About this house rental
exclusive townhouse, just 120m from the beach, with fantastic seaviews from private terrace, for 2-4 persons, a/c warm/cold, SAT-TV, with own garage-parking, free Wi-Fi, safe. Precious authentical townhouse in the old fishermen’s quarter – newly completely renovated and modern. The marvellous seaview and the closeness to the beach seem unmatched in Conil.
The house is comfortably equipped with:
3 bedrooms: one masterbedroom with a doublebed of 1,6 x 2,0mtrs in the first floor and 2 smaller bedrooms with each one bed of 0,9 x 1,9mtrs in the groundfloor. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and mosquito nets at the windows. The bedrooms are leading to an inner courtyard
2 bathrooms with large shower: one in the groundfloor, here you also have a washing machine and one in the first floor.
In the second floor you have the living room with SAT-TV (British channels as well), music player,
The kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceran cooking, baking oven, microwave, coffeemachine, toaster etc.
From the living room you reach the terrace where you have 2 sunloungers, a table and chairs, and an awning to protect you from the afternoon-sun. An electric barbecue is provided.
From the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic views, but also from the living room and from the kitchen you overlook the ocean.
In the first floor you have another room with a couch and a desk.
In the master bedroom and living room there is air-conditioning warm/cold – so the house is conveniently prepared for summer and winter. Additional electrical heatings on request (heating costs are included in winter).
With this house you have the possibility to book an additional garage parking space. This costs € 8.50 per day. It is extremely comfortable when parking is scarce in summer (garage is abt. 30 m away from the house).

Einfach schön!
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Casa Sarina und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und ein Top-Service seitens der Vermieter!
Ein absolutes Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist auch der Stellplatz für das Auto.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Strandurlaub und sightseeing
Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Terrasse ein Traum. Man sollte allerdings Treppen laufen können und ich finde, die Wohnung geht mit kleinen Kindern nicht, eben wegen der Treppen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wenige Meter zum Strand und auch quasi direkt im Ort. Fussläufig ist alles wesentliche zu erreichen, der Markt mit frischem Fisch , Fleisch und Gemüse , Restaurants, Supermärkte. Trotzdem wohnt man ruhig, kaum Verkehr. Klare Empfehlung!

Super , sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das Haus ist sehr authentisch und in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig. Die Terrasse bietet einen hervorragenden Blick über den Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge!
Kurze Wege zum Strand und den Restaurants! Man ist schnell mittendrin.
Nur im Haus muss man Treppen laufen können, mit kleinen Kindern und Gehbehinderung nicht zu empfehlen! Ansonsten absolut toll!!

Schönes Haus mit toller Terrasse und Meerblick. Der Garagenstellplatz war sehr hilfreich. Der Duschabfluss im Bad im 1.OG funktioniert eher schlecht, es riecht auch etwas.

Casa Sarina ist ein geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus mitten im Fischerviertel in Conil. Für zwei Paare ideal. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Dächer des Viertels. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden und war sehr sauber. Wir haben unsere Woche im Casa Sariana sehr genossen und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Eine wirklich sehr, sehr schöne FeWo. Sie liegt zentral in der Altstadt, dennoch - gemessen an spanischen Verhältnissen - ausgesprochen ruhig. Der Blick von der sehr sonnigen Dachterrasse ist super. Goldwert ist der Parkplatz in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage.Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern des Vermittlungsportals war problemlos. Gleiches gilt für die Abwicklung der finanziellen Dinge. Alles ist seriös.Zwei kleine (!!!) Kritikpunkte: Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung des Portalbetreibers war - zumindest wenn man Gehwege nicht befahren will - falsch.Vorort gibt es für " den Fall aller Fälle" keine "Notfall"Kontaktperson, die wirklich (!!!) zu erreichen ist. Die Casa Sarina ist ein sorgfältig renoviertes Stadthaus in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage am Rand des Fischerviertels. Zum Strand und zur Altstdadt mit ihren vielen Tapas-Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das gilt auch für die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Supermarkt, Fischladen, Markthalle ).Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, die beiden Bäder sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Küche voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, wenn man gern selbst kocht. Am besten hat uns die große, möblierte Terrasse direkt neben dem Salon mit dem grandiosen Blick auf Strand und Meer gefallen- und natürlich der Einstellplatz fürs Auto in einer Tiefgarage um die Ecke.Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man auf drei Etagen lebt. Treppensteigen ist also angesagt!Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Die Vermieter sind übrigens sehr sympathisch!

Casa de pueblo bien equipada y mejor situada. Muy recomendable, ya hemos reservado para el próximo año, que será el tercero. Por decir algo mejorable, el microondas muy sencillo, sin niveles de potencia y el horno no tiene posición adecuada para asar pescados (no tiene posición de calor arriba y abajo) por ello son mejorables. También hemos echado de menos unas tacitas de café (tipo express) solo había grandes, y un juego de sábanas y toallas de recambio para estancias de más de 7 días. Respuesta rápido si hay problemas lo que se agradece.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Casa Sarina sehr gut gefallen - schönes Stadthaus mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus !
Das Stadthaus ist sehr geräumig und es ist an alles gedacht mit einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung ... Bei der Buchung sollte man beachten , dass das Haus im Ort ist und die Nachbarn deutlich "hörbar" sind - so wie es in Spanien üblich ist ! Uns hat es nicht gestört und wir komme gerne wieder !

