Cet appartement est en bon état et agréable pour y séjourner. Il dispose de beaucoup d'accessoires. Le propriétaire est réactif dans ses réponses, ce qui est très appréciable. Dans les points à savoir : pas de lave-vaisselle, ni de lave-linge. L'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé et il n'y a plus d'accueil du propriétaire mais juste une remise des clés

Le studio est propre, bien équipé, au 1er étage ensoleillé d'une résidence située à l'extrémité de la grande plage du Diamant, à quelques dizaines de mètres de celle-ci, sans route à traverser. Le studio n'est pas grand mais tout à fait satisfaisant pour une personne seule (mon cas) ou pour un couple. Il y a de quoi coucher aussi deux enfants mais ça doit faire juste. La résidence est sécurisée (clôture, portail électrique), avec un grand parking intérieur et des pelouses. Les relations avec le loueur ont été parfaites : amabilité, ponctualité. L'environnement est calme. La plage est assez "sauvage", changeante d'un jour à l'autre, avec des vagues, parfois ventée, bordée d'une petite forêt côtière. Elle est appréciée des marcheurs qui la parcourent d'un bout à l'autre. Certains jours, des algues peuvent s'y donner rendez-vous mais les plages des Anses d'Arlet, situées à proximité, en sont indemnes. En conclusion, je recommande cette location dont le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

Super propre, agréablement 😲surpris par l'accueil le propriétaire Super sympa à notre écoute pour faire de notre séjour un séjour de Rêve, attention ⚠ faut impérativement une voiture 🚗. Pour faire les courses, on a beaucoup apprécié ce séjour Grand, MERCI à Philippe le propriétaire pour ces adorables attentions.

Quelques messages échangés avant la réservation, les réponses qui nous ont été donnés etaient au top. A l'arrivée Philippe nous attendait, découverte de l'appartement, génial, propre rénové il y a peu, bien placé face à la mer. Idéal pour un couplé et 2 enfants. La climatisation était déjà mise du coup au top l'arrivée. Une corbeille de fruits (melon et ananas) et une bouteille de rhum nous attendait patiemment. Merci beaucoup. Séjour parfait ! La résidence est sécurisée et bien placé, proche du marché est à deux pas de la grande plage du diamant. Il y a des habitants à l'année qui sont accueillant et très gentil. Le studio est fonctionnel , propre , la clim marche très bien (Heureusement ^^) . Nous sommes super content de notre séjour merci encore à Philippe qui nous as très bien accueillis.

Philippe was a great host. We had scheduling issues for picking up the keys at his apartment so he was willing to meet us at the airport to drop off and pick up our keys, which we appreciated very much. Very accommodating. He always responded quickly and stayed in touch during our entire stay. He gave us a good recommendation for a restaurant we could walk to just a few minutes away (New Cap). The apartment was like it looked in pictures - small but clean and had what we needed. Kitchen had appliances and coffee pods. The double bed and the bunk beds were comfortable. The two beach chairs provided were a nice perk, if the apartment had one or two more beach towels that would be great because we only brought one in our luggage. The apartment complex was quiet and safe, and is gated. Plus the view was stunning! We enjoyed waking up and drinking our coffees by our window. The overall location was super. The walk from the apartment complex to the beach is hardly a walk - it is RIGHT on the beach, which is what we wanted because we didn't have a car for a few days. You don't have to cross a road which is nice. Diamant Beach is quite large, and it was one of our favorite beaches on the South Western part of the island. Some of the beaches in the south had zero waves, whereas Diamant was fun to body surf and boogie board at, but still felt safe. At the opposite end of the beach is the main town area with shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 / 25 minute walk along the beach to the "downtown" or a two minute drive, if that. The view of the diamant rock and the small mountain at our end of the beach was breathtaking, very special. I would definitely book again! Thanks Philippe!

Philippe, our host, was very friendly, even met us at the airport and showed us the place, speaks good English. The apartment is perfectly located at the end of the Anse Caffard two-mile long beach. You can walk along the beach to town, boulangerie, market, food shacks, small supermarket. This beach has substantial surf; fun to jump in the waves and use a surfboard but not really for calm swimming and may be somewhat dangerous. A short drive takes you to Les Anse d'Arlet calm beaches with clear water, but commercialized with small restaurants and food shacks on the beach. Further along the road are Anse Dufour with nice clear water but usually crowded with snorkelers, and next to it Anse Noir, more secluded, reached by a path and stairs. The unit itself is on the second floor of a gated motel-stile building. A bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of rum were waiting for us in the kitchenette. The apartment turned out less fun than the description might lead you to believe. A bunk bed is built into a niche at the entrance across from a small bathroom. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a TV on the dresser. A large balcony is separated from the bedroom by a heavy sliding door; the balcony has a built in kitchenette and a small table. You can see the sea; still I would rate the "charm" as 3/10. The unit is equipped scantily: four bath towels, no beach towels, no blankets, no soap, a few pots and pans with no lids. There is a nespresso machine with a few capsules, a jar of sugar. Overall a nice place, but the apartment could be cozier and better equipped.

Un vrai studio bien équipé ou rien ne manque ! Très propre, bien rénové et très bon accueil de Sandra et Philippe. Bien situé au Diamant face à la plage avec possibilité d'une belle ballade sur la plage jusqu'au centre du Diamant. Un lit parapluie nous a été mis à disposition pour notre fils de 23 mois et nous avons pu le mettre dans l entrée juste à côté des lits superposés. Précision concernant la machine à laver : elle est située dans la résidence ainsi qu'un sèche linge, Il faut acheter les jetons au gardien (6 euros pour la machine et 2 euros pour le sèche linge). N'hesitez pas !
