Posizione strategica per girare sia a piedi che con la metro ed host disponibilissimo e flessibile per check-in e check-out. Pensavamo di non riuscire a sfruttare il terrazzo,considerata la stagione, invece ne abbiamo goduto appieno sia di giorno che di sera grazie alla gradevolissima temperatura

Logement qui a besoin d’un sacré rafraîchissement Salles de bain avec mise à dispo de savon liquide mais très très dilué avec de l’eau économie économie ! - serviettes de bain très usées - tapis de bain usés tachés lavés ?? ( idem tapis dans cuisine) Wc du haut chasse sans pression d’eau et douche avec trace de moisissure au plafond pommeau de douche laissant passé un filet d’eau Wc du bas odeur d’urine ++ Cuisine avec le très très strict minimum pas de torchon à disposition pas de liquide vaisselle lave vaisselle présent mais sans panier ! Bien sûr pas de bouilloire grill pain comme mentionné depuis plusieurs mois Pas de possibilité d’aérer les chambres et salle de bain du haut ( a moins peut être de se mettre à plat ventre pour ouvrir les fenêtres au raz du sol !) En quelques mots rien n’est réellement fait pour améliorer le confort - le temps s’est arrêté dans cet appartement Logement dans lequel je ne reviendrai pas

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per appartamento in zona centralissima

Casa centralissima, posizione veramente ottima. Oltre che centrale, zona anche molto sicura e viva. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo considerando appunto la posizione. Maurizio molto gentile e disponibile anche a farci lasciare le valigie in struttura la mattina del check out. Molto bella anche la terrazza.

Pulizia potrebbe essere sicuramente migliorata. Chi dorme nella zona giorno ha a disposizone una brandina e un divano letto piuttosto comodi anche se un po corti, ma da tenere in conto che essendo zona centrale c'è molto rumore esterno e il soggiorno non dispone di tapparelle per bloccare la luce del sole la mattina. Consigliati tappi per le orecchie.

It was great!

Great place! Very happy we chose to stay here. Good location and a beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, had good wifi, and also a nice patio.

There are many stairs to get up to the apartment. We did not mind this at all! They were nice wide staircases. But if stairs are an issue for anyone, they should stay somewhere else.

All in all a very nice stay!

The owner and I were in contact with the chat and we arranged a time where he was at the property to give us the keys and also introduce the flat. The flat was super central. I guess there is no better location in to stay if you want to experience napoli purely.

Great location and great terrace. Good comunication with the host. The apartment was clean. Good value for money.

Air conditioner did not work (there were 3 AC and none of them worked). Sheets, cushions and towels smelled bad.

Great location and fantastic terrace

The appartment is perfect for large groups. There was 4 of us: one couple and 2 guys - the appartment was just perfect! The host was extremely helpful. But the best of all was the terrace! about 50 m2 with a stunning view. I strongly recomment this place for large groups.

Great, big & bright apartment right next to the city centre!

Great, bright and big apartment with a lovely host! Amazing terrace, which unfortunately we couldn't fully enjoy, because it was still cold in March. But very clean, there are heaters in the rooms, big and spacious bedrooms. There is also a Carrefour shop 3mins away from the apartment and plenty of take away places, which was great for us!

Just a few notes/suggestions. The downstairs toilet was missing a toilet seat and the towels were not dried well - you could smell a little bit of damp. These are just the small things that I believe will be fixed for your next stay! Otherwise, it was a lovely lovely place!

Very good

Location was great - in the heart of the city. However, was loud both night and morning. Could walk everywhere which was great. Loved the balconies and terrace.

Host did not speak any English and we did not speak any Italian so communication was tough. It was very hard finding the place.