Hemos estado dos veranos en la CASA SARINA y cada vez todo ha estado perfecto :
es un edificio de lujo muy bien equipado con una vista estupenda sobre el mar y ademas muy bien situado : junto a las calles mas turisticas, muy cerca de la playa, al lado de todo los comercios. Asi, solo se necesita andar, y con el aparcamiento cubierto, el coche tambien esta de vacaciones.

Die Casa Sarina ist ein sehr ansprechendes Stadthaus in Conil, ruhig, stadt- und strandnah. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut! Unschlagbar: die Dachterrasse mit rundum Meerblick! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, klar, ohne Schnickschnack - sehr wohltuend. Der Garagenplatz ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, denn Prkplätze sind rar, vor allem am Wochenende. Auch wenn die Matratzen im Doppelbett nicht ideal sind (brettartig), werden wir bei unserem nächsten Conil-Urlaub wieder diese schöne Unterkunft ansteuern. Vielen Dank auch für die Vorbereitung, das Haus war tiptop sauber!

Einfach das perfekte Ferienhaus
Das ist das perfekte Häuschen für eine 4-köpfige Familie (mit Kindern, die vielleicht nicht mehr ganz so klein sein sollten wegen der Treppen). Es ist wirklich fantastisch. Der Blick von der Terasse, die Nähe zu Meer und Innenstadt und trotzdem nachts Ruhe zum Schlafen. Wir können das Casa Sarina nur weiterempfehlen und werden sicher auch selber wieder dort hin fahren. :-)

Todo perfecto. La casa muy cerquita de la plata y la plata de aparcar muy cómoda. Las camas con buenos colchones, quizás las almohadas demasiado bajas.

Unsere Lieblingsunterkunft in Conil
Seit dem 1. Aufenthalt 2011 in der Casa Sarina hat sich nichts verändert. Und das ist absolut positiv gemeint. Der hohe Standard wird konstant gehalten und das Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Wer die Nähe zu den einheimischen Nachbarn mag und nicht unbedingt auf eine Standardunterkunft steht, ist hier absolut richtig. Die Räume sind über 3 Etagen verteilt. Das ist zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber irgendwie müssen die ganzen Tapas ja wieder abtrainiert werden.
Besonders erfreulich fanden wir die doch recht schnelle WLAN Anbindung. Und ob man im Urlaub wirklich Deutsches Fernsehen braucht, sein jedem selbst überlassen. Jedenfalls ist es glockenklar vorhanden.
Ansonsten entsprechen sämtliche Angaben, Fotos und Entfernungen der Realität und wir können uns den übrigen *****Sterne Bewertungen nur anschließen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Und noch ein kleiner Tipp für Bierfreunde: In Conil in der Calle Canarias 1 hat eine winzige Hausbrauerei (ESPARTE) aufgemacht, deren Bier sehr sehr lecker ist.

Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Venta ist nicht 50m entfernt, sondern direkt gegenüber, stört aber nicht. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, Conil ist ca. 10 min. entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber. Die Fahrräder sind praktisch, wir haben diese wegen der Hitze jedoch kaum benutzt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Ein wunderschönes Haus, alles super sauber und super in Schuss. Es gibt vernünftige Matratzen (im Doppelbett gar zwei) mit "deutscher" Bettwäsche - will sagen: es gibt kein nächtliches Gezerre um eine verlauste Kamelhaardecke. Aber auch ansonsten: hochwertige Möbel, schöne Küche mit allem Zipp und Zapp, ein vernünftiger SAT-Fernseher und ein überraschend schnelles W-LAN (Router steht im Wohnbereich). Und nicht zu vergessen die Terrasse mit Meerblick.
Das Haus liegt am Rande der Altstadt mit ihren verwinkelten Gässchen. Zum Strand sind's wirklich nur drei Minuten, zum Supermarkt und zum deutschen Bäcker ebenfalls. Die Tiefgarage ist vielleicht zehn Meter vom Haus entfernt.Sie ist schon arg dunkel, aber ausgesprochen praktisch.
Abwicklung mit den deutschen Vermittlern war sehr gut. Jede Mail wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Alles lief reibungslos - inkl. Rückzahlung der Kaution.
Ich würde das Haus jedem empfehlen - außer wenn sie oder er ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen hat. Denn schließlich verteilt sich der Wohnbereich über drei Etagen.
Jetzt noch zum Schluss die Empfehlungen: die Badebuchten nördlich des Cabo Roche und die Wanderung von Barbate nach los Canos de Meca - immer der Steilküste entlang durch einen Pinienwald.

Die Küchenausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Einziges Manko für uns:
Die doch recht dunklen Kinderzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit vergitterten Fenstern und der Klarglasscheibe in der Haustür fanden unsere Kinder "etwas unheimlich". Sie haben sich lieber das Gästezimmer im ersten Stock geteilt. Die Lage fanden wir super. Schnell am Strand, Supermarkt in Fußnähe, Gassen zum Bummeln und diverse Restaurants, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tagsüber mitten im spanischen Leben (Kinder, fliegende Händler), nachts trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Alle Angaben Online sind zutreffend für diese Wohnung. Die Zimmer befinden sich auf drei verschiedenen Ebenen. Gepflegt und absolut sauber ist das gesamte Haus. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels funktionierte einwandfrei. Im Fischerviertel kann man noch das ursprüngliche Leben der Conilenen beobachten, Früchte und Gemüse werden in den Nachbarhäusern frisch angeboten. Blick auf den Strand von der Dachterrasse, die direkt am Wohnraum angeschlossen ist, bringt Urlaubsstimmung von früh bis spät! Und Fußweg von 5 Minuten zum Strand sind optimal. Restaurants und Bars, die ganze Altstadt in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.
