I have never written a bad review, but in this case it is a must. To start with good things about our stay – the apartment is nice, clean, spacious with two bathrooms. However it is situated on a top of a hill, quite far from the beach. It is very demanding to go to the beach every day by foot, we gave it up after two days and the rest of our stay we went by a car. So I definitely recommend to rent an apartment closer to the sea, because in the end you pay more for parking near the beach. We rent this apartment only because its AC, which should be in ALL the rooms, that means in the living room and all three bedrooms. Usually, apartments have AC only in the living room which is, for me, quite useless, because you don’t spend much time in the apartment during a day, what do you really need is to sleep in a nice chilly room after a hot day at a beach. So when we arrived and found out that the AC in all three bedrooms isn’t working, we were quite upset. We immediately talked to the owner about the AC and about the error which occurred to happens and as we googled it, it should be something wrong with the electricity in the outside unit, so we told the owner. Not minding what we said, he tried numerous times to turn the electricity in whole apartment on and off, which (surprisingly) didn’t work. The next day we ask him, what about the AC and he told us, that the repair man would come on Monday. On Monday evening we again went to see him (that is where his strange behaviour started, he wasn’t even polite enough to come to inform us about the situation) and he said that the repair man is very busy and he won’t come until Thursday. That was not the owner’s fault, but still his full responsibility and if I was in his position I would offer us at least something to make our stay more comfortable – I would buy a fan or something and show my deepest apologies, but that didn’t happen. He kept saying that he can’t do anything about that.
On Thursday repair men really come telling us that they would need spare part to fix it and that they need to buy it online meaning they don’t know when the part would be delivered. So – I paid for the apartment nearly 700€ only to sleep on a balcony floor, while the rest of our group would sleep in extremely hot rooms (there was 36 degrees outside at that time). What was the most unpleasant thing about our stay was the behavior and approach to the whole situation by the owner. He won’t communicate clearly with us, he didn’t even look sorry and on the top of that he wouldn’t take the responsibility for the problem. When we asked him for a refund he told us that he will give us back 80€ which is ridiculously small amount of money regarding the fact that this problem destroyed our whole vacation as we could not sleep at night and we went back home tired more than ever before. He was very strict about the money and wouldn’t discuss with us. We were really disappointed and we had to ask for a refund via service assistance on booking, they were really helpful. And one more interesting experience with the owner – on the day of our departure, he came half a hour earlier, when we were in the middle of packing our stuff and he check if everything is running – he tried to turn on and off the Tv, he even tried if the water is running from the tap (???). So, my question is, with this approach, how he could not find out before our arrival, that the AC is not working? So, in conclusion, DO NOT GO THERE, choose another place closer to the sea.

Exceptional
We were absolutely satisfied. The hosts are very kind and helpful. There is a superb sea view from the balcony. The living room and all bedrooms have A/C. The apartment is very well equipped. We can totally recommend it.
One can always find some small things... I personally missed some kind of shelf in the shower. Not a big deal.
