This is a nice little place. It’s a duplex situation. That didn’t really make a difference to us. There should be explicit directions, though. Using a map app put us in the right area, but it is difficult to locate. Maybe a great big sign would help.

The property is clean, quiet, conveniently located for us. We used the bicycles to get around as we visited relatives in town.

This is a great property for a stay near the hub of downtown Walla Walla. Property was clean and laid out well. Nice outdoor area to enjoy when weather is good. Only two small issues - we could not get TV to work (printed instructions may just need a bit of updating?) but it wasn't a problem for us so we didn't call for help during our short stay. Noise carried through a lot from adjoining rental unit. Sounded like they had visitors and it was quite loud but they graciously quieted down by 9 pm however we did hear their midnight shower one of the two nights. Just something to keep in mind if a renter is looking for a very quiet unit, this might not be a perfect fit depending on who is your neighbor during your stay. Overall, really nice experience and I would consider renting again on a return trip.

A perfect spot. Small quarters, but nice space for two. Has everything you need. We cooked dinner there the first night. Close proximity to our relatives. Enjoyed a birthday party for our favorite 3yr old while in Walla Walla. Rental is close to shops, downtown eateries, parks, college, and wineries.

Good location.
It is a duplex but minimal noise noted from neighbors.
We did not cook at all but seemed to have plenty of kitchen supplies. I started the dishwasher right before check out (used a few plates and forks) and water was noted on kitchen floor a few minutes later. Figured this was not new since there was a bucket labelled with towels for dishwasher leak.
Fulfilled our needs.

Great little condo with a great backyard! The backyard is shared with the other side of condo, so you may have company, but it is somewhat divided and has bbq facilities and fire pits and outdoor furniture on both sides. Stayed here with my wife and my son. Was a bit tight for that but not bad. This place would be ideal for two. Had an issue with the dryer not working that never got resolved but That wasn’t a huge issue, but inconvenient as we had to go to a laundromat. Overall I recommend this for 2 people but no more than 3.

Perfect for a little getaway. My mom and I spent a couple of nights in Walla Walla. It was a chance to see family we haven't seen much. We had everything we needed in this rental. The A/C worked perfectly! It was Walla Walla HOT (for us at least). The location is close to a park and many restaurants & shopping. There was an issue with the dryer. The owner was there immediately and very pleasant to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Minute Place was great. It was just as advertised- clean, comfortable and convenient to everything that we wanted to do.

This was the perfect property for my husband and I to stay during our anniversary trip to Walla Walla. The house was the perfect size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is very nice - we could see lots of stars at night. We always drove to downtown but the distance seemed easily bikeable and a manageable (~30 min) walk. While you’re in town, would recommend Passatempo for dinner and Kickstand Bike Tours for a fun electric bike tour of the airport district wineries, including the incubator wineries!

Great little spot to stay. Is close to my family so we could just walk there. Close to downtown. Any long visit we will check this location first.
Very very clean property!
Only downside was the damage insurance required. But can understand not everyone is respectful.

Great property, easy check in. Had small issue with the cable TV; quick phone call and someone was there to fix it. Would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed here several times now and location is perfect for a stroll up to Main St. Also love the bikes available to use during a visit.

The fenced in back yard with locking gate sets this property apart from others. Quiet neighborhood with park across the street. Nice walk to downtown. Very clean and well-stocked.

Place was cute. A little bit more could have been done with the space. Sleeps 4 but not enough seating for 4. Grill was broken and bike had a flat tire. Advertises great outdoor space but no outdoor lighting so can’t really hang out outside and not enough space to hang inside. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for the money. Location was great though!!

Everything was really nice. Great size for 2 adults. Only downside was the futon couch was uncomfortable to sit on

Perfect space for two. Well equipped including an extra little room cooling machine since temps were well over 100° all weekend, but the AC alone worked great. Very clean and cozy.

Lovely
We had quite a nice time. Came from the wet side of Washington to visit my dad. It was nice to have a cozy home away from home. I like being able to cook my own meals. The owner even brought over a new coffee pot shortly after our arrival. I truly appreciated being able to make my own coffee for breakfast. The outdoor patio is set up nicely & the cushions are comfy. A/C worked well. Overall, this was really great. Good job Mr. Owner. 😊

Cute but very small
Good location, clean duplex. VRBO provided WI-FI network was incorrect so a Long delay getting internet until we discovered the proper network listed on one of the devices. Very small bedroom. Think the owner could “splurge” to buy a 10 cup coffee maker and get some new sheets for the bed; the ones on the bed must have been used for 5 years. Nice location close to a beautiful park providing a nice walk each morning.

Great Little Spot
This was a great spot, driving distance to the heart of downtown. We didn’t spend a ton of time in our rental but greatly enjoyed the time we did spend there. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. We enjoyed the little space outside…except we did find black widows in the fire pit so we opted not to use it. But it was so hot you didn’t need it.
My only “complaint” was that we could not get the internet to work. We entered the password based on the instructions on the app, then there were written instructions inside the rental and neither worked. We did call the property management company and they never answered. But again, we didn’t go to Walla Walla to sit on the internet, it just would have been nice to be able to connect to it.
Overall a great spot for our little getaway and hopefully we can stay again one day.

Wine Country Getaway
My wife and I had a nice stay at the Minute Place in beautiful Walla Walla. We had arrived and put our stuff away in the unit and went out for a quick bite to eat. When we returned we had a little confusion with the key code door lock and within just a few minutes someone was there and let us in. This was much appreciated as it was pouring rain outside. Perfect location for walking into town!

Late June Stay
Great location and very clean and inviting. Just be sure to compare info regarding access code in the email details sent prior to arrival to the location info listed on VRBO. They were different.
Same with wifi info - differs between email sent and info listed in the QR code.

My Review
Great little place, Kitchen had everything you needed including coffee which surprisingly is not always there. Great yard area though the schedule and rain did not give us a chance to check it out.

Perfect for Whitman parents
Perfect spot to stay if you have a Whitman student. Close to campus and very nice. We were in town for graduation. I only wish I had discovered it sooner! I was not expecting a shared backyard with the twin unit. - each with own separate fire areas . It was not a privacy issue at all as each unit also had a separate outdoor front yard seating area. The bikes were an added bonus. Great space- thank you.

Great Location
We were in town for Spring Release, this place was perfect for our needs. Close to dtown, clean, and in a good neighborhood. We didnt utilize the grill or firepit, due to the weather, but nice backyard area. Our friends rented the other half of the duplex so great spot for two couples/friends.

Convenient Location to Downtown
I stayed at this property for a month while visiting family. The unit had everything I needed to be comfortable during my extended stay. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Walla Walla.

Great place and nice yard for people who like to gather outside and grill or just read
Overall nice little place but bed was way to soft for my liking so I left a day early. Soft bed lovers and/or less picky will love it though.

Perfect both Inside and Out
Adorable 1 BR cottage with many amenities. Great towels, bedding, well-stocked kitchen, coffee beans, etc. The real bonus was the small but charming outdoor area... great firepit, clean outdoor furniture, decent grill, lovely umbrella. The management and owner was very responsive to a small issue and immediately addressed it. We will be back!

Comfortable stay
The spot was small. Not a lot of living space if you want to spend time indoors for a long period of time. But it’s a perfect spot for a couple wanting to spend all day wine tasting and needs a comfortable spot to sleep.
