This very bright apartment consists of two rooms, a living room opening onto a very large 25 m2 terrace. There are two beds in this living room and a dining table.
The second room is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, this bedroom opens onto a small balcony.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It includes: dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob.
The designer bathroom has a washing machine.
The Garden is accessible and you can receive your friends there for a barbecue, or a Plancha, or to rest under the big laurels in deckchairs.
I am there and I will receive you in my house.
Parking is free on the street and all streets nearby.
The apartment is located very close to the Bois de Vincennes which is not without interest. You can visit the zoo, the castle, the racetrack there. You can organize a horse ride, take a boat ride on a bucolic lake.
A magnificent swimming pool is accessible within 5 minutes on foot. Brand new, it offers a real relaxation area with a large terrace open to the Seine.
Not far either you will find the museum of contemporary art of the Val de Marne in Vitry-sur-Seine, inaugurated in 2005, it is the first museum in the Parisian suburbs.
But above all you will most certainly go to the Louvre museum or you will be there in less than half an hour. You can also go shopping in Châtelet les halles where you will get there in 15 minutes
The apartment is located in the heart of the city, you will find everything you need: 2 bakeries, 1 pharmacy, 1 tobacco shop, 1 covered market 2 mornings a week, Thursday and Saturday. There are fresh vegetables, cheeses, grilled chicken ... etc, 1 dry cleaning, 1 bank, 1 hairdresser All within 200m.
Very close to the RER D (5 mins), 10 mins from Place du Châtelet, 7 mins from Gare de Lyon, and the apartment is also located between the two airports of Roissy Charles de Gaulle (20 mins) and Orly (15 mins)
