Completely new, separate guest apartment (approx. 45 m²) in the basement of the old Wilhelminian style villa from 1872 in the historic district of Giebichenstein (north. Downtown) in a very, very quiet location. The bright apartment with underfloor heating itself has a bedroom with a double bed and desk (WLAN, LAN, telephone) and a living room with a sofa bed for another 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need for a short vacation (stove, extractor hood, microwave with hot air, toaster, kettle, coffee machine .... The modern bathroom with rain shower is equipped with a sauna. Guests have access to the garden. However, we ask for your understanding that we only make the apartment available to private guests. A (commercial) sublease for third parties is not possible.
