My stay was very terrible even now I haven’t received my money that I paid as a deposit

I had a very terrible service from this place, firstly when we got there I had to for kids 5 months and 2*2 years babes and I had to pay R1000 cash for deposit that I didn’t even have. Secondly we were stuck in Garage , could not go buy door because the manager told that she can can assist axec

I did not lol like their service at all, the attitude from booking manager she even block me on WhatsApp because I needed assistance with aircone and garage door and we we stuck in the building the whole night because the garage door was not working

Breakfast was far more than I expected Definitely value for money The place was so clean The additional food was delicious at a very affordable price The staff was awesome too

Beautiful vacation house

The vacation house is beautiful, spacious. The rooms are very modern and clean. Lots of communal space to relax with your family and other guests. The house is well situated, close to attractions areas. The house manager on site and the bookings manager really know what must be done for the guests to enjoy their stay. They are quick to resolve any issues that arise.

The slow service from their kitchen staff. They have no sense of urgency. They need to be enrolled on a service and hospitality course to improve on the overall experience on staying at the house.

Stay was good.

Location was good and secure. The place look beautiful and at the right place with beautiful scenary.

There was no warm water to bath. There is still a refund that is outstanding to me. I have sent an email but to date it has not been resolved. At least if they can consider buffet breakfast as opposed to serving standard options. Sometimes one does not eat bran muffin and prefer another flavour.

One of my best holidays...Will recommend it 2 my friends n family

It was awesome and an magnificent....And Dineoe has excellent customer service.She was meeky n humble.The level of respect we got from the stafff was amazing.I highly recommend Re Union and I cant stop bragging about it....It's top notch

The property is very nice and clean. What you see on pictures it what you’ll get. 10/10 Boitumelo is a very nice and calm staff she made my stay very pleasant and easy.

I didn’t like that they dont allow minibuses and no walking around the estate. Off which in needs to be stated before booking. The breakfast is not satisfying, it need an upgrade to continental breakfast

It’s a nice place though with friendly staff although it needs some improvement there and there

Location was good Food was nice The safety of the place Clean bedroom Friendly staff (Boitumelo and Mbali) I only remember the 2 names 🤭 but all the staff were great

The bed was not comfortable they could hear me from the other room when changing sides . I had to wait for 2hours for breakfast 🙄really. On Sunday I didn’t not even bother my self because I had a long distance to travel.

Beautiful enjoyable stay

We loved everything about the place is so beautiful the stuff is very friendly n welcoming, we could like to specifically thank BOITUMELO one of the stuff members who made a beautiful surprise b-day set up for my cousin,when we come back from our Celebration we found the room with a balloons,2 shoots n a b-day board it was so beautiful.the food is nice also.thanks re-union vacations we won't mind to visit again.we loved everything

Worst experience

After our things were moved without our concent, we were called liers by Lucia, we never were told about being moved, or being put in the wrong room or any of what she says we were. We returned to our bedroom to find strangers in our bed, and someone else in our parking. We asked for our money back because we could not believe how we van be treated like this, whilst we are paying guests. They refused. And not in any polite way. They also took our charger and told us if we want it back, come and get it. That says it all. No such thing as heart.

The location was very good as it was close to the places i wanted to visit. Appearance of the property was good

The rooms are a bit smaller. Bathroom was not clean and toilet seat was dirty. The toilet was leaking and the whole floor was wet.

The place is beautiful. The furniture is out of this world. It is quiet and peaceful. The house is situated in a gated community, which gives one more security and peace of mind. Our car was parked in a garage, which was awesome. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

The area is on a mountain, and that causes a lot of steep hills.

WE WERE SEPERATED FROM EACH OTHER AND THAT DISTRUCT OUR SCHEDULE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY.

THE MANAGER KNEW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CLIENTS. REGULAR CHECKING IF WE NEED SOMETHING AND SHE WILL RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY. WE WERE RESPECTED ALL THE TIME AND MAKES US TO FEEL COMFORTABLE.

BREAKFAST WAS NOT SERVED ON TIME AND MAKES US TO BE LATE FOR OUR ACTIVITIES.

Peaceful and beautiful mountain views- very friendly receptionist.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE- you would swear the food is cooked 5 days before being served- everything stale and Horrible.

Everything was perfect there a little change that need to be done ,we had a cold breakfast for two days if the chef and the waiters try to improve on that side

How slow the housekeepers were on Saturday we asked for clean glasses but we were made to wait for the them the whole day

Uncomfortable!

The location was great, but the service was not so great. Stuff members lack sense of urgency. They attend to requests hours later, at times they totally ignored requests. We were without water the whole day and night, only got to shower at 11pm a day later. It was cold and the heaters were not working. We asked for a heater and they switched the ac on that blew cold air and left the room. It was an icy two days with little to no access of water.

I will definitely promote this place to anybody who wants to visit Hartbeespoortdam.

This is the best guesthouse we visited for quite some time.The Staff was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was amazing.Thanks to all the Staff we had a wonderful stay.
