The apartment "Inselglück" is a 1 Bdrm flat, 50m² (600 sqft.)with a spacious bedroom, Living/Dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, even for the passionate cook.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, sorry there is NO ELEVATOR, but we will assist you with the luggage !
The "Inselglück" is in the heart of the island, located directly at the OLD CITY Hall and only a 1minute walk from the famous harbor promenade. All the restaurants, cafés, bars, pubs, shops, museums, train station, supermarket, bakeries, butcher, theater, movies, casino, parks, beaches.... and much more is just around the corner, easily reached in walking distance.
The entire apartment has wood flooring, central heat. We provide WiFi at DSL connection at no charge. The apartment is furnished with high quality furnishings.
There is a large Flatscreen TV (including CNN,BBC), DVD Player with a movie collection, CD/Radio, Boardgames, a large selection of books and magazines, all the information of what to do for visitors. We also have compiled a folder with our favorite personal recommendations for our guests.
The bedroom has a 2mx2m (Kingsize) natural woodframe bed, with a fine foam matress. We provide duvet covers, on request we gladly provide anti-allergic covers.In the bedromm is a large closet and a chair with lamp for reading pleasure.
The apartment ist equipped with all the neccessities for a longer stay, so that our guests feel "at home".
*CHILDREN*
Children up to 6 years stay for free. For Babies we provide a baby crib. Unfortunately we can't accommodate children older than 12 years. Highchair is available.
*KITCHEN*
The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances even for the passionate cook, we love to cook, it is important to us. We also provide a Nespresso machine, pots, pans, flatware, spices, Filter Coffee Maker, Tea, Utensils and Glasses and a Picnic-Basket,

Since we are on a scenic island parking works like this: You can easily drive up to the apartment for loading, then we will supply you with a parking permit (included) for a secure parking area near the island. Walking distance to the car: 10 min.
Our tip: Travel to Lindau by train. Everything in Lindau and around the lake is easily reached by: Foot, Bicycle (Rent), Bus, Ferry . The station is located 300 yards from the apartment.

2 adults spent 4 amazing nights at the inselgluck. You cannot beat the location- so close to everything and it really felt like we we living like the locals. Michael & Sussane have thought of everything. Kitchen has everything you need and we enjoyed evenings on the rooftop with a glass of wine. There is so much to do nearby - the book in the apartment gives great suggestions. We loved the scenic bike ride around Lindau, pfander, trip to Zeppelin & Meersburg. There are also plenty of museums and beautiful buildings all around. This is a hidden gem! The apartment is on the 3rd floor with stairs (no elevator) so some may not be able to manage them. Communication and directions from Michael were great. Thanks again for sharing your paradise.

Ausgezechnet!
Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen und erhielten viele wertvolle Infos und Tipps - das alleine war schon bemerkenswert. Die Wohnung war lebevoll hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Dachterasse war dann unser Highlight. 100% enpfelenswert.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Man bemerkt das Bestreben nach Perfektion und was soll ich sagen? ich habe nichts gefunden, was man hätte besser machen können.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für den Kurzurlaub zu zweit am Bodensee. Sie ist komfortabel (Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, jeweils voll ausgestattet) funktionell (z.B. viel Stauraum im Kleiderschrank, Schuhschrank im Flur u.v.m.) und dabei geschmackvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die große und gut ausgestattete Dachterrasse hatten wir immer für uns ganz alleine.
Die Lage mitten auf der Insel von Lindau mit den vielen kleinen Geschaften und Einkehrmöglichkeiten ist perfekt zum bummeln, dient aber durch den Hafen mit der Bodenseeflotte und gut ausgebaute Radwege auch perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
Dass der Parkplatz etwas weiter weg ist, stellt eigentlich kein Problem dar, da man zum Aus- und Einladen bis kurz vor die Wohnung fahren kann und wo gibt es schließlich sonst einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Wohnung dazu.
Alles in Allem haben wir die Tage in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ein rundherum perfektes Erlebnis. Unkomplizierte Übergabe. Ich hatte selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es fehlte wirklich an Nichts. Die Lage ist super zentral. Eine Unterkunft, die man sich für die Zukunft merken muss. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an unseren sehr zuvorkommenden und alles möglich machenden Gastherren : )

