About this house rental
The beach and resort center with restaurants, bars and shops are only a few minutes walk. Ferragudo is a small fishing village that has retained its original character. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with the whole family. On request, the neighboring house can be rented. The two houses share a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. The use of the existing air conditioning system is provided that calculates desired separately. On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen and dining area and a shower room / WC. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a shower room and an office with sofa bed. The house has wireless internet and satelite TV.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-kitchen area with open fireplace, which merges into the garden with swimming pool (8 x 3m), which is shared with the next house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, which are equipped with double beds and another may be used as a combined bedroom / study with sofa bed. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a "hot stone" (electric heating). The living area also ensure the fireplace and the underfloor heating for warmth in the autumn and winter months. There is also:
• Two bathrooms (each with shower, toilet, floor heating, towels & hair dryer)
• Dishwasher and washing machine, electric stove with oven
• Television (all German programs) and DVD / HDD recorder
• Wi-Fi and a small speaker / amplifier for I-Pod / I-Phone
• the terrace with barbecue and a large awning
The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people. However, it is possible to rent for a maximum of another 6 persons the house next door (if available), so that one with a group or family of up to 12 people a nice time together can spend here.
The use of air conditioning is charged extra in the summer and in the winter months from November to March, electricity with 20 cents per Kwh is charged extra.
