Jones's Beach house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living areas and an outdoor spa on the terrace.
This property has Jones Beach at its doorstep. This getaway property has a myriad of other outdoor sports just minutes away.
The lounge, dining and open plan kitchen has prize position surrounded by glass opening onto your entertaining area where you have unobstructed views of Jones Beach and expansive ocean views.
A second living area with courtyard outside is the perfect spot to relax with a magazine, while you wait for your beach towels to dry.
Parents take centre stage in the main living area to sit back and enjoy a cold beer or red wine while being mesmerised by the ever-changing amazing views.
For the lucky ones during winter you have centre stage for Whale watching or those summer balmy evenings just taking in the surround of nature with sea breezes and fully moons and sunrises.
Just a few minutes walk around the north coastal walkway leads to the Minnamurra River where you’ll find Mystic Beach, another beach popular to surfers.

Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

Can we move in?
Waking up to that view every day was amazing. We all loved the house and location. Our 2 teenagers stole upstairs, but we loved being downstairs anyway. We have all agreed we’ll be back!

Perfect place to unwind
An absolute blissful way to spend quality time with close friends, away from our hectic schedules. Wonderful beach location, great house for entertaining, lovely spa with excellent views. Shame there was minimal shade in the garden area. House was well equipped. Would definitely consider staying at Jones Beach House again :-) thank you.

Australia Day weekend
Property was very clean and well looked after, our only complaint was that we booked this as a 4 bedroom house for 4 couples as per the listing, however this is definitely only a 3 bedroom house. The “4th bedroom” is a study that has bifold open doors directly onto the kitchen/living room offering very little privacy.
Other than that would recommend this as a place to stay for 3 couples, great location with awesome views!

This property was perfect for our needs. Three couples and a couple of kids, we had plenty of space to do our own thing or come together. The views are magnificent, facilities perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Unbelievable location
We stayed for the Easter break with our adult children and their partners, six of us in total. We had planned lots of sightseeing and other activities but found Jones's Beach House so comfortable and relaxing, with a fabulous outlook, that we only ventured out to go on a couple of very picturesque walks. The views, location and comforts of the property far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to another holiday there.

WOW... what an amazing property.. we saw dolphins, wales, wild weather, full moon, rainbows, and had many walks to the beach.. it was truely amazing... would definately recommend this property. We had two adults and two children (8 and 5 yrs) and were very comfortable. Property amenities were great, good functional kitchen and lovely upstairs bathroom and outdoor spa!! what more can we say!!
