Located in Downtown Fort Collins, this new, luxurious townhouse is ideal for groups of up to 6. The perfect location for anyone traveling to Fort Collins and wanting to enjoy the culture, restaurants and bars of old town, the local breweries or simply enjoy extraordinary mountain views from the elegant roof top patio with outdoor gas fireplace. Only a 5 minute walk to the local breweries, a 2 minute walk to bike rentals as well as close proximity to Max Line.

The design of this modern home includes multiple levels that would work well for privacy for a family with older children or a few couples traveling together. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 with King sized mattresses and private bathrooms. The third sleeping space is located on the third level in the loft and features a queen sleeper sofa. Bedrooms are modernly designed, functional and feature new linens and bedding.

While there are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away, there is a brand new fully equipped kitchen with all necessary culinary items, modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for those wanting to prepare a meal and dine in. There is plenty of dining space for a casual breakfast or an evening dinner at the dining table. For outdoor cooking, a barbeque is located on the lower level patio.

Pride in ownership was evident throught the property. Furnishings not only looked good but were actually comfortable. It didn't feel like a cold rental but like you were visiting friends. The townhouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was close to CSU campus and many restaurants and bars but it was a quiet place to sleep. Parking was also a plus. Although we had a small difficulty with the code for entry, we were given a new code and all was well. Couldn't reccommend this townhouse enough and will stay here again if our student attends CSU.

Great location. Used the trails everyday! Short 2 block walk to entrance. Visited petting zoo in the trail. Went to nearby Estes Park for Elkfest 2023. Visited Blind Oig restaurant, Jax for seafood and Coopersmiths for steak night. Great visit. Location very convenient. Too walks in neighborhood as well. Rented bikes. Went to a Rockies game with the family. We also grilled outback one night which was fun!

Beautiful, clean condo. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and spacious, with nice furnishings throughout. Very well stocked. Close to the University and Old Town Ft. Collins. The manager was very responsive, kind, and professional. The notebook was very thorough, although needs some updating (more restaurants). All of us staying there were 65+ and all of the stairs, plus altitude, made it a bit difficult for some of us, although, the beautiful sunsets from the third story deck made it well worth it.

Thank you very much for the 100 dollar refund ...it was very nice of you to send. Not being able to get into the house and then not being able to reach anyone to help after a long day of traveling was a bit upsetting. We almost left to get a hotel, thank God we didn't . We were very pleased with the townhouse and would recommend it to every one.

We stayed here when my son moved onto campus this fall for his first year at CSU. It was a great spot for us to prepare him for the move while enjoying the great city and surrounding area. Great spot, clean and accessible. Hopefully we will be staying there again when we visit. Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home, and we love it! The accommodations are excellent - large open concept on the first floor with a wonder little patio off the back, second floor two large and comfortable bedrooms, and the bonus third floor which is also open concept living space with “comfy” pullout couch and an amazing deck that over looks the mountains. We watched the sunset on multiple nights, while enjoying the outdoor fireplace. Location is terrific - quick walk into town and local parks. We HIGHLY recommended this property!!!!!

We love the location! We have stayed in this area many times. By far this was one of the nicest places we stayed ! We loved the extras in the cabinets. Came in handy when cooking ! Comfy beds ! Safe area - we never needed to put the alarm on ! Great TVs! Beautiful outdoor space! Communication with Kaitlyn was perfect ! We appreciate how quickly she was to respond! Our family stayed for 7 nights and explored Fort Collins, Boulder, Estes Park and many other spots - it was a memorable time that we will want to repeat. The property is beautiful and located so close to great restaurants and shopping in Old Town. The floor plan was perfect for togetherness but also having some separation after a long day of adventuring. Beautiful and spacious new town home that has an incredible roof terrace with a gas burning fireplace. Easily accommodated my family of 5. Nice Sonos system throughout. Great view of the front range. Owner super friendly and helpful. A 5 minute walk to New Belgium!! Great tour. You won't be disappointed.
