House is large w/ bedrooms across 3 floors. There is no AC and fans are not adquate to cool the upper floors during the day in the summer. We had a challenge checking in (which was partly our fault), as check-in instructions were sent almost two weeks before our stay. Also took a while to get hold of manager to get in. Basic supplies were also not adequate requring us to purchase them. House is in a good location if we want easy access to Arrowhead's central plaza and brewery.

The cabin was awesome, too bad visitors have no access to lake

Had a blast with our family here.
Do wish the kitchen was more organized with updated cooking/dishes/utensils, but we survived.
Will also warn other renters to bring additional towels to use in the hot tub. Very few towels are provided with the property.
Overall a great experience.

Had a great time here with our group celebrating our friend's good health. Great accommodations, and location was perfect, but ran into a couple issues where we couldn't get in touch with the property manager in a timely manner, and a couple of things were broken upon our arrival that meant we could not use them. There were also not enough fans in the house for every room so some folks had difficulty sleeping in the heat. The property manager was very kind when we did manage to make contact, and accepted responsibility for these minor things. All in all we had a great weekend here.

The property was perfect for my family for a wedding at lake arrowhead. Beautiful area.

We chose this house to stay at for my best friends bachelorette party so there were 8 of us staying at the house. This house is perfect walking distance to the Lake Arrowhead Village. The beds in the home were all very comfortable and the layout of the house is so unique. We loved spending time in the billiards room above the garage, By the fireplace in the living room, and in the spa area downstairs. The host was also excellent at responding quickly to any of my questions or needs and is very polite. The only things I could suggest to you when renting here is there is downside to the spa room meaning you had to dump out the water tray to the dehumidifier almost every hour and they could definitely add some extra towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for each persons stay. Other than those tiny little things, everything was AMAZING! My girlfriends and I did have a absolutely wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect place for any get togethers to feel like you’re cozy in the woods spending quality time together.

Beautiful mountain house🌲
Our host Kevin was very informative with details concerning his home. Our family spent the weekend there and we all had a great time. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. We’re looking forward to enjoying it again soon.

Great family hangout in Arrowhead
Best location for our family because it's near my brother and the village. It's a very comfortable home for a family. The jacuzzi is fabulous with a view of the trees. We kept it not too hot so that the kids could enjoy it.

Nice property, clean and close to lake arrowhead villa.
The cabin was really nice for multiple people. It was pretty and comfortable and fun to walk to the lake since it's really close. A nice place to hangout and rooms are amazing.

Indoor Jacuzzi was heaven on earth!
Kevin was so accommodating! Answered my call when we had difficulty initially finding the place. Once we found it, it was easy to get to after day trips. My sister and I walked from the cabin to the local grill both nights for a get away from the rest of the crew. Completely safe and under 10 min to get to the local stores. The highlight of this cabin was obviously the indoor jacuzzi spa… and we definitely took advantage of it! Kid friendly and adult necessary! It offered basic cooking utensils and dining needs. We loved the multi level structure. The preteens took over the top floor (2 bedrooms and bath), main floor had mom, dad, and young son, and lower level had “cool aunt” and cousin along with jacuzzi, bathroom, and game room. I stayed in the lower level and the king bed was super comfortable!!! We will definitely return!

Peace, Quiet, and everything you could need....
Due to a last-minute issue (on my end), I ended up staying at this property for some quality alone time. While the house is perfect for large groups, it was exceptional for me alone. I cooked (a lot), relaxed, took walks, and caught up on my binge watching.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Great getaway from everything.
House has plenty of rooms and space to spread out and relax. The indoor spa is a major plus, especially in the winter!
Plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great property and location! We arrived the day after Christmas and stayed until the 30th. Everything went nice and easy starting with check in. We absolutely loved the large two tier deck in which you can enter through the main floor or the bottom floor. It was a short walk to the village and the grocery store, which is a plus.
Kevin was accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely come back to this property.
Btw, we got close to 2’ of snow while we were there, which was absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a blast sledding down the hills

Nice little getaway. Tried staying in an area brand new to us. Everything pretty much worked except for the jacuzzi. Owner refunded us for it though whom communicated excellently. The house and amenities could use some updating. I didn’t get to go over everything upon check in but the owner is claiming we broke a sofa bed downstairs and a faucet is missing a cover. Maybe face cloths can be added, bigger serving platters the kitchen, bath soap and shampoo in showers. We should have been more thorough upon check in with the 2 broken claims but luckily we purchased the damage waiver. But the owner was very response with any questions we had and I would stay again.

