About this apartment rental

This spectacular condo is across the street from the beach entrance. It is a north end unit on top floor with great views of the Gulf of Mexico, Delnoir Wiggins Pass State Park, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and the Wiggins Pass Channel. This condo has two bedrooms, two baths that has been newly furnished with the most beautiful furniture and assessories. It has new swivel rocking chairs on its wrap around lanai to enjoy while over looking the breathtaking views.

The master bedroom has a brand new Tommy Bahama Lexington king size bedroom set and beautiful linens. The master bedroom opens up to the front lanai. There are walkin closets and newly furnished bathrooms. The kitchen area is also stylish and comfortable. All the accessories from home are included. It has a Keurig coffee maker, huge refrigerator and new Mikasa dishes.

The second bedroom has two twin size beds that can be moved together for any couple that wants to snuggle or can be separated for the guests who are singles. There is also a private lanai for the second bedroom with an eastern and panoramic northern view of a marina and the channels. All of the furnishings are also brand new.

Across the street is the Delnoir Wiggins State Park beach. Parking won’t be a problem because there are two spots for the unit and it is a short walk to the beach . There is a large private pool, tennis courts, and a Chickee hut for outdoor barbecue enjoyment. Beach chairs and towels area also provided.

The location is ideal because it is minutes away from many shopping areas, theaters and restaurants. This condo has all of the luxuries and conveniences for a fabulous relaxing vacation!

Beautiful setting just across the street from Vanderbilt beach. Stunning views of the gulf with comfortable and spacious accommodations. Great amenities both in the condo and exterior with pool and tennis/pickleball. Wonderful location what’s not to like!

It was such a dream stay. The condo is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. A very quick walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Very short drives to amazing restaurants and shopping. The complex has a beautiful pool right on the inland waterway where we saw a dolphin one day and a turtle the next. Two balconies give you views of the water from all angles. The comfortable furniture on the balcony was perfect for watching the sunset. Owners are incredible and super helpful with any inquiries and were great in advance of our stay.

This place is gorgeous and the Owners are an absolute delight to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The unit was super clean, spacious and had more than you could ask for in amenities and inventory. Will definitely stay here again if able as this property books up fast :)

We really enjoyed this clean, well stocked and beautiful 9th floor condo. The comfy swivel rocking chairs on the terrace were our favorite spot! Great location, great views and right across the street from the beach. The hosts were both responsive and kind. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. Beautiful pool and we enjoyed the pickle ball courts. We had fantastic weather and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Everything was just as described, with the extra plus of pickleball on the tennis courts. The hosts were so communicative and helpful, definitely the best we’ve experienced. Would definitely return!

Pictures were a true representation of the condo. We liked the location - close to shopping, great restaurants and the beach. Tom, the owner, was available by phone if needed. Hopefully we will return to take advantage of a wonderful property.

We loved our stay in Vanderbilt Landings. The condo was well appointed, had everything we needed for an 11 day stay and you won’t believe how comfortable the bed was. Tom and Karen were super great hosts. Available whenever we needed them which was only once, but checked in often. We liked the location because there is a great, safe 3 mile walk easily accessible. All in all a lovely place we hope to be back.

Everything was perfect! The owners are very nice and excellent with communication. Great location and absolutely wonderful view from lanai. Very close to the beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the treats from owners. We will definitely come back to this unit.

It was a lovely apartment. Extremely convenient and in front of the beach. The owners are extremely sweet, welcoming and accommodating. They provide much and actually go above and beyond in meeting the needs of their guests. I hope to stay here in the near future again.

Tom was excellent with communication. The location was very convenient. The view was beautiful. The building and community is very quiet and the safe, conveniently located to the beach. The condo was comfortable had all we needed and a perfect layout. Enjoyed the wrap around lanai. Had everything needed for the beach.

Absolute everything about this condo is perfect! The location is wonderful- a 2 minute walk to the beach; owners are very responsive and and don’t everything they can to make sure your experience is perfect. The condo was well stocked with necessities, including beach towels, chairs, etc. The condo is within a few minute drive to restaurants,Tin City, Naples Zoo. The condo is beautiful, with lovely furnishings, beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay, gorgeous pool, tennis pickle ball and bocce ball courts. Something for everyone!

Owners encouraged contacting them with any questions we had. They wanted to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Condo had very nice furniture, it was clean and fully stocked with utensils by and dishes, water etc. We would definitely comeback to this unit again.

The location was perfect, walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes away. The condo was stocked with everything literally everything. It was comfortable and convenient to everything. The views were amazing, we will definitely be back.