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet.
Durch die persönliche Einrichtung fühlt man sich direkt zuhause.
Die großartige Dachterrasse ist perfekt um in den Tag zu starten, oder ihn ausklingen zu lassen.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Erholung am Bodensee mit dem Fahrrad
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zentral gelegen für uns. Wenn wie bei uns das Wetter noch mitspielt war es auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse herrlich den Tag ausklingèn zu lassen. Vor allem möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für die Unterstützung beim Ein-und Ausladen des Gepäcks durch Herrn Bode bedanken. So ein Service ist keinesfalls selbstständig.

diese Wohnung ist umfassend ausgestattet und es gab nichts, was gefehlt hätte. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, persönlich gehalten und so kann man sich sehr zu Hause fühlen. Die Dachterasse ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen und Genießen.

Wir waren zum vierten (und bestimmt nicht zum letzten) Mal im Inselglück. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet; die Dachterrasse ist genial, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr angenehm und der Wein lecker.

Das "Inselglück" liegt im Herzen von Lindau-Insel. Alles ist entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, absolut empfehlenswert. In der Wohnung war alles nötige vorhanden. Man merkt dass die Wohnung mit viel Liebe ausgestattet wurde. Die Dachterasse ich das Highlight, an schönen Abenden haben wir dort gegessen und den wunderbaren Blick genossen. Sehr schön und top Lage
Eine schöne, saubere Wohnung, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen - aus der Haustür direkt ins Zentrum oder zum Hafen. Lange Abende verbringt man auf der Dachterrasse, mit Blick über die Dächer von Lindau bis zum See. Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche. Wer mit dem Zug kommen will hat es auch nicht allzu weit vom Bahnhof.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht inclusive einer tollen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Lindau.Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und können und vorstellen auch nächstes Jahr eine Ferienwohnung einem Hotel vorzuziehen

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, check in problemlos, Lage super, alles was man so braucht (4 Bäcker. 2 Metzgereien, Weinhändler, Citysupermsrkt, Discounter innerhalb 5 Minuten Gehweg, Hafen und Bahnhof ebenfalls, Gaststätten und Restaurants um die Ecke, was will man mehr, allein die Parksituation ist nicht ganz einfach, aber für eine Stadtwohnung durchaus akzeptabel, wir waren auf jeden Fall zufrieden und werden diese Wohnung auch in Zukunft wieder in die engere Wahl nehmen.

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung war mehr als durchschnittlich. Vieles hätten wir gar nicht mitbringen müssen.
Eine kleine Enttäuschung war die ausgewiesene Dachterrasse. Grundsätzlich ist die sehr schön, jedoch wurde leider nicht erwähnt, dass die Terrasse nicht durch die eigene Wohnung zu erreichen ist, sondern durch das Gemeinschaftstreppenhaus und das sie grundsätzlich nicht exklusiv zur Verfügung steht, sondern eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse ist.
Dieses sollte fairerweise in dem Inserat erwähnt werden.
Das Objekt ist aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Perfekt!!
Liebe Familie Bode, nicht nur Lindau und Umgebung verzauberten uns, auch das wunderschöne und mit Liebe eingerichtete „Inselglück“ trug dazu bei, dass wir einige wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in Lindau verbringen konnten. Auf der Dachterasse beendeten wir die Tage mit Blick auf die beleuchtete Hafeneinfahrt und einem guten Getränk.
Das Bett hat uns sehr erholsam schlafen lassen.

Lovely apartment with perfect location
The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly want. We cooked in the apartment once and appreciated having oils and spices. There was lots of useful information on things to do in the area and Michael recommended a restaurant that was so good we ate there 2 nights. Lindau island is beautiful and the perfect place to wander and sit outside cafes watching the world go by! We'd love to return one day and we would stay in the apartment again.

Perfect Lindau Apartment
This is a perfect apartment to stay in when visiting lovely Lindau. The location is superb with easy walking to the station, ferry’s, shops and restaurants. It is extremely well furnished and supplied but the best thing about it is the owner, Michael, who was the perfect host. Do take his recommendations for cafes, restaurants and activities which were all wonderful. Highly recommended.
