Welcome to Brisa do Mar, a deluxe 3 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a heated pool.
The villa is situated in the popular area of Porto de Mós. The beautiful golden sandy beach of Porto de Mós is about a 5 minute walk away with a couple of really good restaurants. A few minutes by car and you are in the center of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colorful market square, offering a greater variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping and markets.
Brisa do Mar is 210 sqm, has sea views and three bedrooms for 6 (7) persons and is tastefully furnished with every comfort to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. From the living room and dining area you reach the illuminated swimming pool (9x6 meters) with terrace and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. Looking for a shadow there is a comfortable lounge with seating and a lovely dining area with barbecue and an outdoor kitchen.
The villa has a modern security system and plenty of space for parking inside automatic gates. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and automatic shutters for windows and patio doors.

65 ”Smart TV with satellite channels and Apple TV 4k is in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have Smart TV (55 ”and 40”).
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen equipped with all amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso and Moccamaster coffeemaker) and dishwasher as well as a welcoming living room, dining room with seating for eight people and a tiled bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the upper floor there are three generous bedrooms with King size beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, own furnished balcony, private tiled bathrooms with shower, bathtub and bidet.
The beach of Porto de Mós is beautiful and dramatic and one of many amazing beaches in the region such as the beach Meia Praia, a 10 minute drive. In the marina you can rent a boat for a trip around the beautiful coastline. There are many opportunities for golf. Boavista Golf & Spa Resort is located two kilometers from the villa and another five golf courses, such as Onyria Palmares, are within 30 minutes drive. There is also a wide variety of other activities such as tennis, hiking, kite surfing, wakeboarding, kayaking and surfing to name but a few.

There is a path all the way down to the beachfront (follow the road down) and Antonio’s is open late for food. Lagos is also only a 5 minute drive away. The location is ideal.

From the time of booking until we returned from our holiday Catarina and Henrik could not have been more approachable and helpful.
Villa Brisa do Mar is a stunning property with all mod cons. It is tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and really is a home from home. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.
We would recommend a hire car for exploring the area and for shopping although for evenings out to Lagos local taxis and Uber are a quick and cheap way to travel.

The villa, location and owner contact was truly outstanding. A perfect luxurious holiday villa for 3 adult couples as well as a large family. All of the facilities were of a very high standard, excellently planned and well maintained.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful well-appointed villa. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make delicious meals which we enjoyed on the outdoor patio. We requested the pool to be heated and we all enjoyed a relaxing swim every day. Easy walk to a lovely ocean beach and a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable. Lots of high-tech conveniences.

Had an AMAZING stay! Hosts were outstanding in regards to communication and went out of their way to help us check in early as our flight was arriving several hours before check in. They even gave us personal input in regards to planning our trip to the region when we were considering multiple airports, car rentals and trains.
The villa could not have been better. Superb and high quality accommodations and property. Perfect location within walking distance of the beach and so close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and Lagos. Welcome basket was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated!
Rented a car and drove to several other areas of the Algarve. The villa was a fantastic base and wonderful to come back to at the end of the day.
As recommended by the hosts, definitely book restaurant reservations a few days in advance if possible. Especially for beachfront dining or dining in busy tourist area of Lagos.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this beautifully decorated villa as did our entire family! The lovely bedrooms are all ensuites with balconies and the beds are very comfortable. The outdoor space is outstanding with a great heated pool which we could not wait to relax by with a glass of wine at the end of the day with comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade. Beautiful outdoor dining table as well as a large indoor dining table. The Location is fantastic, situated above the stunning Porto de Mos beach and just a 4 euro Uber ride to the town of Lagos.
Henrik and Catarina are wonderful hosts, they made great and detailed dinner recommendations along with wonderful suggestions for day trips to explore the Algarve area. They are quick to get back to you with any questions or inquiries. We highly recommend this very special villa, we want to go back to paradise already!!!

We really enjoyed this holiday home, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. We used the pool and outdoor kitchen with large BBQ a lot. What is also very nice is that all rooms have their own air conditioners. Also, all bedrooms have shutters making the rooms cool and dark. Combined with several rounds of golf and intensive kitesurfing in the lagoon 20 minutes away, our holiday in this house suited us very well and we would love to come back again.

