In the following years Court Marshall Johann Ludvig von Holstein, Conference advisor and Supreme Court Justice Christian Colbjørnsen, First Lieutenant W. H. F. A. Læssøe and Marine Officer H. B. Dahlerup have all had the Palace as their residence. Today, Stormgade 10 is protected as a national cultural inheritance because the building represents the pinnacle of Danish building culture; the best architecture and the most important cultural inheritance in history. Great apartment, very well-located and quiet. Our only complaint is the lack of supplies- no clothes detergent, very little toilet paper, no paper towels. For $600 USD a night, all those things should be supplied in abundance!

Wonderful and bright apartment in a beautiful courtyard

Property was in a great location with a nice courtyard setting. Top floor walk up so not good if you have trouble with stairs.
4.7
Excellent location. Comfortable beds. No instructions for appliances - clothes washer/dryer a challenge! Too much partially used food left in unit. Wish we had more space for hanging used bath towels. All these minor issues - would stay here again!

What a charming place with enough space for a family of 4. The location was close to everything and a short walk to the metro. You do have to walk up 3 flights of stairs but well worth it.
4.7
Amazing location, large lovely flat, easy communication with property manager as well as easy key pick up.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was conveniently located to shops and restaurants, with easy walks to sights as well as train and metro. It was helpful to have a full kitchen as well as washer/dryer during our stay.

Well appointed apartment in the heart of downtown, yet quiet and secluded.

Very nice stay
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment while visiting friends of ours in Copenhagen. There was plenty of space, and we appreciated that there were two bathrooms, with washer/dryer in one of them. Something to note is that the fridge wasn't very cold, so I'd be leery of keeping milk etc. for too long in it, and the stove was very hard to get to work properly, although the oven worked fine. Also bring sleep masks in summer, as there aren't blackout shades.

Apartment located in centralized area that is very close to all major attractions. It was very clean and check in process was quick and easy.

Bonjour,
A refaire.

A beautiful apartment in a great location
This apartment is attractive, clean, well laid out and in an excellent location, central but not too noisy. It's in a building that surrounds a large private garden and courtyard so you really feel like you're part of a neighborhood while being in the urban center. Everything is bright and roomy inside, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, and the kitchen has all the equipment you'll need to do cooking, if that's what you want. There aren't a lot of supplies, however, like spices or condiments, so you'll have to buy those or bring them with you. Overall a great place!!

Spacious apartment, very well located.

This apartment is gorgeous - large, newly remodeled, very spacious, and a terrific location in the center. As noted by others, the stairs are not for all, but once in the unit it was the perfect oasis for a family four complete with two bathrooms! The kitchen was beautiful and functioned well (but could have been cleaner), and we used it daily for breakfast and coffee. While I would readily return to the apartment, I would not have the same sentiments about the management company. Having provided the wrong second key and having failed/"forgotten" to deliver a replacement for three days, we had to juggle one key amongst four people - very inconvenient. Further, upon check out they were unnecessarily unaccommodating with bag stowage on a very cold and rainy day. This led to an additional $50 in bag storage fees to hold the bags at the central station for two hours. I do recognize that Danish and American views of customer service do not fully align, but as an American who travels weekly on a global basis, this was unnecessarily difficult.

Super central location, fully equiped house and very nicely decorated. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate

Big, airy and attractive. One bathroom is in awkward location; both bathrooms could use some "freshening up"!

Review for stay from 20 September 2019 to 22 September 2019
Some aspects of the apartment were great - the location and the living room/kitchen was great to relax in.
A few things really let the apartment down. We were not shown how to work the heating so had to figure that out because it was after office hours when we needed to use it. The bathroom smelt bad - musty and mouldy. Both bathrooms had quite grubby shower curtains too. One of the windows in one of the bedrooms had no curtains so we had to get dressed in the bathroom. And finally having to strip the beds when we left felt like we were staying in a budget hostel rather than a luxury apartment.
Overall the apartment is lovely but these small things really let it down.

