We had the most amazing stay at this VRBO!! The view from the balcony was better than any restaurant we ate at in Positano! We ended each evening sipping wine and admiring the coast. As an added bonus, our host was one of the nicest people we have ever met!! He was more than happy to help us with anything we needed, even arranged us a cab ride to the airport on our last day so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We will 100% be staying here again if we visit in the future!!

The apartment is very nice and in the middle of town and the view is beautiful. The owner is a great guy and very very helpful. He helped us get a private boat and whatever we ask for he is willing to help. Another bonus we found out when we got there is the owner also has the best rated restaurant in town. The restaurant is booked a month before but as his guests he got us in.

Our stay was amazing. The property was in the perfect location. Our host was beyond accommodating helping us organize airport shuttles and dinner reservation, this was a 12/10. Rafael was the greatest host. Highly recommend to anyone who is staying in Postitano.

If you have to stay in Positano, this is the place. Beautiful apartment situated on the main road in Positano not too far away from the main area, but far enough from the chaos. Located on a street with great restos, including the host’s own amazing Da Vincenzo restaurant, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean and town. Unit had everything we needed and good space for us 4. The host Raffaele was the best, great communication and helped with transportation to and from Positano. I would only stay here anytime I come to Positano. 5 stars all the way. Grazie Raffaele.

The apartment had amazing views and was in a central location, but Raffaele's hospitality and accommodating nature really put it over the top. He was so welcoming and gave great advice. Would visit and stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The vacation rental is clean and well stocked, and the location is perfect. You absolutely can't beat the view from the balcony. Raffaele was extremely responsive and ensured our every need was met. A five star stay for sure. And definitely enjoy dinner at the restaurant downstairs (Da Vincenzo) Best restaurant in Positano! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting this wonderful place.

Great location in Positano, Rafa was an excellent host and made sure that we had everything that we needed and got us a reservation at his restaurant which was great. If you are taking the Ferry definitely take Rafa's advice and hire the porters for your luggage, your legs will thank you.

Raffaele is an amazing host. Check-in was flawless and he showed us around the place making sure to answer all our questions. During our stay, anytime I had a question and texted him he always responded very quickly.
In terms of the location of the VRBO, it’s exceptional. It’s located on main drag just seconds from all the amazing food and shops.
We will definitely stay here again for our future travels!

Raffaele could not be nicer! He was extremely easy to communicate with, was always quick to respond, and gave us excellent recommendations. Good location and the view from the terrace is exquisite. Truly! Very comfortable bed and the sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable if you're traveling with a friend or child. We didn't use the kitchen but it has everything you need if you want to cook. You can walk to the beach via stairs right across the street, and shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again!

This property is great! Location is excellent and amenities are very good. Host met us and showed us everything. The terrace was exceptional, with great views.

The property was accurate as described. The host was great. He took care of everything we needed. We were there off season so not everything was open. So he helped us know where to go and what services were available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Raf’s place! It was a great spot to explore Positano and the Amalfi coast. Raf made us feel like family and we really enjoyed the family restaurant (twice!).
5.0
The apartment is in a great location, above the family's excellent, Michelin starred restaurant (a must do, btw). We spent hours on the balcony people watching and enjoying the fabulous view of the Bay of Naples, with all its boat traffic. We simply loved our stay there and Rafaelle and his family made us feel so welcome. They treated us like family and were unfailingly kind. The apartment is charming and the bed was very comfortable and king sized. Don't hesitate to rent this property...it's a winner in every way!

