This house comes with a spacious backyard and screened porch, and is just a stone’s throw from Saint Simons’ village and pier area.

Emmons Realty was quick to respond to some issues, including a new refrigerator when the old one failed. very nice for dog owners with both front and back yards fenced. The photos of the property were fine. Recommended for anyone, especially dog owners.

Excellent location minutes from beaches and shopping. Fully fenced in back and front yards not only great for my dogs but the young kids as well. The screened porch was amazing. It was very clean and well kept. Definitely will go back.

We made lots of memories and had tons of laughs. There was enough seating in the living room for all of us and we loved the back porch. Even though it was hot outside the two fans made it comfortable and we spent a lot of time out there. The location is great - easy to get to the beaches and all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to St Simons.

We stayed at the sunny cottage for 5 days in March 2022 and overall our stay was great. The house is very cute and the kitchen is really well stocked. Our only complaint/suggestion would be to change the policy of providing a “starter” pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and similarly stingy quantities of dishwasher packs and laundry detergent packs. It would make more sense to have the supply based on how long the rental will last. Maybe provide one roll per bathroom per day? It just feels like a weird thing to be cheap about, but for the renter it is annoying to have to go to the store the next to last day just to get some additional TP. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
