The house, which was expanded and remodeled at the end of 2013 to meet the needs of guests seeking peace and quiet, has a modern furnished living area, where a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth in the evenings. A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area and an inviting sofa corner form the heart of the house. Downstairs, you'll also find a bathroom with shower and a rustic, cozy hallway and sitting area. One of the two bedrooms, located upstairs and each equipped with a TV, has a bathroom with shower and a sofa bed. In the fenced garden, guests have access to a garden shed and landscaped seating area. Whether it's a relaxing walk in the woods, a hike on the Rennsteig trail, or a bike ride in the Schwarza Valley, you'll find the perfect base for your vacation in this vacation home. Pets possible on request.
