This private estate is nestled in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country making it a perfect retreat for friends and families. From its hilltop perch are stunning views of hot air balloons and mountains by day and city lights by night. It's prime location to quickly access all the valley has to offer as well as unlimited San Diego/Los Angeles are adventures. With new resort sized pool ,14 person spa, built in BBQ area, corn hole, bocce ball and lounging areas the back yard calls for fun and relaxation. Bring the outside in with 3800 sqft of naturally lit, modern beauty. 6 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths gives everyone their own private space. Then come together for a game of pool in the game room, catch the latest movie in the great room or cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen. Included are all basic amenities of home, including a laundry room, internet kitchen necessities and lots of little extras.

In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from November thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round.

My family I stayed for 6 days. The house was beautiful & the pool was great. Plenty of outside games. We got to see hot air balloons in the mornings. Everything is just a short distance away including the Casino. It was a great get away. I highly recommend.

We stayed at the property multiple times and can't wait to come back again next year! The location and amenities are perfect for Temecula wine tasting and relaxing at the pool with family and friends. John, the host, is very responsive and accommodating.

My extended family of 12 adults stayed here from 4/23-4/29/2024 for my niece’s wedding in Temecula. The breathtaking views were spectacular as were 10-12 hot-air balloons which we saw! Our property manager, John, was amazing to work with. His quick responses to my daily inquiries were appreciated. However, the place definitely needs sprucing up with TLC. As the week went on, I could see previous damages made to this place. We heated the jacuzzi for a few hours each day because it was much less money to do so rather than heat the entire pool. To me, having to pay additional $$$ to heat the pool/jacuzzi seemed unreasonable. With the amount of $$$ I spent to rent the property, it should have been included. In addition, you'll definitely want to bring extra paper towels (1roll provided), Kleenex tissues (2 small boxes provided), and food napkins (0 provided )with you, since replacements were not provided. Ending on a high note, my family had a wonderful time at this property, despite the mentioned pitfalls. The views and the family memories made will stay with us for a long time!

We book VRBO's every Superbowl weekend to hang out with High School friends. This place was an excellent location with amazing views from all areas of the property. We enjoyed the layout and used all the available games (ping pong, corn hole, pool table, corn hole, axe throwing). Good kitchen amenities. Only minor issue was we couldn't get the outside fire place to stay lit and one of the 2 standing heaters had a bad valve so we only had 1 heater we could use. Check in was easy. Definitely rebook this place next time we pick Temecula for our vacation.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great time. The house was well stocked with indoor and outdoor games. The pans in the kitchen were very nice too. That’s important to us as we like to cook!!

John kept in contact with me until the day we checked in. The house was very clean and spacious. It’s located close to the wineries. The only bad thing we noticed, was there are no streetlights. The area is very dark. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

I booked this house for me and my fiancé, and some of our family/friends, to stay at during the week of our wedding in Temecula. The host, John, was so accommodating and helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. The whole property is clean and beautiful, and close to downtown Temecula and surrounding wineries. The house has been well maintained and was stocked with all the essentials to make our stay easy and fun. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope we get to stay again some time!

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday with friends. We loved the house, views and pool. Great location close to the wineries and Old Town. Very clean and the perfect layout with lots of space for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave! John was great to work with. I must start by saying John, who was the property manager was fabulous. If you’re worried about something or you can’t get something to work he responds immediately. He is flexible if he can be and an extremely nice man. The property worked perfect as we had two little ones, a babysitter and three couples in the house. The bride and groom rented out the cottage below for the day before, wedding day and day after so they had their privacy but could just walk up the hill and the house was plenty large to hold all of us for the day. No Vrbo is going to be perfect just like your own home. However if you searched around I always found what I needed. Loved cooking in the kitchen with the view of the Vineyard had to be the thing I loved most besides having my family with me. We plan to revisit in the warmer months so we do not have to pay to heat the pool however there is a fee to heat the spa so we kept it at a minimum not knowing what the cost would be which was kind of a bummer as we had a budget. The time we did enjoy the spa it was wonderful. Can’t go wrong and I would highly recommend this estate if you have a large party and rent the back three-bedroom cottage it is sweet and quaint!

