This spacious Mediterranean-style villa with a unique panoramic position in Cala Provencals offers breathtaking views of the port and the lighthouse of Cala Ratjada. The Villa Los Almendros is located about 100 meters from the Font de Sa Cala beach and is surrounded by a 1500 m2 garden plot that absolute peace and quiet between orange, lemon and almond trees guarantees. The villa has a spacious pool area and is surrounded on all sides by terraces (newly designed in early 2017), which give you a wonderful view to the neighboring island of Menorca. The furniture of the house is new, modern and high quality. The villa has 2 large double bedrooms and bathrooms en suite (with access to the outside area and large fitted wardrobes), a 2017 newly equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances and a large living / dining room with window fronts and direct sea views. In addition, the house has air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet via Wi-Fi and alarm system.

Everything about the home and our stay was perfect. Angela's home is beautifully decorated and comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation, including a fabulous pool and terraces with lovely views. The house is a 5 minute walk down to the beach, where it's easy to rent chairs for the day. The beach bar has a great selection and everyone is very friendly to tourists. Cala Rajada is a quick drive from the house, and is where we went out to dinner most nights - lots of cute bars and restaurants and a good place for teenagers to enjoy themselves as well. If this house is available again, I would love to go back!!

The villa is just beautiful, the location to the beach and small resort is ideal, everything you need is provided, a special thanks to angela for the note and welcome gifts when we arrived. She also provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations which we used and were fantastic. The new restaurant a short walk away was also beautiful. I cannot recommend this villa and its location highly enough!

Angela's villa is extremely well positioned in Font de Sa Cala and has beautiful views towards the sea. The property itself is very well laid out and has everything you should need. We also loved the pool area, there's a good mix of sun and shady spots to relax in. I would recommend to other travellers coming to this area

Excellent location
We had a wonderful week in this lovely house. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely large pool, and all the necessary accessories/kitchen equipment. Lovely large kitchen. Angela was a great communicator and answered my questions quickly. We would definitely return to this house and location.

Sehr persönliches Haus
Erster Urlaub nach Corona.
Highlights des Hauses waren:
• der sehr persönlicher Service mit detaillierten Beschreibungen.
Die Restaurantempfehlungen haben wir fleißig benutzt.
Die Eigentümerin hat sich sehr um uns bemüht.
• die moderne eingerichtete Küche,
Einen Induktionsherd hatten wir bisher noch nicht
• das Elternbad, modern eingerichtet
• der sehr persönliche/familiäre Stil der Inneneinrichtung und der Deko.
Bis auf einen Besen haben wir nichts vermisst.
Obwohl das Haus an 2 Seiten direkt an der Straße liegt, war es weitgehend ruhig. Wenig Verkehr, vor allem nachts. War also ok. Wir wussten, als wir gebucht haben, dass Los Almendros keine einsame Finca auf dem Land ist.
Leider hatten wir zweimal Stromausfall im Haus. Der erste gleich am Anreisetag, wahrscheinlich auf Grund des starken Regens.
Telefonisch und beim zweiten Mal mittels Elektriker wurde das Problem schnell gelöst.
Unterm Strich haben wir uns sehr wohl und Zuhause gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Außengelände. Die Poollandschaft mit Blick auf das Meer hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

Paradise in Mallorca
My wife, teenage daughter and myself spent 6 nights at this well maintained home in a an ideal location with a pool, beautiful gardens and great views. Ideal place to relax and explore Mallorca.. Host provided excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, a thoughtful bottle of wine and welcome note. Highly recommended!!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Villa Los Almendros verbracht.Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Es befindet sich im Haus alles was man braucht und es ist liebevoll dekoriert.Die Lage und der Meerblick hervorragend und kurze Entfernung zu verschiedenen SB Maerkten.Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat kommen wir im September wieder für 2 Wochen hierher.Absolut empfehlenswert!

