Not our original units. Why would you allow an extension when someone has pre-paid the units and were booked in advance?

Location’s near SM. There’s free mineral water.

There’re cockroaches. Main door is almost not working (107). Bidet is not working. Dipper is broken. Induction is not working. ACs are unadjustable so we need to turn off the other one and leave the door open for both rooms to be accommodated by one AC. Mineral water is manually being transferred. Most of all, not our original units and was informed to be transferred last minute.

Definitely keep coming back.

Beautiful location, close to all amenities and shops, restaurants, mostly walking distance, host was friendly and prompt with a one time request, really happy, as a returning customer will return again.

Theres no washing machine, kettle is broken, no blanket in bedroom, remote control for the aircon in 1st room is not functioning well, the inner door in main door was very difficult to lock , no tissue or soap in zink , towels are old ..

Located SM Mall in walking distance

The host was on none of the mentioned phone numbers reachable, and the email bounced back. We could check in only with delay as security said host didn't register us and we couldn't reach the host. The apartment has nothing that makes you feel welcome, no soap even. Waterpressure is almost zero. The shower is not working. We had to use a bucket, but only cold water was available. We found small insects in the bathroom in the doorframe. Furniture is quite old and overused. The water kettle is not working. The door lock is not properly working, and only 1 key is available.

Apartment stay sounded appealing but discovered no services (trash accumulates, towels you clean).

TV, wifi, fridge in 1-408, spacious rooms, swimming pool and basketball court. Location is walking distance to SM mall and convenience store, laundry facility, pharmacy, etc.

Communication problem, requested a higher floor a month in advance and were given a ground floor unit 1-114 that's old and in poor condition. Beth got approval from Cathy to transfer us to a higher floor 1-408 (the nicer/updated unit). Generally there's lots of deferred maintenance. 1-114 is in need of total gutting for remodel, old appliances, cabinets falling apart, washing machine drain hose not attached, air conditioner is out of order. Both units had ants, spider under pillow and bedframe in 1-114. In 1-408, there were pests in every room, mostly small numbers of ants everywhere - on walls, couch, water dispenser, chairs, dining table, microwave oven, kitchen counter, washing machine, bathroom, floors, night stand, one roach on top of kitchen hood. Bathroom was horrible, the smell of sewer never went away despite window cracked open all day, moisture in bathroom takes more than 1/2 day to dry out, sink faucets loose in bathroom and kitchen (it takes one hand to hold the faucet and the other hand to turn the faucet on/off), the sink doesn't drain when the strainer is installed, filthy mop stored next to toilet, toilet seat is not attached well, bidet leaks, what looks like black mold on ceiling. The hot water in the shower depends on the flow rate, meaning if you set the water pressure with a slow flow it's nice and hot but the more you increase water pressure the efficiency of heated water is reduced so you get luke warm water at maximum pressure even though the water heater is set to max. The washing machine drain leaks. Front door handle/lock is loose, no deadbolt, key is difficult to operate. Picture on wall next to front door tilts and obstructs access to light switches. Some light bulbs don't work. Clock on wall not operational. Mirror hung too low. Plastic piece floating in water dispenser bottle. There's dirt behind and under beds and couch, dirt under chairs. No Iron, no hair dryer.

It's a large condo unit with two-bedrooms, it has a kitchen, water dispenser, bathroom and air-con works really well. It's walking distance to SM Ecoland.

Apart from parking issues, my stay was comfortable just like what I wanted! I am proud to show

Easy access to a mall and transportation. The clubhouse was lovely and the presence of security around made me feel safer.The photo you advertised met my expectations. The environment was altogether very pleasant

My relatives were not allowed to park their car even if there were spaces. I checked in in this accommodation three times during December. The owner of the accommodation should allow immediate friends or relatives to park for few hours because the owner has his own parking space, right?

The host! They were fantastic! We'd message them throughout the day with questions and clarifications and they responded timely to every message we sent. Very open communication. Love it! Amenities at the condi were great. Pool was clean. Guards and staff were friendly.

Not a huge thing, but unsure whether the property was properly cleaned as there was tape on the walls and cigarette butts on the windowsill. Also, there was 6 of us and only 4 towels were provided.
