Lovely villa located in the most famous area in Almuñécar, Costa Tropical. Very good access from the main road and also from the coast. You can walk from the house to the beach in 10 minutes. Big terrace with bar/kitchen area where you can enjoy with family and friends. The weather in this village is around 18C in winter time and we have sun more than 300 days per year. The villa is fully equipped in all the rooms and the Kitchen in a modern and nice style. Green area for the children with nice furniture and sunbeds.
Really nice views to the sea and sun all day. Table tennis and football table games in proffesional quality. If you look for a quiet and cozy place for your holidays this villa is perfect for you. You will be back!

The villa was as described and the outdoors area with the swimming pool and bar is amazing and offers stunning views. There is air con in all rooms. Maybe it would have been nice to have some water in the house and a small welcome pack. There was a slight issue with insects but we dealt with it.
We didn’t hire a car but walking back to the villa from town can be challenging as it is very steep, however, we never struggled to get a taxi.
The town is a typical Spanish tourist town with many restaurants and shops. The beaches are ok but nothing special.
Overall, we had a fantastic time.

The house is perfect: sun all day, from early morning (7:30 am in april which is very nice if you have children who wake up early;) and the sun is there until after 8pm. There is a panoramic view over the bay. The house is well maintained and has everything you need. There is the option to heat the swimming pool which we really recommend, we could swim all day with the kids. The house is a total gem, would love to go back.

Perfect for our grown up family and grandchildren to join us.
Clean, well-appointed and spacious with a lovely pool which we used almost every day.
Great area for exploring but car essential as very steep hills and out of town. Local town has all the basics and worth travelling to both Malaga and Granada cities as both beautiful.
We certainly recommend this 4 bed house.

I’ve rented a few houses around southern Europe in a similar price range and this takes the cake. Everything about the house itself is nice and works well. Kitchen well stocked, great pool, close to the city, walkable (up a hill but not that big a deal). But what makes this house above all else is the view, quiet, and privacy. One of a the few places I would consider coming back to.

Outstanding villa.... view over the town/bay/sea are jaw dropping.

Internals of the villa are perfect for layout and size.

Ants - not too problematic, and you can see that the owners are trying to tackle them.
Air Conditioning dripped in a couple of bedrooms if on too cold for too long.
The walk back up the hill from the town/beach is not for the un-fit or faint-hearted!
Overall would ABSOLUTELY recommend this villa!

Great family spot
The property is amazing, and has the most amazing views. Every day we woke up and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the views. The house as well laid out for a large family and has all the amenities. Everything was wonderful and well taken care of.
There was a few hiccups, but they were remedied very fast. You can’t ask for a better location and it was really nice to be in smaller areas of Spain and easy to get around and navigate.
The owner got back to us very fast which was appreciated . I would 100% recommend this location and House, and would come back in the future.

Wunderbare Osterzeit über dem Meer
Wir danken Bjarne herzlich für die tollen erholsamen 2 Wochen im April. Wir sind als 2 befreundete Familien mit Teenagern ( 7 Personen) gefahren. Alle waren begeistert: über die Schönheit und Ruhe des Ortes mit so wunderschönen Aussichten, das super ausgestattete helle moderne Haus, den großen sauberen beheizten Pool, Liegen und jede Menge schöne Sitzgelegenheiten draußen... So schön war es, dass wir zuerst mal ganz viel Zuhause blieben, mehrfach grillten mit dem gut funktionierenden Weber Grill und kochten. Gern und oft wurde auch der Tischkicker genutzt . Die Tischtennisplatte wurde, da oft etwas Wind war, weniger genutzt.Unsere Freunde, die sonst eher in Hotels urlauben, meinten, so schön hätten sie nie gewohnt im Urlaub und seien nun sozusagen für s Leben verdorben und wollten nur noch so urlauben. Eigentlich dürften wir das Haus gar nicht so empfehlen, da wir bestimmt einmal gerne wiederkehren würden. Der Kontakt zu Bjarne und Peter vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Viele schöne Ausflüge sind nahebei möglich nach Frigiliana, Nerja, Salobrena, auch Almunecar selbst mit Burg und Altstadt ist schön. Malaga und Granada sind jeweils auch nur 1 Stunde entfernt. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, dass Bjarnes Haus zu jeder Jahreszeit schön ist

Durante la estancia el propietario contestó rápido, pero antes de llegar no contestaba ningún mensaje.
No pasó el servicio de limpieza antes de nuestra estancia por una falta de coordinación, pero no hubo problemas con la devolución de la tarifa de limpieza.
Excepto por esos detalles la recomendaría sin duda.