We took the ferry over from Amalfi and hired blue luggage service ahead of time located right at ferry dock to take our large suitcases up to the
Da Vincenzo Positano 1958 Restaurant where host Raffaele greeted blue luggage who brought luggage up steps to room.
We had our carry on bags with us down at the port, grabbed lunch and set out for the 400 or so steps up to our room. It was tough, but we did it. That was the only time we were down at the port. After that we stayed around where our room was, which had a couple of different village areas to explore. We utilized the washing machine in the room and hung clothes on provided racks to dry. We ate our first night at Da Vincenzo restaurant which was fabulous! The next day took a cooking class at Latteria, a 5 minute walk from our room. It was recommended by Raffaele. It was amazing and highly recommended.
We’re so glad to have experience Positano for 2 nights. If you are arriving by ferry, be prepared for walking almost 1 hour up steps to get to the room. Raffaele recommended hiring a car to get us from the room to our next stop in Sorrento, which we agreed and he arranged for us for 60€. It was well worth it.
I can’t say how amazed we were with the views of Positano from our rooms front balcony. Raffaele was a #1 host and very helpful.

Our stay in Positano was amazing! This was largely because the host of this property was just wonderful. His communication before and during our stay was truly outstanding and he went above and beyond to set up restaurant reservations, tours and car services for us.
We honestly can't say enough about the hospitality that Raphael offered us! Thank you!
Mike

A fantastic apartment with the best views and location. In the heart of Positano within walking distance to restaurants, port etc.

Great time and great host! Rafaelle helped us with everything even when we walked to the wrong spot, he called and made sure the driver collected us. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and one of the best restaurants in Positano right down stairs. Loved it!
5.0
This charming one bedroom apartment was perfect for our Positano vacation. It was easy to walk to town, and only one flight of stairs up from the road. Trust me, in Positano, that is a perk! Raffaele was very accommodating and responded to all of our requests promptly. He also helped with recommendations for restaurants, beaches and transportation. The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing. It is also a great place to sit and watch the Positano activity. We ate in the family restaurant, which is under the apartment, twice! That was also a huge perk! I would definitely return here and recommend it to my friends.

The owner was Amazing as well and so very helpful.

Our stay here was one of our favorites during our 2 week visit to the Amalfi coast. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from our balcony were stunning. We loved the quaintness of the place. You are walking distance to most establishments. We were a bit concerned about potential staying above a restaurant, but that was never a problem. Our host was always available and was excellent at anticipating our needs. We were scheduled to take a ferry on our transfer to Amalfi when we had a storm roll through which ultimately cancelled our ferry the next day. Our host alerted us to the situation yhe night before and offered to make arrangements for other travel. All was handled very professionally and our travel continued uninterrupted. We also booked reservations for dinner at the owners restaurant and was not disappointed. Our meal was fantastic.
Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay was amazing! The location is ideal with a beautiful patio to have our coffee and breakfast every morning, then people watch in the evening. Raffaele is an amazing host! He arranged for his driver to pick us up from the Naples train station and bring us to the apartment. He also arranged dinner for us in his amazing restaurant Da Vincenzo, which is located below the apartment. Definitely don't miss out on that!

I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay in Postiano in Rafaele’s apartment. It is in the perfect location, easy to get to the beach, many amazing restraints (including DaVincenzo just below) and shopping. The view off the patio is spectacular and we enjoyed a few nights sitting out there watching the hustle of the people and restaurants and taking in breathtaking Positano. Raf was very easy to work with. He provided amazing suggestions for places to go and offered assistance with finding transportation. We would absolutely stay there again.

With breathtaking vuews the apartment was well situated and well equipped. The host Raffaele was amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Raphael was a very accomodating host. He got as a reservation at his popular family restaurant downstairs which was Devine and he made us feel like home. The view is unreal! Kitchen facilities so you can eat in and enjoy the view. Great location about half way between the beach and the top of Positano!

Wonderful host with a lovely perfectly located unit. Has a beautiful terrace with amazing views perfect for an afternoon drink. Raphael could not be more helpful or accommodating and has a beautiful family run restaurant downstairs with amazing food. Perfect in every way and can highly recommend!!

