About this house rental
Characteristic former stone farmhouse, completely renovated and converted into a cozy residence. It is located next to a former parish church, where the owners live today. Situated halfway up a hill, overlooking the Nera Valley, near Terni, part of a farm with 6 hectares of olive groves. Quiet position. Around the house is a shaded lawn with swimming pool, and a pergola equipped for outdoor meals. It is possible to buy the farm's own organic extra virgin olive oil DOP. Two dogs (owned by the owner) live on the property. On request and payment: house help and baby crib (30 euros/week). Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and two accesses to the garden, dining room with fireplace and access to the outside, small kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 twin bedroom with access under the portico, 1 bathroom with shower. Mezzanine: WC (washing machine). 1st floor: small living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub. Distances: Terni (stores of all kinds) 2 km, the famous waterfall of the Marbles 9 km, Lake Piediluco (center of the Italian canoe club) 16 km, Spoleto 30 km, Assisi and Perugia 85 km, Rome 100 km.