The house is great. Super clean, well equipped great rooms and lovely pool. Porto de mos has a nice beach about ten minutes walk away down a very steep hill with two beach restaurants / bars. There didn’t appear much else in the immediate vicinity in Porto de mos so would suggest a car to be able to drive to Lagos and surrounding areas. Suspect you can walk but we didn’t with young children. Hosts were very responsive.

We thought that Catarina and Henrik's villa looked amazing from the photographs, but in real life it exceeded every expectation. The location was perfect, the pool was lovely and there were so many different outdoor spaces (both on the ground floor and the balconies) that we hadn't appreciated from the listing. They have obviously put so much thought into ensuring that their guests have absolutely everything catered for (even Apple TV and built-in 'Hello Google' surround sound!) but for us the biggest plus was how beautifully and tastefully the villa was furnished. Essentially, if you want to stay in a villa, but also enjoy the luxury, comfort and design aesthetic of a boutique 5 star hotel, then this is the villa for you. It most definitely was for us :)

A fabulous week
The attention to detail, information provided by the owners and overall facilities at the villa were perfect. Our teenage sons said it was the best villa we’ve ever rented on The Algarve. A five minute walk to a beautiful beach with fabulous restaurants and a short drive into the centre of Lagos. We hired a car but you wouldn’t have to. The only downside is that the villa is quite overlooked - our neighbours didn’t draw their curtains and I could see them in bed from our balcony! Other than that - perfect! Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

The most AMAZING Villa!!!
If you are planning a vacation to the Lagos area look no further! This villa has it all! I wanted to make sure we were right near the famous beaches with the arches and family friendly! We were minutes away and it was a hit with the entire family. This Villa was exactly as described….clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated and the hosts are amazing and the communication was clear. It was so nice to have the pool heated as when we came back from the beach everybody loved some downtime sitting around the pool and having cocktails! Restaurants are amazing and all very close. We rented a car so we were able to drive around and that worked out very well. There are so many fun things to do and very close by. We would definitely come again and stay at this villa. Thank you so much to our amazing hosts, this was a vacation we will never forget!

This one is a WOW!
From the moment we walked in we were impressed. What's not to like?! Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown and other attractions. This home has EVERYTHING and you can tell the owners know what they are doing and care about you enjoying their home. Beautiful finishes in the home and pool area, equipped with everything you need. One beautiful surprise we didn't expect was that it's right next to a beautiful trail system along the water and cliffs. Very secure and also has privacy for being within a subdivision like this. Owners and management company were super accessible and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better home for our vacation!

This villa is absolutely amazing right down to the minor details!
I cannot fault this place in anyway possible.
As soon as we arrived the children were amazed at the villa and especially the superb heated pool! The owners have recently renovated this area and it’s been done to the highest standard.
Inside. Everything you could want or need was available. Whether it be the smart tv so we could watch Netflix, down to having an ice cube maker inside the fridge, and also tiny things like having tooth pics and matches inside the kitchen drawer.
Henrik and Catarina have been so amazing with information when I asked for it. They provided a list of good local restaurants and supermarkets. They were also kind enough to research where we could get our covid test before travelling home.
Their style and the way they have decorated the villa is amazing and they really made us feel at home and welcome.
We will love to come back.

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful time at this villa. It was clean, with comfortable beds and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were surprised by the supplies in the fridge and cupboards, it made us feel very welcome. I had spoken to Henrik and Catrina before our stay and said we would like to use the bbq and oven and they ordered wood especially! We hired surf boards from Lagos and it was an ideal location to explore the SW Portugal coast and beaches. most afternoons we made the most of the sunshine, pool and peace. Not only is it a short walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to Lagos but at the back of the villa is a beautiful wild natural area. It’s a great place to stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

We've stayed at many villas over the years whether it be in Portugal, Spain, Florida etc and this villa tops them all. From the super well equipped kitchen to all the technology that you'd expect at home it really has it all. The communication with the owners was superb and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be trying to book another stay when our calendar allows and would recommend the villa to all.