Super tolles Haus mit wahnsinniger Aussicht
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts . Man sollte nur damit rechnen , das das vierte Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist und mit einem Etagenbett sowie einem Ausziehbett , wenn es ausgezogen ist , man nicht mehr treten kann . Allerdings zum schlafen völlig ausreicht . Der Aussenbereich hat viele Sitzecken, alle mit Markisen die Schatten spenden . Die Poolbar ist sehr schön und hat auch einen super kalten Kühlschrank für Getränke. Wir haben uns die 14 Tage im Juli 2021 sehr wohl gefühlt.

La casa es muy amplia, luminosa, está muy bien equipada y muy buenas vistas. Han sido unos días muy buenos.
Es verdad que hay algunos detalles que nos dejaron un poco de mal sabor, pero nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario y el responsable de la casa, se interesaron por ello y pusieron solución.

Best villa to rent in Almunecar!
We had such a great time! We were actually shocked how beautifull the house and the amazing view is, the photos dont complement the real beauty of the house, the setting and the view!
We came with 4 adults, 1 girl (7) and 1 baby girl (15 months). Everything we requested was arranged by the owner, f.e. : a baby bed for outside, a bbq, poolheating, special kitchen tools , etc.
The communication with the maintenance guy Peter was perfect and very quick.
What we really liked was that everything was in the house that you could think of. From herbs and spices in the kitchen to pooltoys, parasols, outside bar equipment etc etc.
We had the best time and we are looking forward to come back next year!

Super Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick
Wie der Titel schon sagt, eine super Villa mit einem atemberaubendem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Küste, von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, so dass sich auch mehrere Erwachsene gleichzeitig ohne Probleme darin aufhalten können. Die Poolbar ist gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Eismaschine, Spülbecken, Musikanlage) und draußen gibt es genügend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Tischen.
Auch im Haus ist die Ausstattung sehr schön und modern, bis auf die Bäder sind auch alle Räume klimatisiert.
Wir waren mit 10 Personen im Haus, da wurde es in den Schlafzimmern natürlich etwas enger, insbesondere im 4-Bett-Zimmer. Aber da man dort nur zum schlafen ist und die restlichen Tage draußen verbringt, war das kein Problem für uns. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufhentalt sehr gefallen und sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Awsome house!
We stayed at the house two weeks in july 2019, six adults and four kids. Really nothing to complain about. The house is well equiped, comfortable beds, AC in all rooms.
The outdoor area is fantastic, nice pool, large areas to enjoy the sun and play table tennis etc. And a really nice outdoor bar! A lot of outdoor furniture.
The location of the house is good. Amazing view over the Mediterranean, close to the town and beaches. The roads the the house are steep, so a car is recommended.
Overall, a top house. We would definitely rent it again if we go to this part of Spain again.

An absolutely superb house in a bustling Spanish holiday town.
This is a fantastic property in a spectacular location with fabulous views. The house is spacious and the pool and bar area are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, the air conditioning works well and any problems are quickly addressed by the owner. There are lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance into town and a reliable local taxi service to take you back for those who don’t want to walk. With turquoise sea and a water park within walking distance this makes a great holiday destination . We loved it. Thank you Bjarne.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Man merkt im Haus, dass die Vermieter selbst Urlaub hier machen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, selbst Gewürze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Im Außenbereich findet man zu jeder Tageszeit und Wetterlage ein gemütliches Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist phänomenal.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Stilvolle, geschmackvolle und gut ausgestattete Villa, insbesondere Wohn- und Essbereich großzügig und angenehm. Mit Fußbodenheizung. Bei schönem Wetter im Winter (wie bei uns) badeurlaubtauglich, da der Pool auf Wunsch und Zahlung beheizbar ist. Weber-Grill. Viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten auf der Meerblickpanoramaterrasse und die eigene Bar mit Kühlschrank ist nicht weit... Garage fasst 2 Kleinwagen. Almunecar und Strand zu Fuß über sehr steile Straße in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar, Einkauf mit PKW. Viel Spaß.
