Luxury townhouse ideal for a romantic get-a-way or a family treat. Just 200m from Inverloch's popular inlet beach and an easy 10 minute flat stroll to main town cafes, restaurants and shops.

Key-less access so you don't need to worry about picking up & dropping off keys! Air conditioning to all rooms and WiFi.

About Shaylee Retreat

Lower floor - Spacious open plan living area comprising of a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and spacious lounge opening out to a private garden courtyard.

Upstairs - Master bedroom (1 x king bed, 1 x double pull out sofa bed, full en-suite and TV), guest room (1 x queen bed), open sitting area with double pullout sofa bed and common bathroom. Maximum of 4 adults per stay.

Roof - Synthetic grass deck with 2 x deck lounges.

All bedding, linen and pillows are provided. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. All you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels, bucket and spade!

Booking Conditions

Check in time: 3PM, Check out: 11AM. No additional cost for early-late times subject to availability.

SORRY NO SCHOOLIES, PARTY GROUPS, WATER BALLOONS, NO SMOKING INSIDE and DEFINITELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Guests MUST make every effort leave property CLEAN and TIDY before checking out.

Payment Method - Credit card or EFT Direct Deposit

10% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 14 days including $250 bond prior to booking date. Bond refunded upon inspection of the property following the booked dates and return of the keys.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
-ANY cancellation will incur a $50 inconvenience fee.
-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to booked start start date will be given full refund (less $50 fee).
-Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the booked start date the deposit will be retained unless the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
-No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.

Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.

my wife and I are,aged in our 80's. we had no prior idea of what to expect, flat was architecturally modern, pleasant and clean. BUT all bedrooms were upstairs reached only by a steep staircase which was BLOODY dangerous, so that our movement within the space as minimised. I would only advise visits by public safety authorities. Please modify before someone is seriously hurt, and /or give better pre-information.

Very spacious and clean townhouse. Great location with a short 2 min walk to the inlet beach and a nice walk to the main shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a very lovely stay in this comfortable home. This house was spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids, clean and cozy. Short stroll to the beach and corner coffee shop. Easy check in process and communication with the owners. Thank you!!

My family and I loved the fabulous house and location, only five minutes walk from the beach. Very easy check in, great communication with the owner, nice big roomy town house and loved all the modern features. If we're back in the area, would love to stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable accommodation which is well presented and obviously well maintained. The stairs to the bedrooms are rather steep and narrow so may not be suitable for folk with walking issues.

Absolutely loved this house. The only downside was the 3pm check in and 11am check out makes it a very short stay. If it was less expensive for 2 nights would be better- very pricey for one night for a couple. Beautiful though and would love to come back again.

The house is interesting with 3 levels and contemporary lines and furnishings. We enjoyed the roof deck for sunbathing and star/moon gazing and it was nice to have a garage. The back porch is small and a bit unkept with no BBQ. We had issues with the refrigerator not keeping things cold and while the host was disappointingly not able to help us with it or give us a discount, it did sound like he was planning to have it replaced. He did offer to cancel our booking at no charge, but we liked the place well enough to stay. Except for that, we thought the price was fair even though the booking price was higher than the listing price.

The property was amazing! A perfect place to relax. All facilities were modern, clean and working. We were is a quiet street with the sea just a hop skip and jump from the seaside. The large spacious garage was secure and close to the property. I would highly recommend Shaylee Retreat, we will be back. Our host was prompt in returning emails and provided us with lots of extra information about the local region to enrich our stay.

Stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay for a lot longer. Excellent facilities and plenty of room to spread out. Really cool rooftop area to sit and look out over the bay sipping a red!

Modern, Spacious, Clean comfortable beds, bathrooms and laundry, quiet. Had some issues ongoing with stayz app. That has nothing todo with the helpfulness of Property Mnger and the property. Next time in Inverloch will book here again and hopefully for longer.
