About this apartment rental
Central location for a laid back relaxing break for weekends and holidays. Opposite beautiful Bermagui boat harbour and Fisherman's Wharf, this sunny apartment is just a stroll to the golf course and Country Club (450m) and a short walk to beaches, river and shops (850m) With living areas on both levels this holiday property works well for families and overlooks parklands, with distant views of the river and ocean.
There is a child proof gate at the top the staircase for your child's safety.
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1: Upstairs- Queen size bed, electric blanket, bedside tables x 2, built in wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Downstairs- Tri-bunk (single up, double on lower level), 1 x set double bunks (1 up, 1 down) chest of drawers, built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3/Rumpus- Queen bed, TV and 3 seater lounge.
Sleeps 9
Linen: Not supplied. Doonas with covers and pillows with pillow protectors are supplied. You will need to byo bed and bath linen +beach towels. Alternatively local linen hire can be arranged if desired. Please contact office for details.

Lounge Room: Upstairs- with modular lounge/chaise, coffee table, 42" plasma TV

Access - internal stairs to top floor -please note - stairwell has an inclinator installed which may impact access with large suitcases.
Parking: 1 car space out in front of unit. No parking in front of the roller door.
No Garage. there is a small storage space behind roller door. Absolutely no boats at this property.
Outdoor: Front balcony has gas Bbq, small table and seating for 4, enclosed rear garden area with clothes line

Good position. Mouldy shower recesses. I think linen should have been provided. Lumpy pillows.

Nice property excellent location
Enjoyed the stay, property in a great location and well appointed. Not that it was in anyway bad, but the cleaning could've been a bit better, few daddy long legs hangin about. Overall we'll be back, love Bermi and this units proximity to golf, fisherman's warf and the kids playground.

Excellent location by the marina
Enjoyed the modern unit with a great location where we could walk over to the marina where we had our boat moored or for a great feed at the marina restaurants or the country club