Review for stay from 04 September 2019 to 10 September 2019
Exceptional apartment - aesthetic, tasteful, beautifully appointed and positioned. All the most interesting and historic parts of Copenhagen are close at hand, as well as shops and restaurants. It was such a pleasure each morning to wake up after a very quite and peaceful sleep and have breakfast in such a serene setting, looking out onto the delightful internal courtyards. Also to come back at the end of a day of sightseeing to such a comfortable environment. Our hosts were very responsive throughout the booking process and met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. At he beginning of our stay we made a few small requests, which were responded to within the hour. We look forward to our next stay in this beautiful apartment.

What a great place to stay. Very quiet and had 2 bathrooms which was key with 6 guests. Will stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful Apartment and Perfect Location
Beautiful apartment and perfect for our vacation. The only thing I would suggest are some instructions for using the washer and dryer.

Well located apartment let down by lack of curtains and ongoing construction
our recent stay in the apartment 10 B 2 in Stormgade.
The apartment was clean and spacious and well located as anticipated and the appliances provided were of good quality. You also kindly agreed with a delayed checkout time of 12.30 pm which was great especially with the luggage we had. The WiFi worked fine which was great.
There were the following issues we encountered which were really unsatisfactory
1) There was construction work with heavy machinery and scaffolding just outside the living room and bedrooms which affected both our sleep and privacy during Thursday and Friday . This seemed to be planned work and the girl who handed the apartment keys was aware of it and in fact mentioned that the scaffolding would soon be taken down but no mention of the machinery.
2) There were no blinds or curtains for the other windows and you provided us with bed sheets to help reduce the light . But the windows wouldn’t shut once the sheets were in place and this further increased the noise from outside. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep x 2 nights of our stay.
3) The curtains in the apartment were from paper presumably disposable?!
4) the kettle wasn’t descaled and the dish washer lacked salt hence wouldn’t run which you kindly fixed.
5) The instructions to use the appliances weren’t found may be they were misplaced or were elsewhere. The instructions to repeatedly and obsessively keep cleaning the apartment was not in good taste. We normally look after rental apartments as our own and have never received any complaints ever from many years of using rental apartments and villas through homeaway.
6) We drink tea usually and unfortunately there were no tea mugs maybe the owner could provide some for tea drinkers.
Regards
Mr Hemant Sheth

Great location
Nice large flat. 2 full bathrooms. Great showers, although the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty in both of them. The piece of soup in one was hardly useful,— it had a metal magnet attached on one side. Nice heated floors in the bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen.
There was no empty garbage bag left anywhere to take out the garbage in. No paper towels or napkins as well. Overall it is a nice place. Beware of many flights of stairs in order to get to the 3rd floor. If you are older or tired after a day of walking, the 3rd floor is not for you.

We had a wonderful stay here in central Copenhagen. The apartment was clean, well decorated and very comfortable with our family of 3 (including 6 year old daughter). Very centrally located, near everything we wanted to do. The team was also extremely accommodating about getting us checked in when we arrived. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great stay in central Copenhagen
We really had a great stay here. Clean and modern and very comfortable for our family of 3 (though it could've fit plenty more). It is extremely centrally located, near most major attractions, but was very quiet at night. Only note would be the 2 flights of stairs up if that is a concern. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect apartment for your Copenhagen stay!
My family stayed here for 3 nights mid-Oct 2018. My husband, I and our four kids. We absolutely loved it. Great location, close to the museum and Tivoli Gardens. The apartment was so clean, spacious and cozy. Perfect for a family. Also, the courtyard was beautiful and quiet. Would definitely recommend this property.

This is a spacious and very comfortable 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment in central Copenhagen. It is in an interesting 18th-century building, but the apartment is fully modernized and well equipped. My wife and I with our adult son found this an excellent location from which to explore Copenhagen.

Great rental for our family of four with teenage sons. Plenty of room and nice to have two full bathrooms so we could shower more efficiently in the morning. Location could not be more ideal. So close to everything. Be aware that apt is on the third floor, so not suitable for those who avoid stairs. There was a lot of construction noise in the courtyard, but that should be over in a few months. Overall, would definitely rent it again.
