor deck overlooking the lake was a favorite spot for morning coffee and in the evening to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed trips to Watkins Glen, Letchworth Park (2 hr. trip but worth the drive to see this beautiful park), Taughannock Falls State Park, as well as the many wineries along the lake. After a day out, we would return to take dip in the hot tub or enjoy a game of pool or cards that are in the lower level of the house. The homeowners were great and quickly responded to any of our questions. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning next year!

Proceed with caution, see below, we did not want to leave this review but have been advised to do so since homeowner is not cooperating after agreed upon solution on 7/12: 1. Upon checking in to property 7/4/21 and setting up sleeping areas downstairs in lakeside bedroom it was discovered there were dozens of mouse droppings in the lower two drawers where blankets were stored, more droppings were found under both kitchen sink areas, contacted owner, cleaner came back and just cleaned the 1 drawer and kitchen area and did not look around on own to address any other potential dropping areas 2. Saw mouse that evening under cabinets 4pm in kitchen & heard mouse under the kitchen sink lake side area around 9:30pm 3. Discovered more mouse droppings morning of 7/5 on kitchen counter, sink, & cleaned dishes near front entrance, notified owner, spoke on phone, dispatched the local exterminator who came at noon the day of 7/6, poison and bait traps were set 4. Left home for excursion to get out of house after exterminator 7/6 for 2 hours during the afternoon and came back to a mouse caught in the trap on top of kitchen counter, had to dispose of dead mouse, notified homeowner (mouse was out during day time) 5. Did more investigation on 7/6 & 7/7 after the mouse was caught so soon to find additional fresh droppings under sink near back porch area in kitchen. 6. Caught additional adult mouse on morning of 7/8, notified and opened case with VRBO. 7. On 7/9 found dying infant mouse in back downstairs bedroom, as the evening came an additional 2 infant mice came from locked downstairs utility room, staggered into lower back bedroom dying - discovered as we were trying to move all children & sleeping areas upstairs for the last night. Discovered additional fresh droppings in middle drawer of lakeside downstairs bedroom and droppings all over the carpet on wall of dresser & behind dresser, texted homeowner to notify of a much more substantial rodent issue. 8. Were were told during conversations and texts with homeowner that this was "not ever a problem before, and had no complaints prior." In conversation with husband of homeowner on 7/12 disclosed they had caught occasional mice before, this was never disclosed prior to renting. 9. Owner has backed out of agreed upon partial refund. 10. Other: beach area overgrown, bugs never cleaned from screens, carpet chewed up, broken screen, cracked toilet handle. VRBO escalated case to Health & Safety Department.

Great place for our families to meet and spend time together
First visit to Cayuga Lake was great. Sunset views from this property were remarkable each night we were there. Lots of space to gather both inside and outside. Very clean and owners were excellent with responsiveness to questions and service throughout our stay. Would love to visit again!

We wanted a quiet place in the Finger Lakes the whole family could go for the weekend.
The property was located on a quiet private drive on Cayuga Lake. The views of the lake were beautiful from the huge balcony and patio. The property was very clean and spacious for 5 adults and one infant. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing lakeside and spending a beautiful weekend together as a family. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great house with lots of space
We really loved our stay. The house was fully equipped and comfortable for our crew (2 families of 5) and being right on the lake in the cove was great for the kids.
We were a little surprised by the number of bots who parked in the cove and it limited some of the area the kids could swim and boat, but most of the boaters were respectful. They really were only there on the weekends so having the Sunday-Sunday check-in was rather ideal.
The proximity to everything was great. We spent time in Skaneateles, Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca and they were all really easy and beautiful drives.
The owners are wonderful and very responsive to any needs you may have.

Beautiful, spacious lake front property!!
We had a wonderful stay at Tina's lakefront property. Very clean, spacious and beautiful!! Very well stocked. Plenty of space for multiple families!!The views from the deck are to die for. Sunsets are so pretty and mesmerizing that I changed my mind about the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen ( sunsets at a beach in Hawaii was on top of my list until now). One minor issue is that the water around the dock is very shallow - one of friends came to pick us up in their boat, but they could not come near the dock, so we all had to wade through the water to get to their boat, which in itself was fun!! Another interesting thing that I have never seen anywhere before is that on Saturday about 100+ boats parked in the cove in front of the house having a gala time...there was even a restaurant boat camped in the middle of all these boats!! Since the cove is shallow, people were wading through water to go to the restaurant and to other boats or just chilling around!! There was no signs of social distancing at all in this COVID time, but it was fun to watch from the deck!!

Very clean and high quality. Had family in for a wedding. They loved the place.

LOVE THIS HOME- REALLY IS WHERE WE WANT TO BE!
The lakefront home and accommodations - upstairs and downstairs - were great for our large multi-generational group. The two large common areas allow for young children to separate and play actively when needed on a couple of rainy days. Watching the gorgeous sunsets on the large deck were a daily ritual not to be missed. The hot tub was a nice and well-used feature. We have recommended it to others already and will definitely look to return here! Liz & Bruce and family

relaxing on Cayuga Lake
This was our first visit to Cayuga Lake. 3 couples getting together each year for a vacation get-a-way at the lake. Our hosts Tina & Dave were friendly and very helpful. Ansered all questions quickly. The house on the lake is wonderful., very beautiful and was immaculately clean and spacious with 2 levels offering 2 kitchens which was very helpful when needing more oven space.
Double covered & spacious porches were wonderful and relaxing. Loved sitting there watching the sunsets, birds and many boaters stopping by to swim in the shallow waters.
We had a wonderful time and will love coming back again. 5 stars !!!!

Amazing place - the photos don't do it justice!
"This is where we want to be" is a board inside the house. And it is truly a beautiful place. Little things are taken care of and the lake is just as you see it - right from the deck or the family room - from both levels! The only caveat - you need to bring your own boat :-) The little things like the towels, the kitchen (fully equipped), toilet rolls (not commercial quality - this is what you would use to pamper your own derriere), large space that you can have to play your own games or the many that have been thoughtfully placed in storage! There are cookbooks in the kitchen, should the urge get to you. The linen is clean. All in all, I would heartily recommend this place.

Great location
Perfect spot for a vacation on Cayuga lake- right on cove for boating fun!
