Mooi hotel, riante kamers en ruim aantal handdoeken.
Heel rustige ligging van hotel, zeer rustige omgeving en grote tuin en mooi terras, voldoende tafels en parasols.

The hotel was good within an unattractive town, Although well equipped, the room was small and had no chairs. It is a good stopping off point for the first night if you have a late afternoon arrival at Calais.
Lens is an unattractive town.

Lovely hotel with lot's of communal spaces, play room for kids, zen style garden, sauna you can book for 30 -40 mins private use, really helpful staff.
Bedroom was pretty small with the child's bed in it - but opportunity to relax outside of the bedroom in communal spaces.

beautiful property, very modern , efficient, stylish

Very clean and extremely helpful
Bit disappointed that there isn’t an option to book a table in the restaurant as it was full. The staff were extremely helpful to organise an alternative.

Rooms could be bigger.

This hotel is exceptional. The receptionist when we arrived was so friendly & helpful, had a good chat about local facilities etc faultless. The gym is brilliant with amazing equipment. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the restaurant staff were just brilliant , I have to say the barman was exceptional, his recommendation for the red wine was perfect with our food , and he made very nice g&t 🙂. Very peaceful and comfortable room , very clean and perfect.. breakfast also brilliant. Very easy to park and very convenient for the motorway. We will be back

The room was extremely small. There was hardly space to move within. Maybe other rooms are more spacious.

Lovely hotel, very well equipped bedrooms. Restaurant and wine both vg.
A bit short of carpark space; we had to squeeze between trees on a pavement.

Well located (for the museum), modern, clean, stylish, good restaurant, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, on-site parking.
Our room was totally black. very stylish, but oppressive. also rather difficult to find the light switch. The parking is very badly signposted.

Chic industrial look. Excellent restaurant (try the vegan foie gras). And superb, helpful , responsive, engaging staff.
It’s kind of isolated, but really a good location if you’re coming or going from the Channel crossing points.

great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and lovely breakfast
parking bit confusing to find, blanket was a bit thin and the separate toilet didn’t have a basin to wash hands.

The restaurant was a real bonus. Beautifully cooked, unfussy food and a nice atmosphere . We really enjoyed our evening.
For a 'transit' stay the final bill for accomodation and evening meal was quite high. But the evening in the restaurant was worth it.

The receptionist on our arrival was exceedingly helpful. Breakfast looked good but we only had the express one. The room was well decorated with a good shower room but exceedingly small, if you were staying more than one night I’d recommend an upgrade to a larger room.
The light pollution from LED lights in the bedroom didn’t aid a good nights sleep. We had reserved a table in the restaurant for two nights but cancelled the second evening as we didn’t enjoy our meal at all. Would have returned it had we had eaten during the day. The courgette tart tatin was presented with raw courgette, partially uncooked pastry, placed on the top, covered with pea shoots and was tasteless The vegetables on our main course were hard too. We did not order a dessert. More staff would have been beneficial too. Having eaten at one of the restaurants where the chef had worked, we expected better. However, we can thoroughly recommend Le Club restaurant up the road, excellent food and service.

Nicely decorated modern hotel. Louvre across the road.
We booked, arrived & seated in restaurant 7.30. Sat without being asked if we wanted a drink or order for over 30 minutes, without any member of staff speaking to us. Watched as other tables were presented with complimentary amuse bouche, water/drinks, and complimentary bread. the head waitress could see and did not offer any word to us on being ignored. My husband interrupted a waitress who was running past us to order wine. Wine was brought over, nothing else. The evening got worse with the service, and the food when we eventually got some ( constantly asking if we could be given bread, and then having to ask for our amuse bouche ) and the disappointing surprise when the pave main course turned out to be a vegetarian mush of lentils and not steak( my husband is Belgian French speaker so understood the menu ). Probably worst hotel restaurant experience ever. On checking out we were asked if everything was ok, my husband replied that the hotel/room was good but a terrible experience in restaurant, and nothing was asked in reply about why? The hotel was expensive for accommodation, and the restaurant bill was also expensive, so I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who like us wanted a good stopover hotel.
4.5
Hotel presentation was beautiful, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Our evening meal wasn’t great, the vegetarian dish (we assumed was steak due to the translation) has no seasoning and was dry and tasteless. Was a real shame as we had such a high expectation for this. Was really the only negative.
