About this apartment rental

This comfortably furnished studio flat is on the third floor of an apartment block in the holiday area of Sonnenalm. The living room and south-facing balcony have beautiful views of the mountains and valley. The studio is furnished with a table, chairs, sofa, cupboards and two pull-out beds which are integrated into a wall unit when not in use. Ample storage room is available. Parking is directly at the house, which is in a quiet location at forest’s edge. A nearby path leads to the romantic and informative circular route between the spa Bad Mitterndorf and Obersdorf. The Sonnenalm is approximately 2 km away from Bad Mitterndorf on a hill. The restaurant “Zur Einkehr” is within a five-minute walk from the apartment.

Immer wieder gern

Preisleistung Verhältnisse alles super. Das einziges wo man sich dran gewöhnen muss, ist das kochen. Da keine Dunstabzugs vorhanden ist, muss über das geöffnete Fenster gelüftet werden, der aber zur Hausflur entlüftet. Da geht schonmal der Feuermelder an! Sind wir trotzdem sehr zufrieden und würden wir immer wieder mieten.

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Salzkammergut. Wohnung befindet sich einer großen Ferienwohnungsanlage, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Ausstattung (Wohnung und Küche) nicht modern, aber alles vorhanden.

Alte, aber liebevoll und äußerst vollständig eingerichtete, gepflegte FW. Wirklich herrliche Aussicht, selbst an Regentagen. W-Lan im Foyer vorhanden einschl. Sofas und Tageszeitungen! Sogar einen Tischtennisraum sowie zwei Fahrradräume gibt es. Haus während unserer zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nur ca. ein Sechstel belegt, daher recht ruhig und entspannt.

Der Aufenthalt ist ok gewesen. Sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar. Es gab alles was zum Leben benötigt wird. Leider ist das Bett für große Menschen nicht geeignet und die Matratzen durchgelegen gewesen, keine einzige Nacht durchgeschlafen. Dadurch begang der Morgen sehr unangenehm... wenn die Unterkunft mit neuen Matratzen aufgewertet wird, dann würde ich es Familie und Freunden empfehlen. Sehr unkomplizierte An- und Abreise.

Wir waren ja nun schon des Öfteren in Bad Mitterndorf in dieser Wohnung und fühlen uns immer wieder sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Blick alleine schon vom Balkon auf die Berge ist traumhaft schön. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch die Betreuung ist optimal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Wanderwege gehen gleich vom Haus weg, so dass man oft gar kein Auto benötigt. Aber auch ringsherum ist die Landschaft und die Berge immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Herzlichen Dank für diese schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung. C.u.W. Möller

wir waren zum zweiten mal in der wohnung und es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Die betreuung und Information vor ort oder direkt vom vermieter ist einwandfrei. die wunderschöne umgebung fasziniert uns immer wieder aufs neue. bestimmt war es für uns nichts das letzte mal....... ...wir kommen wieder.....

We had a brilliant stay at Sonnenalm. The location of the flat is just perfect with less than 30minutes driving time to places like Bad Aussee, Grundlsee and Hallstatt. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and there are far more hiking- and walking routes to be explored than is possible in a week. The flat itself we found very comfy with its retro-feel, and found it, and especially the kitchen, very well equipped - we didn't lack for anything. The neighbouring village Bad Mitterndorf has all the shops you could possibly need, and we found the local tourist information centre very helpful. The flat's owner, Markus, was very helpful in providing information in the run-up to our holiday, and the check-in process went very smoothly. We are certainly hoping to be back! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Sonnenalm. Die Lage der Wohnung mit unter 30 Minuten Fahrzeit zu Orten wie Bad Aussee, Grundlsee und Hallstatt ist einfach perfekt. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist wunderschön, und die zahlreichen Wander- und Spazierrouten kann man in einer Woche gar nicht unterbringen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gemütlich mit ihrem 70er-Jahre flair, und sie, insbesondere die Küche, war sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist uns nichts abgegangen. Das Nachbardorf Bad Mitterndorf bietet alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man benötigt und wir fanden das Tourismusbüro sehr hilfreich. Der Besitzer der Wohnung, Markus, war sehr hilfreich mit Informationen vor unserem Aufenthalt, und Check-in war problemlos. Hoffentlich schaffen wir es bald einmal wieder!

Sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegtem Apartamentshaus mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Berge gen. Süden. Wohnung gepflegt mit allen Utensilien. Sehr günstige Lage für schöne Ausflüge und im Winter für Ski Alpin und Langlauf. Ende März seltten so viel Schnee gesehen auf der Tauplitzeralm. Waren wir zum ersten Mal, werden gern auch mal im Früh- oder Spätsommer zum wandern kommen. Sehr zufrieden von der Unterkunft, Umgebung und Betreung. Sehr nette Nachbarn von Herr Glaub kennengelernt.

Klein aber fein! Wirklich sauber und gute Matratzen! Alles da, was man in einer FeWo braucht. Einstieg in die gepflegten 74 Km Langlaufloipen nur 5 Minuten (PKW) oder 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) erreichbar. Zum Supermarkt fährt man auch am besten mit dem Auto, auf die Tauplitz besser mit dem Skibus, wo man sich auch mit Alpinskiern austoben kann.Beim Fleischhauer im Ort kann man gut und preiswert essen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, für 2-3 Personen zum Schlafen aber ausreichenden Appartment in einem großen Appartmenthaus im "Feriendorf" Sonnenalm hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter, die Matratzen sowie Bettzeug jedoch neu und das Appartment sauber! Besonders gefiel uns die große Fensterfront und der Sonnenbalkon mit Blick in das schöne Tal. Sollte man etwas vergessen haben: In der Küche ist von Gewürzen, Salz, Zucker über Tee/Kaffee/Filtertüten bis zu Essig/Öl einiges vorhanden. Tolle Sache, zumal, wenn jeder Gast sich an dem System "geben und nehmen" beteiligt! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Frau Mandl vor Ort gestaltete sich sehr angenehm. Wir kommen nach einem sonnen- und pulverschnee-reichen Skiurlaub gerne wieder - auch zur Wanderzeit, denn die Landschaft ist wunderschön...

We have had absolutely amazing stay in Markus flat.

The flat was clean, had everything we needed- even simple things for cooking/tea /coffee. Fits comfortable 2persons or family of 3 (kid on the sofa). It is perfeclty located near from skilifts, skitours or crosscountry trails. Flat is bright and quiet. Communication regarding our reservation with Markus was very smooth. eine sehr schöne für zwei bis drei personen ausreichend große ferienwohnung. schön der neue fußboden und eine dusche mit immer ausreichend heißem wasser und sehr guten wasserdruck. da ich morgens immer wechselduschen mache alleine dafür 5 sterne es ist alles da was man für einen urlaub benötigt, betreuung und information auch sehr gut, für uns ein rundum zufriedener aufenthalt.

We have already been in the apartment several times and always have spent there a very good time. The apartment is exactly as it is described and we have found there everything we needed. The position of the apartment is absolutely perfect; you can reach the ski slopes in Tauplitzalm as well as the spa Grimming Therme in 10 minutes by car. We can certainly recommend it.

El apartamento está en un bloque de pisos situado a unos minutos en coche de las estaciones de esquí, y de bonitos pueblos al borde del lago. Limpieza correcta. Es confortable (para dos personas). El propietario mantuvo un trato cordial y contestó siempre a los correos. Es una opción recomendable pero es necesario disponer de coche para moverse.

Es war unsere erste Urlaub in die Berge. In die nähe war viele gute Wanderweg, schöne Dörfen und Städten und Seen. Nach dem leidige Tage wir sind gerne in Ferienwohnung gegangen. Der Ferienwohnung war sehr komfortable und ausgestatet mit alles. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Ansicht an dem Berge.