Villa superb in every aspect.
Villa Los Almendros is a classically designed villa of quality the interior of which has been modernised to a very high standard, seemingly very recently. It is set amongst exotic trees in a generous plot. Although the villa is close to the small but busy beach resort of Font de San Cala it has an air of tranquility which is most relaxing. The pool is big enough to have a good swim and the various patio areas are comfortably furnished.
An excellent supermarket, Mercadona, which has a fantastic fish counter is just a short drive to the outskirts of the small port Cala Ratjada. The drive from Palma airport takes about an hour and is straightforward especially because of the detailed directions provided by the very helpful owner Angela Pollmann who answers e-mailed questions promptly.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit direktem Blick über die Bucht nach Menorca. Nur ca. 200 m zum Strand. Großer Pool ohne Chlor! Neue Küche mit guter Ausstattung. Alle Räume liebevoll dekoriert. Mehrere neue Terrassen - großzügig angelegt. Großer Garten mit altem Bewuchs. Alle Räume klimatisiert. Großer Gasgrill auf der Terrasse.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal hier, für 10 Tage, und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.
Bucht man ein Haus in dieser Preisklasse, stellt man auch Ansprüche, z.B. an Ausstattung, Zustand, Sauberkeit, Außenanlagen, etc., unsere wurden alle erfüllt.
Die Villa hat durch die neue Küche und Renovierung der Terrassen nochmal gewonnen. Die Küche beinhaltet alles, was man(n) zum Kochen benötigt und darüber hinaus (z.B. Smoothiemaker).
Ob Schatten oder Sonne gewünscht, die Terrassen um das Haus bieten die Wahl.
Die Abwicklung der Buchung, Infos und Fragen, alles wurde, durch die Besitzerin selber, wieder tadellos gehandhabt.
Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
Wenn dieser Standard gehalten wird, wovon wir ausgehen, können wir uns vorstellen, auch ein 3. Mal
hier Urlaub zu machen.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht und sind noch immer ganz begeistert.
Nicht nur das alles sehr sauber war, ist es auch sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert.
Es ist fast, als wäre man zu Hause.
Die vordere Terrasse mit Blick in Richtung Meer haben wir zum Frühstück und für die Abendstunden genutzt, den Poobereich täglich genossen.
Selbst bei "kleinen" Problemen war Frau Pollmann immer sehr zeitnah zu erreichen und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!!!
Wir kommen gerne wieder, versprochen 😄!!!

Stunning location and beautiful villa
Villa los almendros is a beautiful villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very comfortable beds, excellent quiet air conditioning, beautifully appointed living spaces inside and out and a great swimming pool.
We found Villa los almendros to be exactly as expected from the photos and descriptions. Very clean and well maintained.
The service from the owner was first class, helping to create a hassle free arrival, with thorough directions from the airport and all the information required for access to the villa.
It's a short stroll to the beach and a couple of very nice bars and restaurants. The views from the villa overlooking the sea are magnificent.
This is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The nearby towns of Capdepera, Arta and Cala Rajada are well worth a visit and here you'll find a greater choice of restaurants and bars.
Villa los almendros is also a great base if you want to play golf with several nearby golf courses for you to chose from such as Canyamel and Capdepera.
Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

Abwicklung perfekter als im Hotel
Wir haben im vergangenen Frühjahr die Villa Los Almendros bewohnt und haben bereits bei der Buchung festgestellt, dass die Abwicklung vom Moment der Reservierung bis zum Verlassen des Hauses unübertrefflich war. Ca. 3 Wochen vor unserer Anreise schickte uns die Vermieterin eine detaillierte Information zu dem Haus, der Schlüsselübergabe und allen notwendigen weiteren Details wie Kontakt zum deutschen Service-Team vor Ort. Außerdem erhielten wir eine perfekte Anfahrtsbeschreibung vom Flughafen bis zum Haus, Restaurant-, Einkaufs- und Ausflugsempfehlungen etc.
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Rotwein und einem persönlichen Willkommensgruß überrascht. Danke!
Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und von einem wunderschönen Garten mit mediteranen Pflanzen umgeben.
Von der Terrasse des Hauses hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick bis zum Leuchtturm von Cala Ratjada.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen und guten Wohngegend. Mit dem Auto fährt man ca. 5 Min. zu den großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe des Hauses.
Uns hat der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus super gut gefallen und wir kommen in diesem Jahr mit Sicherheit wieder!

