Overall good experience

Clean and has option of pub with food and close to other restaurants.

Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful except 1 longer grey haired lady who commented on dirty clothes and looked down on us. Not a happy employee

A nice little oasis.

The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The pub was nice and the hotel manager/bartender was kind and knew how to mix a fine Caesar. There are also VLTs on site for those who like to drop a twenty. It was also just across the parking lot from the Boston Pizza so a change of scenery for beer and food was close by.

The hotel is off the beaten path from the downtown area (although the aforementioned BP is definitely a plus). I also understand that this is a new development and that other amenities will fill in over time.

Breakfast was a bagged breakfast, and it was awesome. It consisted of fruits, yogurt, granola bars and juice. It was nice, fast, and easy.

It was pretty much all that is needed between ski days.

The breakfast was adequate. It would have been nice to have a choice of drink. Grape juice isn’t really a drink for 50 year olds. Check in was smooth and the clerk was efficient at his job.

Side access from the parking lot did not work from the outside.

Very poor! Tim Hortons would have been a much better option, coupon maybe

I asked for a 2nd floor room at check-in the lady politely told me that everyone was booked on the 1st floor for convenience for housekeeping staff! I told her my concern about noise from above in previous hotels! She said no one would be on 2nd floor! Well only a few short hours after we checked in someone checked in to the room directly above us! Sounded like they moved all the furniture around as soon as they got there, then walked around in heavy boots till late at night and started again bright and early the next morning! Not a very relaxed stay!

Very friendly staff at check in and Check out. Outside access to room. Need decaf coffee and was made available

Not sure if the outside plug in was working, car was difficult to start in the morning Bathroom door sticking at the top. Difficult to close and more difficult to shut