We made it work and had a great time...
Well, it was bitter-cold on Thanksgiving due to the wind chill, which really put a damper on us being able to utilize the beautiful deck of Kevin's cabin. We made it work though. Multiple family members commented on how the kitchen needed to be reorganized and that basics like forks and hand towels/rags were missing/insufficient. It was a struggle for a full blown Thanksgiving dinner. However! From my 84 year-old dad to my 2 year-old nephew, everyone had a great time.
Some people complained about being too hot at night. There's only one thermostat for the large cabin, so if you are sensitive, and it is cold, plan ahead and or crack a window in your room. My dad was freezing the whole time while the rest of us were burning up! No way around that, unfortunately. Another thing you can't get around is the amount of stairs. The spiral staircase is tight and can be difficult for some people to use, but you can use the deck to get to the third floor as well, if needed. Other than those critiques, everything else was nice.
Finding the cabin can be difficult. Pay attention to the directions. The road in from one direction is very steep.
Parking was great though. We were able to squeeze five cars in the space provided. That is a huge plus for Arrowhead. Usually parking is very limited. Also, being about 5 (walking) minutes from the village makes this location ideal for events like Independence Day!
The indoor jacuzzi was nice. It does take a long time to heat up, so be prepared for that. Everything was clean when we arrived.
Another huge plus was the fact that you don't need to haul your trash to the dump. Trash cans for the cabin are just off the driveway. Make sure you secure the lids though, to keep the wildlife out!
I do believe that the bathrooms have all been recently renovated. (within 5 years?) They were very nice, and the large bathroom downstairs off of the bunk bed room was able to accommodate several people getting ready for the day at the same time. Some more towels would have been nice, but all in all, the bathrooms were updated and very clean.
To sum it up, even though the cold weather put a damper on our plans, we were still able to have a good time in this cabin. The price is a bit high, but location, parking, size and cleanliness make it worth it if you can split the cost up between families. I will definitely be staying here again.

This house has the capacity to sleep quite a number of people. We were just 5, 2 couples and a single, celebrating a Birthday weekend getaway. The appliances needed attention (exhaust fan over the stove, jets in the spa) but the outdoor deck was spectacular! It's a pricey stay but more people to share the cost might have been better. Also the amount of stairs for 55 and over needs to be mentioned as well.

We were certainly open to "paying up" for additional amenities that other properties did not provide. However, upon our arrival we were disappointed to find that many things at this home did not work properly or were not functional at all. As a result, we feel that we significantly over paid for our stay. Below is a list of items that did not work:
1) Barbeque: someone had left the gas on and when we arrived, there was absolutely no propane left in the tank. We could not barbeque the food we had brought. This was the most significant disappointment as we had to pre plan our meals since we were not eating out due to the pandemic. We emailed the property owner during our stay about this with no response. We had to cook our food on scratched up pans that were provided instead.
2) Pool table: there was no chalk to play pool. We were looking specifically for a home with a pool table and there wasn't a store in town that carried it.
3) Hot tub: it never got to the 100 degrees as advertised. Only one jet worked. This was another amenity that we specifically shopped for and were disappointed that we could not use. We got in once and were so disappointed, we didn't bother going in again. *Also there is mold on the ceiling of this room. That is a significant health hazard.
4) Toaster: it only toast a half side of the bread. We had to toast each serving 4 times constantly toasting to get it right.
5) Knife: there was a very dangerous knife that we had to throw out. When we attempted to use it to cut something, the blade came out of the handle. We could have been seriously hurt.
6) Ceiling fan in dining room: we really struggled to get it to work. Considering that there is no A/C in the home and that we were there during 90 degree+ temperatures, this was very uncomfortable. We did bring out the portable fans provided but they were not sufficient enough to cool down the dining area.
Lastly, the house was not as clean as we would have hoped for when we arrived, particularly in the kitchen. Inside the China cabinet, it was extremely dusty and many of the cooking utensils were sticky. We washed everything once before we used them. We did not wash the blender because we never intended to use it but, it was difficult to look at while we were in the kitchen. Just not worth the money spent.