Our stay at Raffaele’s place was great. The location was exactly as described. The apartment is on the very busy yet convenient Via Pasitea, however it was quiet when it came to evening hours, so you could get quality sleep. I would recommend this apartment to small families, solo travelers, couples, and small friend groups because of the great location and proximity to the Spiaggia Grande.
The bedroom is one the smaller side but it was no problem for us. There is only one bathroom and it is small but functional. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and is good for making meals. There is a washer which was a huge plus for me!
The apartment was clean, and the space was well utilized, with it not feeling cluttered. The definite highlight of the apartment is the balcony where you can see the beach and ocean and have a nice espresso in the morning or a cocktail at night. We also enjoyed Da Vincenzo restaurant as it was right next to the apartment.
Raffaele was very responsive and super helpful, which made us feel very happy to have stayed there. If ever you need anything, a transfer to and from his place or a dinner reservation, Raffaele is your guy! We had an amazing stay and I highly recommend his Vrbo if you’re looking for a great location in Positano.

Great little flat with gorgeous views and Raffaele was the best host!
5.0
My family and I can’t say enough about our stay. Raffaele was a wonderfully attentive host. He is willing to help with anything you need during your stay including transportation. The apartment has just enough of everything you need in the perfect location. He has a well put together book with tons of info about the area and things to do. Close to the beach especially if you take the road down, not nearly as many stairs. The balcony and bedroom have breathtaking views. Raffaele’s Michelin Star awarded family restaurant Da Vincenzo has amazing food and atmosphere. Make a reservation with Raffaele ahead of time it’s very popular. Book it you won’t be disappointed!
5.0
We stayed at Raffaele’s apartment last summer and loved it so much we booked it again for our summer vacation in 2023. It is well-located with a beautiful view, neat, tidy, comfortable, and all you could hope for in a vacation stay. Raffaele is the most kind, communicative, and funny host. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home like you are with family. We hope to see him (and the apartment) the next time we can make it to Positano.

Raffaele was a brilliant host and really went above and beyond to look after us! The apartment was lovely and perfect for our stay, with the most gorgeous view from the balcony. Great location too

Loved the location and especially the balcony. Rachael was so helpful and welcoming.

Well located apartment towards the top of town, about a 10min walk with reasonable grade &/or steps, but with great views across the town & sea. Raphael the host was very friendly and helpful.
5.0
Great view from the second floor balcony. Excellent location for dining, shops and tours. Furniture could use some updating, but by no means a deal breaker. Raffaele is the key. By far the most excellent host I’ve ever encountered. He arranged for transportation, made room in their restaurant for dinner, called acquaintances to try to arrange last minute cooking classes as weather cancelled our tours. Very attentive. You will not be disappointed.

This property is perfect for a long weekend in Positano. My husband and I visited for my 30th birthday and had the most amazing time. The host Raffaele was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. He arranged cars to and from Naples for us, and offered to arrange day trips to other areas on the Amalfi Coast. His family’s restaurant (Da Vincenzo) has incredible food and is right below the apartment. Dinner there is a must during your stay! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and hope to return again in the future.

This property is lovely. It has a small (but well equipped) kitchen, living room w/TV and fireplace, nice bathroom facilities and the view is just spectacular. The living room has a very nice-sized terrace overlooking the beach, boats and ocean views as well as the street scene below. With the doors shut, there really wasn't any noise. The very best part of this rental is its owner/Host Raffaele, who was gracious and helpful from the day we booked our stay through the day we left. When our airline mishandled our luggage, I informed Raffaele that the airport might contact him about delivery. By the time we checked in, Raffaele had already placed calls for us and our luggage arrived that very night! We asked him for a driver to take us to Naples upon check-out, the Giro d'Italia was due in Positano that very day, there were no taxis to be had, so Raffaele called a friend to be at our door at the appointed hour and drove us (via localized knowledge of alternate routes) to Naples, well on time for our departure. This rental property is fantastic and has everything you need with a killer view, but the Host makes it a perfect, pleasurable stay. I give it/Raffaele a 5-star review only because I could not give him 10 stars. Highly recommended, A+++++++ Host!!
