This beautiful house features 4 bedrooms (to include 1 king, 2 queens and 2 singles), and 2 bathrooms, combined it can sleep a total of 8 guests.
Enjoy a beautiful open kitchen and living area and operate the r/c air conditioner and or the ceiling fans to set that perfect climate indoors. Enjoy the surroundings and take advantage of the great views of the Carrickalinga hills.
Enjoy the modern kitchen facilities and amazing private deck with ceiling fans for all alfresco dining (breakfast, lunch at tea), you can also enjoy the outdoor shower at the property. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer, this is one holiday not to miss out on.

Pets: Strictly no pets
Fenced: Fully fenced.
Special features: Beautiful private deck, bbq, outside shower.
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