wunderschönes Anwesen - sehr gepflegtes Haus
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Besitzer dieses wunderschönen Hauses. Die Abwicklung war vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment perfekt. Wir sind sogar mit einer guten Flasche Wein, einer persönlich geschriebenen Willkommenskarte und Betthupferl begrüßt worden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool und der Garten lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Das Haus ist von großzügigen Terrassen umgeben, die eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das türkisfarbene Meer bieten. Alles in allem werden wir den Aufenhtalt in der Villa Los Almendros nicht so leicht vergessen. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Villa
Wir fanden die Villa genau wie sie beschrieben wurde vor: sehr sauber, gepflegt, eine neuwertige Einrichtung und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigte. Der grosse Pool war für unsere Kinder das Highlight! Die Lage ist natürlich super, denn man ist mit einigen Schritten am Strand. Auch ist Cala Ratjada mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowie auch die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir haben uns dort sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder dort Urlaub machen. Alles in einem können wir diese tolle Villa jedem weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir dort Gast sein durften!

Perfekte Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Die Villa entspricht exakt der Beschreibung.
Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Überall findet
man liebevoll kleine Details.
Es war perfekt sauber (was für mich immer sehr wichtig ist).
Das Meer und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In Cala Rajada (ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto) kann man abends wunderbar bummeln und essen gehen.
Alles in Allem haben wir uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und hervorragend erholt.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, problemlos und schnell.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Pool ist wirklich traumhaft.

Traumhaft ist fast unterieben....
Wir können nur bestätigen, was hier schon ausgeführt wurde: man findet vor,
was die Vermieter beschrieben haben und die Bilder zeigen. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen an einem herrlichen Fleckchen Erde!
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.
Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse, das Glas Wein am Abend auf der Poolseite.
Die vielen nützlichen Tipps haben uns an Orte geführt, die wir bis dato auch noch
nicht kannten. Das Pasta Pasta Cala Ratjada wurde auch unser Lieblingsrestaurant.
Empfehlenswert dort: Sonntagsbrunch! Unbedingt vorher reservieren!!!
Fazit: wir werden auch 2014 wieder Gäste in der der Villa Los Almendros sein!!

Spektakulärer Urlaub
Wir haben im April 10 Tage Urlaub in der Villa Almendros verbracht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit liebevollen Kleinigkeiten versehen. Am Abend vor dem Kamin hat uns die 4 Tage "Unwetter" vergessen lassen. Ab dann bei strahlendem Sonnenschein die Terasen genossen - teilweise mit tollem Blick aufs Meer-! Der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum lustwandeln ein, die Kamera im "Anschlag" Der Pool sehr einladend, aber leider wegen des Wetters zu kalt.
Wir sind Mallocca-Fans und ab jetzt auch Almendros-Fans.

Rundum toller Urlaub
Villa Los Almendros ist ein sehr schönes, absolut sauberes und gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick. In 200 Metern Entfernung befindet sich ein schöner Sandstrand, der v.a. fuer Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet ist. Es hat einige kleinere Supermärkte in Laufnaehe, in denen es auch sehr gutes frisches Brot und Brötchen gibt.
Der Pool am Haus ist toll und laedt zum Schwimmen, Herumtollen und Entspannen ein.
Fuer den Aktivurlauber gibt es tolle Strecken zum Joggen, Fahrradfahren und auch fuer Tennisbegeisterte gibt es mehrere sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlagen in Laufnaehe.
Die Betreuung (per email) durch die Besitzerin im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes war absolut hervorragend, z.B. Tips bezüglich Lektüre ueber Mallorca, lokale Restaurants jenseits der Touristenmeilen, guten lokale Gerichte und Weine, und eine perfekte Anfahrtsbescheibung, die uns schon die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Haus hat entspannt geniessen lassen.
In den 10 Tagen, die wir in 'Los Almendros' verbrachten, haben wir uns alle total gut erholt, und wir fanden auch die unmittelbare Umgebung (Cala Ratjada, Arta, Capdepera ) sehr ansprechend.
Ein rundum toller Urlaub, fuer den wir uns bei der netten Besitzerin nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken wollen.