A great property for a family gathering. Well stocked kitchen, nice fluffy towels, everything you need. A little maintenance needed here and there but nothing too worn. Only complaint is that heating the pool and sauna is an extra charge.

Very nice property and good spaces for our family of 12. It was clean, rules were made clear to us, conveniently located. Nice kitchen for a large group, although somewhat lacking if you plan to cook a lot, which we did. There is one description of the property which I think was a bit misleading. It failed to mention that one “bedroom” was obviously a converted office. No closet and the bath is across the hall which is right off the entry hall. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Our family stayed at this property for a wedding at a nearby winery. The home is beautiful and so very well appointed you will feel like you are staying in your own home. Every detail is thought out and very well executed. With several generations staying together everyone had their own space and privacy yet we could all be together for family time as well. Comfortable, clean and close to where we needed to be, we had everything with this beautiful VRBO property. Thanks John for such a wonderful stay!

Pictures do not do this property justice! The house and views are absolutely stunning! The house was very clean and very well spread out to give everyone plenty of room, both indoors and out. John, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. He promptly answered any questions and was very helpful. The house is centrally located to all the wineries and Old Town, we couldn't have for hoped better! I think we enjoyed our time at the house more than the wineries! It was absolutely wonderful! My wine club would like to make this a yearly event so we will be back! Thank you, John!

Family Wedding
We booked this property because we had a family wedding in the area. We could not have been more pleased. Everything was great...loved having coffee in the morning out back and watching the hot air balloons go by. Everything you could need was there.

Family get together
We rented this house and the one next door for a family gathering. The property was perfect for all. It’s a spacious home , quiet location with a beautiful view and close to stores and wineries. We enjoyed the great hot tub, pool table, large back yard and big kitchen. It’s very spacious for a big family to cook together. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for privacy for all too. John was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful but needs a facelift.
I’ll start by saying that the overall layout of the house and backyard where absolutely perfect for my needs and served the team event that I was hosting very well.
The backyard has the most incredible view as mentioned in the description and the layout made for wonderful mornings with coffee in hand, or a nice Temecula wine by the firepit as the sun goes down cascading hues of bright orange and purple.
However, there were several things that I would not have expected with the description of such a space. To call this an “estate” is grossly over selling the aesthetics.
Many amenities missing, not enough washcloths, towels, forks, coffee cups, etc. based off max of people. The kitchen is not gourmet missing many items and plastic severing utensils and not formal dishes (white) for a formal dinner in the dinning room. Lots of other things that needs attention in order to live up to the price point.

Awesome view and pool
It is rare that a property is as good as the photos, but this house was even better. The pool was great for family gatherings which were often as our extended family were staying here for our son's wedding. The rooms were clean and neat and provided lots of room for everyone! We watched the hot air balloons float over the house every morning. We would definitely stay here again. John, the property manager, answered all of our questions and was very easy to reach.

Perfect location for Temecula Wine Country
Stayed here for a girls weekend and everything was perfect! Such a beautiful home with a great backyard to have a pool day, and perfect location for wine tasting (we went to Somerset, Bel Vino and Akash which weren’t more than a few minutes away). Overall we had a great stay, the home was beautiful and John made us feel so welcome at check in.

Perfect for large group
This home was perfect for our family. We were here for our daughter’s wedding. My husband and I stayed here with our adult children and their spouses. My sister rented the guest house with her family. House is large and bedrooms are spread out in different wings of the house. Hot tub and fire pit were nice in the evening. Close to wineries. The home has a beautiful view and is very private.

Beautiful home with amazing view!
I stayed here with my family and friends for a long weekend. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & utensils. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The view from the backyard is incredible. Every morning we woke up to close-up views of hot air balloons taking off across the street. The house is minutes from the wineries. Would definitely return to this beautiful property!
