About this apartment rental
The Barcelona Classic apartment is located in the city center, just a few blocks away from the main shopping street Paseo de Gracia in the Eixample district, between Bruc, Provenca, and Mallorca streets. Sagrada Familia is also very close. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and charming stores in the vicinity. Public transport is easy to reach within a few minutes.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a neoclassical building, easily accessible by the elevator. Due to this location, it is very quiet and bright.
This luxury apartment has recently refurbished bathrooms, many freshly painted elements and is in top condition. It offers two spacious living rooms with sofas and dining tables. One of the living rooms features a wonderful gallery. The other displays a beautiful balcony overlooking the Carrer del Bruc. You can also see Tibidabo amusement park and a piece of the sea from the balcony.
With four double bedrooms including comfortable beds with quality mattresses and wardrobes, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests. The beds can be either pushed together or divided depending on your needs. You'll also find plenty of closet and storage space in each of the bedrooms. In addition you will find 2 complete large bathrooms each with two sinks, a toilet and a shower as well as a separate toilet.
There is a fully equipped kitchen - very spacious with a dining table. It offers induction hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine for filtered coffee, and Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsules, kettle. Dishes in many different sizes, coffee and espresso cups, water, red wine, white wine, champagne glasses, plenty of pots, pans, all kitchen utensils for cooking and baking. Also a vacuum cleaner, dustpans, drying racks, ironing board, and iron.
There is also a second pantry kitchen with a separate fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and additional kitchen utensils for cooking and baking. The apartment offers two washing machines and dryers.
The windows have been completely remade, yet as they are wooden (except two bathroom windows), they maintain originality.
The apartment has a beautiful original tiled floor and opulent stucco.

Great apartment in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants right outside the door. Very spacious family area, kitchens, wardrobes in the bedrooms and felt very safe.
Few improvements could be more plush towels, the area rug in family room and bedrooms could use replacing. Careful in the lobby and stairs as there are several loose tiles

This apartment/ building/ street is even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed clear communication with the management before and during our stay. The showers were US sized, and the beds were comfortable!! It was a pleasure to stay here! Couldn't figure out how to use the coffee maker, but realized it's better to go to one of the many cafes in the area anyhow.

First, this is a beautiful, well-equipped property. We immensely enjoyed the historic nature of it. The location is walking distance to our favorite areas of the city. The downside were two issues that were not common. First, we arrived late In the evening. We knew we were going to be late and communicated that weeks in advance. We agreed to pay an extra fee for the late check in. I emailed the rental firm when we landed in Barcelona and again when we were 15 minutes out. When we arrived, the bell to the flat was broken and we could not get any one to let us in. Our taxi driver stayed with us and helped us reach the rental company who then got in touch with the person who was to let us in. This created enormous stress for us as we were waiting on the street for about 30 minutes.
The flat on the same floor as ours had loud parties. One night they broke the elevator call button which required us to go to the floor below to call the elevator up. We notified the rental company, but no action was taken. At one point, I asked if any one was monitoring the emails. I did not receive a response.
To be clear, our complaints with the property were most likely isolated incidents. Overall, we loved it and would stay there again.

Perfect location in a beautiful and roomy setting
There was room to spare in this gorgeous apartment. My family of five (three young children) and nanny enjoyed the shared living spaces and well appointed rooms. Two kitchens and two sets of washer/dryer was very helpful. It felt like we lived in Barcelona for a short time. I do wish a few more instructions were offered (how to buzz someone in, where to take the trash), but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Super location. Property had great space - two living room / sitting areas, which provided space. All amenities as described. Very comfortable environment and building. 4th floor (5th in US), so elevator was great. Centrally located - short walking distance to large market, multiple grocery options, numerous restaurants, two main metro lines, and easy walk to shopping or historic areas. A great apartment for a Barcelona visit.

Beautiful apartment, located within walking distance of many landmarks
My family spent a week at this lovely property. We were a multi-generational group, and all were loved our stay.
There were many conveniences: dishwasher, washer and dryer, working air conditioner, elevator, etc. The apartment was fully stacked with towels, cups, plates, dishes, cookware, and all was clean and easy to find.
We enjoyed our daily walks to many local attractions such as Sagrada Familia, Casa Milá, and Casa Batlló, as well as shopping areas such as passeig de gracia.
My family highly recommends this apartment to others visiting Barcelona.

Great apartment!
Had a very smooth experience with renting the apartment. Communication was good. Check in and out were very smooth. Apartment contained everything we needed for a short city break. Very well located - quiet area but close to amenities and sights. Only small gripe would be that 3 loo rolls between 3 toilets for 4 adults over 3 nights is a bit stingy. Don’t really want to shop got toilet roll on a city mini break!!. Other than that would thoroughly recommend.

Gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood
Gorgeous apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is clean, spacious and it has been carefully restored with lots of modern touches. The neighborhood is fantastic and there are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The few minor drawbacks were that we would have appreciated more basic supplies such as paper towels , and coffee that worked with the coffee maker provided. The neighborhood is very lively and can be a little noisy at night, especially on the weekends, but that is also part of the charm. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would consider staying here again.

Great location
We loved this updated and clean apartment. Centrally located with 2 kitchens and washer and dryers. It allowed our family to spread out. The management was easy to work with when we checked in the manager was waiting for us and explained everything very well. One slight drawback was the construction in the building began with hammering at 7:45 am, but presumably that was a limited nuisance.

Great stay in Barcelona
We really enjoyed the apartment as it was close to everything, clean and quiet. Only little problem we had was on arrival the apartment was not ready even though I had confirmed an early arrival with the owner. We had to wait outside for an hour with our luggage, so we went to take a bite. When we could finally come in, the apartment was still not cleaned so that took another hour. But they let us stay in as we were very tired from the long flight. That is why I rate as a 4 star but everything else was great.

We were four people and the apartment was just right. Walking to the Gaudi House on our first evening we realized how centrally located we were.
It would have helped us to have had a few more paper products but otherwise this apartment was perfect and we would certainly stay again.

The apartment is lovely. It’s in an amazing location, it’s spacious and very well kept.
The apartment is in a perfect location. You can walk to many sites. There is a market down the street and numerous grocery stores and good restaurants.
The space is beautiful, good size bedrooms and very comfortable living room and dining room. While we didn’t really use the kitchen, it is beautiful and we had breakfast there every day.
I would highly recommend this apartment and would come back again!

This is a beautiful apartment in a good location, bus at the door and Metro nearby. Walking distance to many of the must see attractions, La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló. Very clean apartment with comfortable bed, modern bathroom with great shower. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but modern fridge and dishwasher. Excellent coffee shop and Spar supermarket next block down the road. I am trying to find a negative: perhaps light background street noise. Didn’t bother us, not a problem. We would definitely recommend and will stay again on our next visit. Perfect base to explore Barcelona.

A lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood
We stayed at this location for 9 days and walked everywhere from it. It is about 5 Blocks from Sagrada Familia and 3 or 4 Blocks to Casa Mila. There are wonderful neighbourhood restaurants serving great food and wine for less than the higher priced tourist areas.
The apartment boasts a washer and dryer, a safe and a full kitchen.
I would return there on my next trip to the city.
