Adequate and overall relaxing.

Location, location, location! View is beautiful. Nice big balcony. Master bed is firm and the 2nd bed was soft. Nice to have a choice. Check in and out is a breeze!!!!!! The smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarms batteries were low causing intermittent alarms. We called and they had this remedied within 3 hours. No issues there!

Property was not very clean. There were crumbs in areas that should have been cleaned. We found trash and gummy bears in and under the couch. Found old razor covers from previous users in the bathroom. We remedied this ourselves since we had a short stay and we were out a lot. Kitchen. There were only champagne glasses and an old juice cup to drink out of. Knives in butcher block were old with tips broken off and dull. The ice machine works, but the water and ice dispenser on the outside is broken. You have to put your hand in the icebox to get ice.

Will not stay with this organization again.

The facility was excellent.

No wash clothes; no shower liners; no coffee cups or spatula. Rusted skillet. Very limited dishes. Parking passes and wrist bands were not in condo. Security guard advised owner is constant problem. Entirely too many texts and emails.

Great views and amenities

this unit was decorated really cute and beachy. It had everything we needed and was clean. It was high enough to have beautiful views. We always stay at Crystal Towers when we visit Gulfshores. We love the pool and the convenience of the skywalk.

Our family would do this again!

The view was absolutely gorgeous from the 8th floor. The pools and spa, exercise room, and close to everything. Really liked the beach pool and beach access! The room was clean, nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry room and balcony… all comparative to another Vacasa location in Destin, FL.

Living room furniture a little dated compared to the rest of the condo. Though not a complete distracted. Sheets were not packaged or available for the pullout couch. There were only 2 bath towels in each bathroom and only 1 facecloth in each bathroom. We are a family of 6… so, not nearly enough for our family. Dishes were dirty. It was absolutely nasty standing in ankle deep water while taking a shower. Water drains extremely slow after a bath.

There was supposed to be a bridge to walk across to get to the beach and the pool. The bridge was not open and the pool across the street was not open either.

Relaxing.

Location is beautiful. Sight and sound of the waves soothing. accommodations comfortable and pretty.

Wonderful location and beautiful Condo. Labor Day was a very busy week but no issues.

Location and comfort. Condo was well equipped and deco was wonderful. My contact via text message was very good.

We did have trouble with the TVs. Called our contact and she got someone to take care of. Dishwasher did not work. Did not let anyone know because we didn't know until day before we left.

The staff was was friendly and the pool was awesome.

Our air-condition was broke and it took over 24 hours to get someone out to fix it. It only took 15min to fix it. I had to call 4 or 5x to get results. . I think a 100 dollar refund was not enough for not having ac. But was appreciated We couldn't cook the food we brought because it was 79 degrees for 2 and a half days of a 3 night stay. Also the condo appeared clean but feet would get black in about 10 min in condo with no shoes. Maybe they are mopping with dirty mop water. I was really surprised with covid there was not soap in the bathrooms to wash hands. Might think about a shuttle service
