The fact that I was ready for my key and I had to call back multiple times for a key that I was never going to be receiving. I have yet to speak with anyone from this property due to this matter.

My 1 year old and I stayed one night at the apartment which is located in the bronx, The location was exactly what I expected, the room was ideal for just the 2 of us. The bathroom is private and located in the room. The other guest were quiet, the host lived downstairs she was nice maybe his wife or girlfriend, the location is near the 5 train and close to the bronx zoo. The are restaurants surrounding the area a bunch of stores and beauty supply. It’s in the hood but that’s exactly the feel I was looking for REAL AND URBAN no violence though just what I’m used to. I will book again!!
The room could have been just a little bit more clean, it was not dirty it was just minor things like out dated curtains and the air conditioner worked but it was sort of dusty. No worries though for the price and the convenience of the location o was pleased. The host Richard is a busy man so it took a bunch of texting and calling to reach him however once you’re settled in everything is fine.!

The place was really clean and the was s Jamaican lady that was very lady and the guy I was talking to on the phone.
The fact that it's hard to find a parking and you have to pay an 3xtra $ 35 for an early checking. However the guy let me parked in front of the house.

I like how everything was convenient . It was near the subway , bus route , && food places .
I didn’t like how the lady who watches over the house I’m assuming was bugging about a “smell” of weed . she knocked on everybody door asking if we was smoking . she literally poured a whole bottle of bleach in the hall making my damn head hurt . && the issue was FOR ME , she literally held the door open for me when I was walking in the house 3 mins later she knocking on my door “asking” if I’m smoking , cause you really have to walk across the street if you want to smoke. i was the only door she knocked on. I was ready to go the day out the house . I think this property is best suited for old people who stay inside & watch tv causeeeeeeee anything from just staying in your room watching tv will be a problem and the lady definitely will look at you weird . Then above else I left for check out and I NEVER received my deposit back , && I never got any proof I done any ill intent after 144 hrs of me leaving . STILLLLL waiting on my deposit I even requested it off cash app lol , it’s been a month .

Door codes so you can arrive late at night and let yourself in. Value priced, no frills. Good for a night or 2 if out all day exploring and just need a place to shower and sleep. Max 2 people/couple. Quiet place. Quiet neighbors.
At least 45 minutes away from Times square using subway. The booking process was cumbersome. The property manager is hard to reach. My deposit was difficult to get back. Booking.com had to step in and give deposit because host stopped responding. Tough requirements in the contract about who can be there. If you meet someone you may not be able to return to property with them since they didn't book with you. The television was very small and did not have cable, nor antenna for local channels. Streaming YouTube or other streaming apps on Roku TV was only option. TV was at a high angle near ceiling of room. Low water pressure in shower did not feel like enough to really get clean. Bring your own soap. Small one time use soaps were supplied but they barely lathered. 15% electricity fee automatically added to bill, not based on actual usage which is significantly less. Overall small place. Grease splatter stains on kitchen wall.

The only positive thing was the metro close by, to go to Manhattan
Was there for one week in June 2022. First, the room is not as in the picture, was very small. No kitchen at all, only a microwave and some dishes over it.
The facility was old (no investment at all), feel like in a ghost movie, wonder how such horrible places can still exist in the middle of US.
The manager was very late to respond, I risked staying outside the first night.
The place was not very clean either. It was impossible to open the window to have fresh are. And there were threatening notices, ex: "if you get the towels dirty with make up, we will keep 50 euros from the deposit".
And after two months they still haven't returned the deposit money although I left it cleaner than it was my house
Go there only as the very last last option

I STILL haven't gotten my deposit refund!

Once I saw the property I was disgusted. This room looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures make it look clean. The mattress was so hard and felt like the coils were coming through it. They had something on the floor that looked like a foldable twin foam mattress with a cover over it that was stained. It looked completely unsanitary! I was looking for something clean and comfortable to stay in because I was having minor surgery and needed a comfortable place to stay in and recover. This was not meeting my expectation and quite honestly made my stomach sick when I walked in and looked around. Was a waste of my money because I couldn’t get a refund. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Management was hard to get in contact with and did not quickly respond to me when I called to confirm reservations. He said he would call me right back and never did! I had to call him again the day before I needed it, to confirm. Very confusing because you get an email stated your reservation it complete and he states it’s not a guarantee. And needs all your personal information again, which I found to be somewhat sketchy. Manager is obviously money hungry, since when I text him to say we wouldn’t be staying there because it wasn’t what I expected, he never even cared to ask what the problem was, all he said was “you can’t get a refund .” I’m pretty sure he already knew what a dirt pit this room was, and didn’t care to hear what a good paying customer would need. Definitely better customer service is needed! This place could use some updating and some fresh paint!
Update date mattress, fresh clean paint, utensils, and kitchen ware like plates, pots, pans to cook with. Supply guest with more towels. Cut the overgrown plants in the walkway to apartment.

room was clean. and no one bothered us close to the train for fast traveling
The bathroom shower was backed up from the first day every time we had to shower we had to pump the drain so the water could go down after.

everything from being told last minute the room I booked was unavailable and was forced to take another room further from my event. its insane to have to use 4 damn passcodes to get to my room. the room was only clean on the surface. the building and rooms are built poorly. the water pressure in the shower is horrible. the building is also located in the hood.
