An absolute premium property, 107 Seagull Avenue is an executive property that offers uninterrupted ocean views and direct access down to 'Dump Beach'.
Set across 2 floors, there are 2 separate living areas; on the upper floor is a fabulous open plan living/dining/kitchen which is dominated by the amazing ocean view. Expansive sliding doors provide access to the timber deck which features the perfect alfresco dining setting to view the amazing sunrises and glorious colours on the ocean at sunset. The fourth bedroom (queen) is also located upstairs, along with one of the bathrooms.
Downstairs is again dominated by the ocean view and has the master bedroom looking out to sea, complete with walk in robe and en suite bathroom. There is an additional lounge that adjoins the master bedroom (queen) and similarly faces out to sea. Two more bedrooms, 2 x singles and 2 x king singles, a bathroom and the laundry are on this level. All the bedrooms come with ceiling fans, and there is reverse cycle air conditioning throughout to provide year round comfort. A beautiful terrace leads off the 2nd lounge straight down to the garden area and onto the beach.
