About this apartment rental
In the heart of the old town of St Tropez, located in a traffic-free lane, is our 35-square-meter studio. Very quiet, in close proximity to the bay of 'la Ponche'. With high quality materials and attention to detail, we have completely renovated and furnished this small apartment.
From the air conditioning via satellite TV, Internet access, docking station, to the rain shower we have nothing left to spend a pleasant holiday there.
The studio also has a small, beautifully designed courtyard, where you can sit comfortably.
The whole studio has been finished with great attention to detail. Therefore, it is only in the best hands to rent.

Night long ! Knocked on door and noise just continued ? Can not recommend this location or experience to anyone!

The apartment is very centrally located but also very quiet. This is a rare find in St. Tropez. The apartment itself is newly renovated and furnished very tastefully with high end furniture and appliances.

(+) Great location -- located in a charming alley in the pedestrian part of St. Tropez. 2 minute walk from the port in one direction and 2 minute walk from the Place des Lices in the other. 5-7 minute walk to Parking Foch or Parc des Lices, and a few minutes further to Parking du Port (depending on how far back in the lot you park). Close to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. but not on the same block. Generally quiet, though you hear people walking on the street at night and church bells in the morning if you leave the windows open. Second floor walkup.
(+) Newly renovated with very high quality appliances, fixtures, design, etc. Fast wifi, bluetooth (or Apple lightning connector) speaker, Nespresso machine. Great open bathroom with rain shower. TV and stove looked nice though we never turned either on. Not huge, but plenty of space for two people spending most of their time at the beach and on the town. Plates, water glasses, coffee cups -- the only thing missing is wine glasses!
(+) Owner was very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. I didn't specify whether we needed linens and towels or not when booking (which we did), and the owner provided them at no extra charge. Worth confirming if you need linens and towels with the owner in advance.
(+) Air conditioning works great and is silent in the apartment, but apparently bothers one of the neighbors who was not happy that we turned it on. I talked to him and then the owner talked to him after our first night and then we didn't hear from him again. I would ask the owner about the current AC situation before booking if that's important to you.
(+) Bottom line -- great location, space, hosts, and value. Will definitely return!
