This surprisingly spacious beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 12 - 14 comfortably, this house was recently renovated converting the garage into a great spot for the children to relax, sleep and play.
Fully equipped property with open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filtered water, 5 reverse cycle air conditioner units, 3 large flat-screen TVs, and the list goes on.
Relax and enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay, enjoy a family bbq and get away from all the hustle and bustle of city living. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on!

Main house - 1 queen bed ensuite with a bathtub and 2 bunks, 2nd bathroom located in the main house also.
Converted garage - 2 queen beds, 1 single, 1 bunk, 1 trundle, the 3rd bathroom
Facilities: Open plan lounge, dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filtered water
Features/entertainment: Smart television, cd, dvd, vcr, iPod/iPhone speaker docking system, games room with Table Tennis
Heating/cooling: 5 Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner units throughout the property. Wood combustion heater (Firewood is not supplied. Guests may supply their own wood)
Pets: No Pets
Fenced: Not fenced
Special features: Smart television. Games room with table tennis table and large flat screen tv, wifi, pure tap filtered water, Nespresso automatic coffee pod machine (Guests are welcome to bring their own Nespresso coffee pods), outdoor entertaining area, stunning sea views
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets & duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets & towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & T-towel
